Wow! Lived nearby for years and never tried ordering from China One. We were able to place our order in the morning and picked up that evening. Was ready just a couple of minutes after we got there so it was hot. Portions were very adequate, even for my husband who likes to eat!. Food very tasty. There were a few tables but is primarily a take out place. Would recommend China One for sure.

Order takeout and was not disappointed. I ordered a dinner special and have leftovers as well. The crab rangoons are perfectly crisp and stuffed well. The pork fried rice was moist and flavorful. My order of General Tsos chicken add shrimp was spicy but tasteful. I am not usually a shrimp person and added the shrimp on a whim. Great choice and will definetly order again. Great price and delicious food....the perfect combo! I have been searching for a great Chinese place for years and have finally found one I enjoy!!

This place is incredible. All the Chinese restaurants I ve ordered from in Dallas have been so greasy and I could never find a good egg roll. I ordered this place one night on a whim hoping for the best, and WOW!! My sister and I were so impressed! The fried rice was so not greasy at all and deliciously fluffy and it came with the perfect amount of veggies it was so amazing. We ordered sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, general tsos and lo mein. The chickens were very meaty and the sauces were on point! The lo mein was freshly made and perfect. We ordered about 10 eggs and thank god we did! These has been the best egg rolls I have found thus far in Dallas. The right egg roll wrap, perfectly fried and the inside was just as it should be! I even ate the egg rolls cold the next morning they were so good and they were still soft and delicious! Not to mention also that we got this delivered and the man that delivered our food works there he was so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place and this will definitely be our go to spot for Chinese from now on!

Been ordering from here for better part of the decade. We are tried 10 different chinese restaurants and this one is the most consistent with quality flavored food. Theyre portions are bigger than most other restaurants. Excellent prices as well. I have been to pick-up a few times and clearly this is family owned, same cooks in in the back and their young children sitting in the dining area doing homework and playing games. Huge respect to whoever owns this, they have been killin it for years. I prefer to suppoert small businesses and this is a prime example of one. Thanks for all your hardwork and great food over the years.

If I could give O Stars I would but Google makes me put 1 Star. They mix old Rice with Rice thats not fully cooked. After a long back and forth with customer service they agreed to remake the Rice and deliver it to my home which I appreciated. Unfortunately The remade Rice was as CRUNCHY as the original Rice . This place used to be the BEST Chinese food around. The wonton soup was flavorful and hot with double meat wontons. All the meals were prepared so well...the bam. They changed ownership or the chef on me. Now the flavor of the food is bland and the preparation sub par. What happened China One? I just can not eat here any more. This is what I ve been looking for! Awesome takeout experience. My vegetarian wife, and 2 toddlers loved the food. Chicken and broccoli was great, lo mein on point, tasty boneless spare ribs..etc. Im from Brooklyn, NY and have been looking for that flavor for a while and always disappointed. Not here. Exactly the same hole in the wall delicious flavor. I live 45 min away and will happily drive here in the future just for tasty goodness. People upset about the service but I ordered online and the food was made quickly. A TON of food for the price too! Very happy customer.

This is my second time ordering here and im just as happy as I did when I first order food here. When was the last time you ordered from a chinese takeout where they really cared about their customers wellbeing? I tell you what, these people genuinely care about customers health, taste and wallet. Look at the cost of food here! You will find it almost less than all the other chinese places around! Cheap doesnt mean they will compromise on the taste! No sir! The taste is very good. This time we ordered: Vegetable fried rice Chicken Lomein and Hot and sour soup! Wow wow wow! Here is the part that told me they care about customers health also is the fact that they pay extra to put your and mine to go orders in nice reusable plastic containers that probably dont melt like so many chinese restaurants serve food in Styrofoam boxes and cups. This place maybe small but their standards are high. Placed an online order at 6:51 pm. 8:20 pm & havent received my order yet. I called to check status and I was told that the manager is the only person that has access to check online orders but apparently she doesnt really check them. They also overcharged my account. Email confirmation had one total amount and what was charged to my account was totally different. China One is this wonderful little spot that I would consider a hole in the wall type of place. The food was tasty, not messy and not greasy. The prices were very reasonable. I had the chicken lo mein, sesame chicken and the hot and sour soup. All were delicious and perfectly packaged for take out. I wouldnt recommend planning to dine in if your party is more than 2. The space is tight. All in all, China One is a wonderful find, and they definitely have a repeat costumer with me!

