She laid out options, answered all of my questions, and let me decide what would be the best solution for my situation. Due to some unforeseen circumstances in my life, I had to consider what my children would have to go through should I pass away unexpectedly. I was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Amber with Ramsey Law. She and Kari walked me through the process of a living will and trust. We highly recommend using Amber Ramsey at Ramsey Law to create your Trust, Will, etc. We started this process unaware of how much goes into creating the legal documents to protect yourself and your family. Amber and Kari have been thorough in working with us to ensure we are protected and patient with us as we had to make some decisions we were not aware we needed to at the beginning. Amber helped us decide on the best options we needed without trying to sell us on any of them. She simply informed us of the options and let us decide what would be best for us. We decided on the Revocable Trust, and we also added a pet trust that helps us feel confident our pets will be cared for should they survive us. Amber walked us through the scenarios that should be anticipated to protect our financial and property assets best. The trust package also included a Durable POA, Medical POA, Directive to Physicians, Appointment for Disposition of Remains, Declaration of Guardian, Warranty Deed, and our Wills. They even provided a checklist to assist us on what actions we needed to take after we completed the trust package. We could not have had a better experience and again, highly recommend using Ramsey Law. We had already waited too long to do this, but glad we have completed it!! Thank you to Amber and Kari for their hospitality and for always promptly responding to our many questions.

Amber has assisted both my immediate family with our estate planning docs, as well assisted my sister before she passed to make sure her wishes were honored, and helped me with alot of free advice with my father who has passed as well but already has his documents in order. If you are reading and this and dont have your estate documents in order you need to fix that right away. And I highly recommend you reach out to Amber Ramsey for this service. Simply put, she is the best!

I consulted Ms. Ramsey for possible probate assistance after the passing of a family member. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and patiently listened to me during a difficult time. Here is the important part: she recommended we NOT proceed at that time. This recommendation was the best advice for me, but not for her as it did not generate any revenue for her firm. Fast forward two years and she again took the time to review new information and we again agreed to wait for her possible legal assistance. It is rare today to find a professional who you can trust to give you excellent service and advice, even though it has yet to directly benefit her. For these reasons she has earned my thanks and trust. San Antonio has no shortage of attorneys, but few who can be fully recommended and trusted to put your needs before theirs.

I am visiting my mother in San Antonio, I am from Virginia, when she expressed her desire to get a new will. I was leaving in four days and called and left messages at many law firms trying to get an appointment. Ms. Ramsey was the only one who called me back and within a half an hour. She got my mom in the next day, Friday. Her Professionalism, attentiveness, and caring demeanor to our situation was impressive and her desire to help went OVER and BEYOND anything we could have hoped for. She prepared the documents and since my mom is disabled, she brought the documents to our house bringing a mobile notary and two witnesses the next day, a Saturday, for signature. She knew I was leaving on Monday to head home and gave up her weekend to help us out even making copies and bring them back over later. I have never met anybody so willing to help and go out of her way. I can t believe people like her still exist! I highly, highly recommend her.

Amber Ramsey prepared our planning documents: wills, POA, etc... I was very anxious about this process, but she made it much easier than I expected! Amber gave us a very thorough questionnaire to help us prepare all the information we needed to reflect our wishes. She took time to meet with us before and after the documents were prepared, and asked us numerous questions to make sure we had thought of everything. I would highly recommend Amber with Ramsey Law to friends and family who need to plan for their family s future. She is thoughtful, thorough, and a true professional. Amber Ramsey did an excellent job in procuring our Will/Trust for us within one weeks time. She was thorough & explained to us exactly what we needed to know to make the best decision in formulating our Will & Trust. She went the extra mile in delivering our paperwork to our home on a Sunday to have our paperwork signed & ready for us the day before we left for our trip. She was kind, knowledgeable, & gave us several solutions to implement in our Will. I felt we were in good hands having her for our probate attorney. We highly recommend her.

Amber took care of my mothers probate and did all of the documents for both of my kids when they turned 18. It was a very easy process and very straightforward. Amber is who i refer my clients to when they need Estate and Probate work or to have new wills drawn up. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
