Location looked clean, employee was friendly and received food before expected, however; the food quality was not good. Fried pickles were soggy and oily also the wing sauce was unimpressive to say the least. May try again in a far future.

Very unpleasant experience. The appetizer came 5 minutes after the main course, never got my double order ranch sauce, the receipt showed brisket nachos instead of the chips and trio, the dozens of tv didnt show any of the Olympics, the speaker provided great medical commercials instead of music, the drink menu was sticky, the food is ok. We will not be back to this location.

Showed up on time for an online order pickup. I waited at the counter for a good three minutes. Some rude lady with shoulder-length red hair approached me, and her badge said Kim. In the rudest manner that Ive ever been talked to at a restaurant, she asked me my name, she immediately said Its not ready yet, and ordered me that I need to sit down on the bench (that she pointed at) until its ready. I honestly believe that was when they actually STARTED cooking my food, because then it was another thirteen minutes late. I ordered 3 different flavors of wings, and one of them was boneless teriyaki. These were the WORST wings Ive ever had. They were tiny and overcooked, making them actually inedible. I have considered disputing my order with my credit card company to obtain a partial refund because theyre so bad, but decided to let it go, however this store really needs to address this lady. She doesnt need to be in this position of greeting people or having any interactions with people whatsoever. She needs to be working in the back lol, but unfortunately Id bet that shes probably the owner. I would like to add, since I cant respond to this owners response below, that I did in fact go to their website and leave a review as instructed. I even asked to be contacted as part of the review. This company truly doesnt give two, because I was never contacted. I think Ill permanently cross this subpar restaurant chain off my list of places to visit. Thanks for clearing up any confusion I may have had.

The Ghost of Dinner Future is warning you: DO NOT GO HERE! We took my 10-year-old son out for a birthday dinner, it was probably the worst dining experience I ve had in the past 10 years. After a 40-minute wait, only two of us got the right food delivered to the table. The others either got the wrong food or didn t get anything at all. I explained to the waitress what went wrong and asked her to bring out the correct items, then waited another 15-20 minutes, at which point she brought out another set of incorrect items and forgot to put in the order for my son s food a second time. By this point, we had been waiting almost an hour, and my son was getting upset. The manager offered to put our order in again, but I couldn t stand waiting there for another 15-20 minutes, so we asked for the check, paid, and left. I never did get the correct food, and the birthday boy didn t get any food at all. We ended up taking him down the road to Chicken Express for dinner an hour and a half after we first arrived at B-Dubs! UPDATE: Per the owners reply below, I filled out the form at the bottom of the B-Dubs website, and...literally nothing happened. No emails, no further communication. The form must have gone to a no-mans land because it did literally nothing!

Worst Bww I ve ever been too. We arrived at 9pm and were told our wait time would be 15 min. We waited and 45 min later we were finally seated. We they finally were about to sit us they just slammed some tables together. Which could have been done much earlier. I ve heard things about this location and I still gave it a chance. Big mistake. Don t come here. Especially if you want to watch a game. You ll miss it.

Been consistent to this place for couple of years now, it s been good at the beginning but not now, you won t get oranges in your beer past 9pm ( they always run out). Quality of service is bad these days. Newbies aren t trained good enough to be on the floor job. This is my personal experience that I m posting here. Outstanding customer service and food always never disappointed ever.Store manager Juan and Stephen provide world class customer service and their customer service skills as well as peoples skills are second to none and these comments are based on several times we were on the receiving end of Juan and Stephen off the chart customer service.Everytime I go there these two gentlemen always receive me with open arms and always make eye contact with a sweet smile and greet and parting comments and getting my order out on time and thats how they treat every customer not just myself.This restaurant is always nice and clean and food is always prepared right and on time and the servers constantly check on you to make sure you are taken care of and Juan and Stephen come by and also make sure everything is ok.All in all when a business has outstanding manager like Juan and Stephen who eat live and breathe customer service and always willing to go extra mile then that place can never go out of business ever.Thank you Juan and Stephen you two are the best of best and sky is the limit for you two fine gentlemen.Take care.

I placed an online order today and to add notes immediately after placing it I called the store directly. Kim answers the phone and I identified my order with my name she said AND like I was bothering her. All I wanted was for fries to be made last so they won t be cold and my wings to have extra sauce. If there was an option on the website I would gladly use it so I wouldn t have to speak to people like Kim. The call got disconnected so I called back and it was the same type of attitude. The food is always good but the to go customer service is not.

