Several months ago, friends had gotten taken out here and had leftovers. I ate some of them later in day, which created a craving for more for months. Finally, my friends said what birthday dinner do you want? The sesame chicken from that place in Carrollton. We ordered it and everyone was so impressed with how it tasted! Wish they had one in Plano! Seriously, delicious!

Rude cashier lady, didn t wanna give us our food we ordered through uber even though we showed our receipt! Also missing part of our order. Food was alright they gave me more onion than meat, and we ordered shirmp stuff and only gave us 2 piece of shirmp! Not forget to mention, our shrimp was not devained!

Only worth going if your working 8 minutes from here on a 30 minute lunch. Food is good but the service needs work. I was overcharged nearly 3$ per meal. Then charged an additional 2$ with no reason given. I did not receive all of the items in my order. And the items i did receive were either completely plain (my lo mein had no sauce) or super old and mushy. Once a loyal customer but I ll never return. I drive across town yesterday to pick up my call in order. I reached for 2 super small cups of chili oil. On Uber eats, with orange chicken the description says rice, brown rice or lo mein. There wasn t an option to select lo mein so I wrote it in the comments. There was an up charge but no worries there. The issue I have is that the noodles they provided were PLAIN! Just steamed noodles. It s disgusting. I d be better off throwing spaghetti sauce on top of the plain noodles.

Panda Delite used to be my favorite place to get fried rice from that was close to the rice i ate back home(St.Louis). But after the experience I had today with ordering from them through Door Dash I will NEVER be ordering from them again. How is it that I place almost a $40 order(an order of vegetable fried rice st.louis style, an order of sesame shrimp with fried rice,2 vegetable egg rolls and an order of fried dumplings)ans i ONLY get the vegetable fried rice and two egg rolls? Where is the rest of my order? The dasher was willing to go back and asked to call the restaurant. Want to know what the restaurant said...you gotta call door dash its their fault. how is it door dash fault when YOU ALL DIDNT PACK THE ENTIRE ORDER? Then had the nerve to keep hanging up because by then im irate after asking SEVERAL times can the dasher come get the rest of my order. I ordered from here via Uber eats. I wanted Chinese food but not Panda Express and I accidentally thought this was a different place I order from. Let me tell you I was presently surprised. It was very good! I ordered pork steam buns, orange chicken, sesame chicken, combination rice, and veggie rolls. Everything was very bland, we ordered the beef dishes spicy... there was no spice, rice was soggy, lo mein was plain unseasoned fettuccini noodles. I called and told them about it and they would deliver or I could just tell them next order and they would include it. While the food is mostly good I was not a fan of the sweet and sour sauce at all. The portion sizes were great but there was an even bigger issue as the driver was rather rude and short. They are the face that you see when they deliver the food so therefore sadly they are the face of your company. The most annoy issue I had is I didn t want a full portion of a dish as I was ordering for my self and they would not allow me to have a smaller portion. I was told that it was all or nothing and that made no sense to me. You simply set out the portion and charge accordingly instead of sending rice that will simply go to waste.

Tasty and affordable Chinese food! Ive never eaten at the restaurant, but frequently purchase delivery from them. I love their crab rangoon, steamed potstickers, and moo shu chicken. They give quite a lot of moo shu chicken, I almost always have leftovers which I love. I only wish I could order additional pancakes to eat it all with.

We have ordered from here several times. Just received the worst customer service ever. We ordered several meals and extras. We were shorted one Lo mein side, no big deal until I called. The lady on the phone was rude. She told me twice to check my bad and when I told here it was not here she told me it had to be because she packed it. I confirmed it was not in the bag. She was talking to someone In the background telling them I was just trying to get more, no I just wanted what I ordered. She came back and I told her if she was going to call me a lair I was not coming and and CLICK. SHE HUNG UP. Well never again.

Really good. The pork lo mein isn t my favorite but other than that, everything is super good! *update-I always order the lo mein and it s always seasoned and delicious. Don t believe the reviews that say it s not. I order through the app and pick it up so maybe that s whats different.*
