Lazy and literally never listens. I asked for two box combos extra crispy and got barely fried tenders with hard fries. I also asked for an UNSWEETENED TEA and got SWEET. I got charged for a large Arnold Palmer and literally got a large unsweetened tea , asked for hot sauce and got ketchup. They weren t busy and the drive thru was empty. It s just pure laziness.

Making this review after visiting in person once, and maybe 6 DoorDash orders from this location. In person, I did a mobile order for carry out. No one ever came out to bring the order, I called in and then someone finally came out. With DoorDash, my orders came correct for the first 2 or 3 times, for these last 3 I have done, literally everytime I am missing either half or basically all the order. I always order 2 of the 3 finger combos, and extra toasts on the side. 1st time I got no extra toast, okay I let it slide. 2nd time I didn t receive no combos, but the toasts.. no notification that the order was changed either. 3rd time this morning.. 1 combo is missing completely and only 1 extra toast was received. It s the middle of the day. What is happening up at the canes that I m missing more than half the order. I don t fault the driver for orders being incorrect when it is only this location. Make sure you go pick up orders in person from this location for sure. And wait at the window, and check it twice before driving off, because staff here clearly doesn t care about nothing that s sent out to customers.

The young people that work here refuse to bring our curbside orders. Dont have curbside if you arent going to make sure it gets done!! They just set your food on the back counter and thats where itll be when you get tired of waiting and go inside. They never put straws or napkins in the bag either. Ill just choose another location from now on....this one isnt good.

The food was really good. I loved that tasty sauce dip that is given with the order! Sounds like my first taste of Raising Canes Chicken? Almost! Ive been to one a few yrs ago in another city but I suppose I wasnt impressed as have never gone to another until now. On this day I was with my youngest son and his two youngsters; the restaurant was a bit crowded. The small size of the inside space did not help that situation. There were also no employees available apparently to clean the dining area and people were leaving behind some real messes when they finished eating. Its as if they tried to fit as many tables as they could in there! But the chicken! It was delicious! I finished all of mine and my grands did as well! If you get the opportunity to go to this particular spot I would suggest planning a picnic and taking it to go if it looks a bit crowded. The staff were fast, efficient and even with the crowd.. pleasant! If you decide to eat inside on a busy day, just do the next patron and the staff a huge favor and throw away your cups, napkins etc. Then an observant employee can do as they did with us and come do a quick sanitary table wiping! Kid-friendliness: Kids combo meal available with toy.

Canes is trying a little too hard to be like chick fil a with taking orders outside (not using the intercom) I ordered and paid cash with one individual that then went inside. I pull to the first window and they asked what is the name of the order (couldn t find our order) another girl came to the window and asked the exact same thing! after we told them we have already paid we proceeded to the next window. We were asked 2 more times what did we order By this time we are annoyed by the inconvenience and how unorganized the drive thru is being ran. Not only did they make us feel like we were the problem, but we felt disrespected by their attitude as if it were our fault they are scattered and disorganized! We spend to much money there weekly and never have experienced this type of customer service! Canes do better! I have called back 4x to speak with someone, but no answer. :-( I have worked a 13 hours shift today, and all I wanted was some Canes, a bath, and my bed, but no canes. The fries and the chicken are both warm. The fries are dried out. I work too hard for my $11.90 to be thrown away over some luke warm food that I will not eat. People can get sick like that. Dont serve that stuff throw it out. I only gave two stars because the toast was hot. Frustrated!

If you order ahead on the app and select the time that you want your food curbside, be prepared to wait 18 minutes from the time you selected. In addition, expect your food to be cold. When I went inside to get my curbside order there was confusion going on both front of the house and back of the house. The two people working at the counter seemed overwhelmed. When I inquired about my order they NEVER uttered a word. While waiting, people were telling the worker the order. The worker, again, never uttered a word except for the total. If you dont want me here you did an excellent job conveying it.

Ive loved Canes for years! The only complaint I have about the Cedar Hill location is that the parking and drive thru lane are madness. Doesnt matter if its lunch or dinner time, you are going to spend 30+ minutes in drive thru. The park lot is hard to navigate with exiting customers, traffic entering from the 67, and shopping center traffic.

The children in the drive thru are rude and really inappropriate. One young lady was having a full conversation with her other coworkers about her aspirations to do other jobs then the one she was currently at. She had long hair no hair net and a bad attitude. She work Sunday night in the drive through and was very unpolite. This is the major problem with these children being allowed to work the new breed is a different breed. The raising cane should send their workers to the school of chick fila my pleasure. I hate my husband would not let me go in and make this a teachable moment. I had the worst experience from the drive thru speaker when placing my order. On Thursday, October 5th around 4pm the person taking the order was very loud, rude, and obnoxious. Morning afternoon or evening someone s gonna be cranky taking your order. I cannot remember the last time I visited this canes and my order was actually correct. I mean like yeah you can say check your bag before you leave but you shouldn t have to hold up the entire line another 30 seconds making sure your order is right. God forbid if there is a line cause your food is 8/10 gonna be cold and hard. You ll be better off driving 20 minutes to a different canes at this point

This location consistently has better fries compared to the Camp Wisdom location. But 4 times out of 5 they will not actually put the extra sauce in your order and act like you re lying or inconveniencing them when you ask for the extra sauces you paid for. Canes must be taking those extra sauces out of their own paychecks, sheesh!

I come to canes a lot, many different locations. This one looks the nicest, but always has bad service and food. I order naked bird every time and they make me regular. Have to have them redo it, then I get it and they will forget to put the sauce with it, so I have to go back and ask for that. The food is always cool and doesn t taste fresh at this location. Every time I come I know what s going to happen, my friend and I joke about it every time we come here. We will be going to a different location for now on. Tired of giving it another chance