DO NOT DO DELIVERY I am sadden to write this review. We have enjoyed this place for several years on a regular basis. We have suggested them to countless people over the years in facebook groups, etc. The food itself has always been amazing. However, the customer service lately has been horrible with delivery orders taking 50-70 min. When they tell you that time and you know in advance ok no worries we started planning for it. We even make sure to tip extra for the drivers as were are on the outside edge of their delivery radius. Now this last two times we have order is taken 2+ HOURS! When you call them and ask about the order they lie you that it is on the way and then 30 min later still not delivered. You call back they say they are around the corner and still 30 min later not there. They are not even apologetic for the late delivery. Then they stop taking you phone call asking about the order since their caller ID system flags your phone and address. They send your call to their automated system that says they are to busy to take your call making other orders. I was as polite and understanding as possible throughout these two incidents but enough is enough. 3 hours for a chinese food delivery is insane then layering in the clear attempt to hide from the customer is appalling.

First time experience at this establishment. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone when I placed my order was very kind. The food was decent but the orange chicken looked/tasted like it had been sitting for a while as if it was from a buffet. Very chewy. Customer service definitely needs improvement. The young guy with glasses at the front register needs to be trained on proper greeting when customers walk in. He also needs to make sure he s not on his cell phone on while ringing up customers. Very unprofessional and rude. I would definitely advise management to look into correcting this behavior. Good customer service, unfortunately, in general at most places nowadays is missing - even compared to just a few years ago.

Ordered the kung Pao chicken it wasnt good at all. Too many peanuts, every piece of chicken was chewy, gray and inedible. Not enough bell peppers, it was mainly celery, looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. I ordered it with a side of plain fried rice that was the only thing I could eat. The chicken dumplings tasted like frozen premade dumplings. The crab Rangoons were not in good they were sweet inside, they also taste premade. The best item was the Chinese fried donuts. I end up throwing it all way after a couple of bites. I ordered my husband the chicken fried rice he had one bite and trashed it. Im not sure if they get many pork requests or not but they gave us some very thick Shredded pieces of pork in my husbands lo mein. It looked like they didnt thaw it, took it out of freezer, shredded into small pieces so it would cook and then over fried it so we wouldnt think it was frost bit. Also it was supposed to be roasted pork lo mein. And looked obviously fried and frost bit. My husband put it aside after seeing what the pork looked and tasted like. I ate my beef lo mein and then immediately got full and then literally 10min later I was hungry again and them got very sick.. Im not sure what they put in it but something wasnt right.. Do not eat here if you dont have to. Not worth the low prices. We realized the hard way, and will never go back.

Got take out from here. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Very authentic Chinese cuisine! Just be aware there is no dine in. Just take out or delivery. I recommend ordering 30 mins ahead of time. Totally worth the wait, while they make this fresh. Way better than heat lamp food that has been dried and coughed on by people at a buffet. Do yourself a favor and get the real thing, made fresh just for you.

The only thing, meats like Teriyaki Chicken or Chicken & garlic Sauce or boneless rib pork, are always tough. It should be soft, and you can make a garlic chicken, with softened onions and garlic, it is delicious. Thank you.

Hands down the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to! If you want to go through frustration and want an unpleasant experience, you go ahead and try this restaurant but if not, STAY AWAY! I have tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and for sure will never come back. Payment mess up, Ignorant unfriendly staff, RUDE actually, and a LONG wait time for the food! Ordered at 6:30 pm and got our food at 7:20 pm. Such a long time to wait for some okay at best food. We are usually okay with waiting if there is some updates on our order but here? NOTHING! Despite the reviews, I decided to try China One. Ill say the delivery was prompt. The food was hot and fresh. Due to previous reviews of spoiled food, i did smell my food before consuming it. The food was decent. I ordered an extra egg roll, shrimp fried rice, and sesame chicken with pork fried rice. Again, the food was decent. My two year old enjoyed the shrimp fried rice; however, she didnt care for the egg roll or sesame chicken. Next time I get a craving of Chinese food, then I may give China One another try. Heads up, theyre closed on Tuesdays.

Ive been ordering from those third party delivery services and they dont offer any service. I decided to try China One. Omg! I can actually call and tell them I screwed up my order. The deldelivery guy knew my area, and I spent 25% of the expensive services Then to my surprise, amazing food. Not just good, but great! And tons of it! If you dont want to get sick, please stay away from this restaurant. Ordered 5 items from here yesterday around 8 pm. I made sure the item no was given so that they wont mess it up and reconfirmed the order also. But when we started having our food, we realized 2 of the order was something else. And most unfortunate thing was bad smell was coming from it. I called the next day to report it, the lady on the phone was so rude and the first thing she said was you should have told us yesterday. I told her that we had our dinner late and that time it was closed, so calling today.. She kept on ranting that no other customer had problem blah blah blah instead of listening to what I have to say. I was been ordering from here for a while, but not again.
