I have doing my taxes in this place for years. They do an excellent job keeping me out of trouble with the IRS by doing the things in the right way 100% recomended.

Very bad tax sevice . When taking the money they said it s going to be few days to ship out the paperwork to irs.They took my money and didn t ship my itin tax paper work. called them up mutiple times they said it s going to take few more days. Finally one day when I called them asking what is the status they said it s going to take few more weeks. Weeks!!! I say I said i am going to take back the paperwork and do ITIN somewhere else and requested a refund. They said were going refund but only refunded 100$ (it was only 90$ but argued for 110$ atleast finally came to 100$) and kept remaining 20$ even though it s their fault for the delay. Don t file anything here . stay away from this agency!!!

I have had a very bad experience. I do not recommend it, they do not look for a way to help one pay less. They also charge much more than elsewhere. I will never go back there again.

Very bad service, they dont solve anything and they also charge you more, I went to authenticate some documents and they took all the documents I had for authentication without asking if some of them were going to be authenticated, they even authenticated photo copies that should not be authenticated without asking me . I do not recommend this place to Hispanics.

I met with Milagros a few weeks ago to file taxes for me and my husband and had the best experience. She was so patient and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us with such detail and she was such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!
