This was a great trail, not very shaded but its a nice long trail if your looking for a good walk or bike ride. Bike friendly dor sure and dog friendly. I believe I seen at least 2 different parks.

Where it starts and if you go to the right, the original blue trail its about 3.9 miles and the return marker puts you at 7.8 miles. Additional you can go left and trail ends at the public train station but this road is less traveled and scenes are not as beautiful, bringing the total trail 11+ miles.

Beautiful pond, small fish Great for our first in a long time. We all caught something small. I got my $11 (what I paid for the Academy Fishing license) fish. Lots of snacky food, small light and fun. Careful more light means more mosquitos. Downside- one picnic table Very cool! Heard coyotes

This is a very nice place to walk, run or bike. Very scenic and well kept. Theres a playground for kids, benches to rest, grills for a small cookout. I really enjoyed being able to go there for my walks, while visiting family in the area.

Wonderful path for biking. The scenery is beautiful while I was there during the day. The path was smooth and well-maintained. Plenty of places along streets to park, and I noticed there was even a parking lot somewhere near one of the ends of the bike trail.

This is a great place to walk. Ive also seen people fishing in the pond. This connects to Carrolltons Blue Trail. There are no restrooms, water fountains, or playground equipment .

This is a beautiful river to follow down when taking a walk since its right near our home, and the ponds allow for gorgeous scenery if you are looking to sit in a grassy spot and watch the many turtles pop their heads up! The paths are marked and easy to follow, even when having to cross an intersection. There are mosquitos, so wear some type of Off spray if coming during sunset. People walk their dogs here, so be wary of space and make sure all dogs are leashed, for their safety and your own.

Lots of nature, pond, water ways in this area. You can take this trail for 5 miles ome direction so if you cycle you can get a 10 mile ride in. My main complaint is it can get crowded and the paved trail is not as wide as other paved trails for bikes so you get a lot of rude people blocking the whole trail who act annoyed when you stop your bike to ask them to pass.

Road bike experience: full length is around 4.25 miles with a few road crossings, typically not too crowded, it is a bit narrow for fast rides with other company on the trail. Some wet spots near frankford after rainfall, with room to let out at the ends of the trail. Lighting is not ideal for low light conditions and no bathrooms or drinking water available. Fairly flat.

Lots of good sidewalks and they are nicely divided with a blue line - good for walkers and bikers alike. Theres a good amount of traffic in the evenings but not overcrowded...very spacious. There are some park benches and picnic tables scattered throughout the park too.
