We would come here and eat all the time and never had a problem with the waitress or food nothing.until today It completely uniceptible. The waitress was so slow. It took a little bit to bring menu to the table it took a while to get our chips in salsa. We had to wait 3 customers just to get our order placed. Wasnt crowded at all. We had to move to another table that was alot cleaner wasnt sticky the first table she said is out was so sticky we had to move.. We didnt get offers for Refills on our sweet teas we had to ask for them.. My son or the tacos there was no tomatoes on there and it advertised that yes tomatoes were supposed to be on there no taco sauce was even on there. To top it all off I even told the waiters it was my sisters birthday and she didnt do nothing they didnt seem to hurt into the hat it was so disappointing I will never come back here unless the owner himself is there in the other waitress is not worth it I cant believe I had to leave a review like this it bugs me to do it but you guys need to step your game up on having the young waitress out there today on Saturday August 31st It was just unacceptable I should have went to another Mexican restaurant to have a celebration for my sisters birthday but cause I love this place and always come here I thought it would be a wonderful thing to do it turned out to be a nightmare . Vegetarian options: There are some things on the menu yes Dietary restrictions: Few of the places on the wall should be painted and touched up tables need to be wiped off a lot better than what the normally are.. Parking: Plenty of room to park shade on the back side of the building outside picnic area to eat is really pretty its nice and quiet nice of you of the park across the street park up in front got a little bit of a dip Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly good menu for the kids to eat from Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp

The food at this place is delicious and full of flavor. Cachapa Trio is the best. Unfortunately, the service is quite disappointing. The servers seem to have poor communication skills, are introspective or shy, and many dont speak English. During my last visit, a server stood next to me, staring at me silently while I was paying and leaving a tip, which was quite uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this Venezuelan gem, Hola Cafe, last night. I had a wonderful high-value meal, full of flavor at a very reasonable price. We had the Cachapa Trio and the Cachapa Cochino. Both were pork dishes that came with a fantastic looking cornmeal pancake folded over with a cheese sauce stuffing and garnished with cheese. It could have passed in appearance as a desert. The Cochino is fried pork and the flavor is sure to please. The portion was generous. Almost shareable. The Trio was enough for a dinner and lunch the next day. While all pork options on the trio were very good, the Avacado Pork (served cold like chicken salad) was my favorite. Our server was very competent and friendly. She was able to accommodate our quirks despite my failings with the Spanish language. Highly recommended!

If I go to a restaurant it is because I want to eat something delicious and of course hot and fresh... If you are going to do that at least heat the food well, as you are going to serve the food in less than 5 minutes and at the same time cold

Update: service has changed a lot. The full is still good, but customer service it s none existent. Original review: The place is very well maintained, and enjoyable, they put background music which makes the atmosphere better. We went for lunch time, and the place was empty until about 12:30pm when it become very busy. We had the sancocho, pabellón, and the cachapas with pork, which three typical Venezuelan plates. The desert they have tres leches and quesillo, which is like an egg pudding. They have natural juices, including mango and passion fruit. The food was extremely healthy and tasty! It can be a bit pricey though.

My order was an Uber Eats delivery, my food was so poorly packed that all the sauces were outside of the container and spread in all the plastic bags. The delivery woman forgot the pabellon and then come back and told me Hola Cafe told me that it does not matter... that is only the rice tha was missed... it does not matter what we order if we paid for it we must receive in good conditions what we ordered... common sense The food tasted good, but since everything was mixed and outside of the container the texture of the food changed and also the flavor, I am Venezuelan so I know! I cannot give a good review. I am very disappointed!

Delicious food, BUT SCAM They wanted to charge me for a soup that I did not order, when I notified them they changed my receipt (the soup was not written on) but the amount did NOT CORRESPOND TO MY CONSUMPTION. When I took out my calculator to confirm the amount, the girl serving me got nervous and another woman inside arrived wanting to fix things. I realized they knew what they were doing. I decided to leave the difference of the soup that I did not consume but they were charging me as a tip to the person who served me, I left it noted on the receipt and even then a few days later the very abusive people charged the bank a higher amount. Fortunately, I took a photo of my receipt because the behavior of those people did not generate confidence in me, and so I sent it to the bank as proof. Regrettable

Ordered to go for the first time and food was amazing...came in to dine in second visit and was very disappointed. Sign on door said close at 10:30 by 9:50 I tried ordering a drink and bar was done and were closing at 10pm. Also mentioned to the waitress numerous times the arepa i wanted. I mentioned several times and pointed at the photo and she brought out the wrong one at first. Wouldnt take it back and said to give to friend sitting with me. Once she brought out the one I wanted the gouda was not grilled at all like the to go order. Didnt bother try sending it back because Im sure kitches was closed. Food tastes amazing just expected food to be cooked same way every time and waitress could have came and told us they were closing and it was last call on drinks. Photo is the arepa I ordered to go. One I got dining in cheese was completly raw and not grilled like the one pictured.

Very bad Service, I bought a soup and it only had pure juice and vegetables, no meat. Also super expensive and the Tequeños dont even mention it.

The food is ok for the price. Everything is just expensive and is not worth in the end. The girl that served us was nice tho. I don t think I ll come back. If only the food were good

Today I went to eat and the pork rinds seemed to have been changed, they were not the most representative and the flavor is different, before they were better, they should maintain the quality of the food

I love this food.... But the service is very slow. I went to the place for lunch. It was not busy. The waitress never Yego to serve me lasted more than 10 minutes, no one Yego and if she saw me, ok...... terrible, no. I recommend it, I hope you dont have the same disappointment as mine...... I was a frequent customer.. Thank you

Delicious food. However, they charged my credit card more. There was an 18% tip. I think that they wanted extra tip. Be careful.

Best authentic food I ve ever had. The pan de jamón didn t make the cut (ate it too fast). The rest of the plate followed suit. Fully recommend I ve tried others and it doesn t taste the same, this is the ONE.

TERRIBLE FOOD!!! All the finds poorly tied! They fell apart when cooking, the dish had pernil and it turned out to be pure roast (very bad too, super sweet and very dry)...by the way, they are mega expensive, to provide such bad service!

BEST AREPA PLACE AROUND I have tried various arepa places and I always find myself comparing them to Hola Cafe arepas. Im Mexican and I am fairly new to the Venezuelan cuisine, but Hola Cafe has cemented my admiration for Arepas. I highly recommend this place. Only downside... Its around $10 for a decent sized arepa. Kinda pricey but these are the only ones I dont mind paying the price for... Their Pelua Arepa (Beef) is my all time favorite and ask for the spicy red salsa for a kick.

Wow, I recommend this place, they have the best Cachapa in all of Dallas and Fort Worth and not only the cachapa, but I have tried El Pabellón Delux or the delicious Christmas Platter and very friendly and attentive service as well. Recommended 100%

The food was good, but the work environment must have been hell. By the way, super expensive. As a customer I could hear from the living room how they were yelling at the employees. A disappointment as a Venezuelan to see how they mistreat employees in this place. I would not return just for not supporting the mistreatment of workers.
