The branch manager Sergio has been texting me for two days telling me I have a job. Tells me the details and where and when to start. The day I m supposed to start I ask him what I need to bring(for paperwork), he tells me an hour before I Start the job that he got confused with the names he texted and that I m the wrong person. I ll have to drive an extra hour to their office to fill a 2nd application out and and do an interview. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

Please dont waste your time or gas. This place is very racist towards African Americans (Blacks). They will have you come to the office when you are already in KP Staffing computer data base. The jobs they advertise on indeed is bait and switch. The Hispanic community can walk in and walk out with a job with no problem. The first time I was there a Mexican walk out with a machine operator position paying $20.00 an hour but yet with all my years of experience was told that they didnt have anything check back next week. Very unprofessional.

Firing someone for not being fluent in Spanish violates federal laws, maybe do better and not listen to teenagers on business decisions. You are suppose to notify at the time of agreement your requirements. The degree of fluency varies and for what you do, Bridget was more than capable of performing her job duties in both English and Spanish. I will have her file a claim with the EEOC, DOL and TWC for you hiring her and then firing her for not speakingSpanish which is not true and can be very much proven. To you employees at the Carrollton location stop discriminating against your own people do better be better.