Our server was excellent and very patient with us. He fully understood that we were there to watch Game 1 of the World Series and our ordering would come in stages! I thought the pricing was a little high and there were no combo options. But, overall, really good experience. Only the pricing caused it to be 4-stars and not 5.

This chain has gone down hill across the whole country, its not just the cook. Food quality is definitely not the same. In store, take out and uber eats. Ordered boneless wings and it was like eating hard fried chicken batter with little to no sauce (didnt finish them). Ordered traditional wings and they were the size of my thumb, hardly any meat. The only good thing about this experience was the company and the waitress was good. If your looking for good wings my suggestion would be to go elsewhere.

My wife and I visit this location for EVERY Razorback football game and many Razorback basketball games. We also go for many NFL games. Typically service and cleanliness has been good but the last two visits have not been good. We live much closer to the BDubs inFrisco but stopped going as the service, food quality and cleanliness has gone way downhill. I hope our last two visits to the Carrollton location aren t the beginning of a trend in Carrollton as well. 1. Service. Visited Sept 9 for the Razorback watch party. Dining room was approx. 25% full. Our server, Haley did a fine job and was on top of things but as the dining room became slightly more busy she could not keep up. During the 3rd quarter waited 15 minutes to order 10 medium traditional wings. They arrive 30 minutes later, cold and hot sauce, not medium. I didnt touch them. When Haley eventually came back I asked for her to take them off the check and bring our bill. Bill came at she took off some odd $12 amount, but not the full $14.99. There was also a charge for hatch queso that we never even ordered. I asked again for the bill to be corrected. She removed the queso charge but not the full amount for the wings. She re-ran it a second time and again, the full $14.99 charge was not removed. As we were leaving I asked for a manager. A woman with dark hair came and introduced her a self as the manager. I explained the issues and she said I m sorry that happened . The bill was still approximately $3 higher as the wings weren t fully removed and she offered to re-run the bill a third time but wewere already committed to leaving. She didn t seem to acknowledge or care that we were Razorback fans who come every week. And my wife and I spend $$$. She said it s early season and we are working on things. 2. Men s bathroom. Inn past years has been clean and functioning, not recently. Only one sink works, soap dispenser empty both weeks and urinal had garbage in it this week. The tall urinal also sprays when flushed. (Could have been due to the garbage in it.) 3. Food quality. Inconsistent quality on consecutive visits. Example: Fried pickles are sometimes hot and crispy, other times mushy and stuck together. Wings can be smothered in excess sauce. Wings on last visit were swimming in the wrong sauce and were delivered COLD. How does this ever happen?

Inconsistent with charging/not charging to watch the UFC fights. Tonight they were charging again (which they haven t done in months, we watch basically all PPV fights here so I would know) I rather drive a little further to somewhere else to not get charged an entry fee. During my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, I met a series of service issues that prompted this review. Upon arrival, I asked to be seated at a different booth, which unfortunately led to a series of unfortunate events. We were shown a dirty table, setting a poor tone for our visit. Our server took our drink orders, including water, but ten minutes later, we were still waiting. This was an early sign of the neglect our table would face. Meanwhile, two other tables were seated, served, and left before we received our food. The slow service was frustrating and puzzling given the restaurant wasnt busy. After an hour, we asked for our check due to our growing dissatisfaction. We had to repeat our request to a different server, who was attentive and helpful. Her service was so refreshing that I tipped her directly via Cash App. A vexing moment was when we received our appetizer but had to request silverware, which arrived when our food was barely warm. Our server often ignored us while engrossed in his phone. When we finally spoke to the manager, thanks to the helpful server, Isabella, I voiced my concerns about the poor service. Unfortunately, the manager seemed indifferent, reinforcing my impression of a lack of customer focus at this location. This wasnt an isolated incident. On an earlier occasion, I had a negative experience during a pickup order where I received incorrect items and met a dismissive attitude. I am now voicing my dissatisfaction with this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The extended wait times, lack of attention to customer needs, and indifference from both server and management are unacceptable. This experience tested my belief that servers should always receive a 20% tip. On this occasion, I left a note saying, Do Better. In conclusion, I recommend other customers consider a different Buffalo Wild Wings location. This one has consistently underperformed in service and customer care. Even if a promotion like Buy One, Get One is tempting, the service quality at this branch might ruin your experience. I hope this review prompts an improvement in service. I have noticed the management team uses a standard template for their replies to one-star ratings. If the manager is reading this, I have already submitted a form on the website. Instead of a templated response, I urge you to address your teams shortcomings and strive to keep courteous staff like the server who helped us.

