If I could give it 0 stars I would. Doing taxes shouldnt be as frustrating as these so-called experts make it. In addition to taking weeks to finish the taxes, they do not have an ounce of professionalism. If you come here expect to have a bill of $890 or more.

The staff is very friendly and they are willing to answer all your questions. I made my tax return with them and everything went perfectly, I received my wifes ITIN in a couple of months. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is the cost, its a little above average. This is what I paid: - ITIN: 185 - Tax Return: 280 - Extension: 50 - Total: 515

Very expensive, they charged me triple and for some copies of my taxes that I made there they want to charge me 25 for each sheet if I had 0 stars that would be what I would give and I dont recommend it

Horrible place to go and do your taxes. They take advantage of there costumers and don t tell you how much you ll be charged until there quote on quote estimate has been done. They take advantage of Spanish speakers then act like they have the best prices in town. Save for time and your money!

I got an tax estimate they wanted to charge me $450 went to another place got charged half this is the first place that has ever charge me just for an estimate ($45)

If your looking for a place that can help you file your taxes, such as personal or business the right way and educate you on what to do and what not to do, than don t look further Mi Casa Hispana can definitely offer that and much more. I was able to acquire my house this year and they helped by providing additional documentation in such timely matter! Were very thankful to have found this place. I usually go to H&R Block to file my taxes but this place blows them away. Everyone here was very professional and knowledgeable about our income tax and family needs. They also assisted in getting my wifes tax ID number ITN, which I know regular tax offices dont do. If you need help filing past due taxes like I did, if youre spouse doesnt have a social security number or tax ID or if you feel normal perfect world tax service places such as HR Block, etc dont know or understand how to help your family, please come visit this place. You wont be sorry.

Good bad customer service. Mr. Labeid Limón appears to know a lot but he knows nothing about taxes. His advertising promises things that they dont deliver, so dont even go with them, avoid the unpleasant penalty.