I m convinced that this location intentionally hires the most incompetent people on the planet. I truly believe this location is a shining example as to why minimum wage is just that - minimum. As for today s disappointing escapade - My wife and placed an order online, to be picked up at 8:40pm. We arrived at 8:42, only to stand there for 16 minutes before being helped. During that time, multiple employees walked past as I stood there and watched paint dry. The entire time, the woman who was servicing the take-out kiosk was in the bathroom, either dropping a deuce or playing on her phone. The cherry on top. Ticket completion time for our order was 8:22 . Meaning, when we got our order home, it was chewy and cold. Charging this order back all day - because it s in the trash. Avoid this location like the plague. Its entire staff shares a single brain cell, and it s not a good one .

Havent eaten here in years and decided to go last night. It should have been a red flag to go elsewhere when we walked in at 7pm on a Friday night and it was dead. Service was slow even though there were only 5 other tables with people. Beer was warm. Our order came out wrong. When the right order came, the wings were cold. Not at all how I remembered it. Save your money and just go buy some wings and fries at Costco and cook them yourself.

Avoid this place if you read this before going. My wife and I went Saturday around 4pm. We both used the restrooms upon arrival as we had driven back from ft worth. Both restrooms were trashed and clearly hadnt been looked at in hours. Should have just left right then. We walked up and waited for someone to seat us for about 5 minutes. Finally a server who had been standing there equally as long told us it was open seating. Thanks for just watching us for 5 minutes. The entire time I see people coming in doing the same thing. No sign saying seat yourself. My wife and I both ordered wings and fries. Wing came to us cold. I hadnt been to a bww in awhile but can say with confidence I will never be a patron of any location ever again.

Ive been a regular here for over a decade. Do I have my gripes about this place? As any regular will tell you, there are things you hate about a place that you visit frequently (including my own home). The mens room is joke, but I blame corporate for that, not the store. The managers there... Juan, Emma, Jen, CaSara are awesome and friendly. Really hard to find, not just help, but good help in the service industry these days. Ive seen all of these managers bust their buns to try and fill in where there was a need. As a regular, I see when people walk in and have to wait 3 minutes for a drink and get frustrated, just know that the bartender/bartendress is probably in the kitchen grabbing food to bring out, or in the back grabbing more alcohol. They dont know youre there yet. I find the bartenders to be VERY friendly and attentive. Theyll get to you as soon as they possibly can. Please be patient. Remember, you get the responsive you want based on your interaction with them. If you come in when Carol, CaeSea, or Potter are tending bar, youre in for a real treat. SUPER friendly, respectful, and attentive. As far as the food is concerned... I generally stick with the same stuff... Fried Pickles are excellent. The Southern Chicken sandwich is the bomb. I see the bad reviews on the food here and all I can say is its hit or miss, but I think its that way with all chains. Sometimes the wings are smaller, sometimes bigger based on supply and demand and everyone is feeling the pinch right now. If you dont like something, please bring it to a managers attention. THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! Conclusion: I keep coming back because the drinks are cold, the food is hot, and the staff is awesome. Unless something seriously drastic happens, Ill keep going back there as long as I live in this area.

I usually like BWW & I ve never had an issue at this location until tonight. I went with a few buddies of mine to watch the Cowboys game & of course it was busy! I knew it was going to be busy, but I didn t expect the service to be horrible! Our waiter didn t check on us at all until the end. We waited an hour on the wings & by the time they came out. They weren t hot. I asked for a glass of water because our waiter didn t check on us at all to ask us if we need anything so I asked another waiter who wasn t our waiter for a glass of water. I also told him that we re ready to order & he responded with, I m not your waiter, we re super busy! I understand you re busy but if people are ready to order than it s your job to at least inform our waiter that we re ready! I felt like that was a rude tone & thing to tell someone whose buying your food! Some places no matter if they re busy they are least apologize for the wait, or they provide better service. The staff is always friendly and the service is is really great. Food here is always on point but if something isn t just right they make sure the issue gets resolved. We ve eaten here for around 2 years and we keep coming back for more.

Came in for veterans day and I appreciated the service industry taking care of us. Despite taking up the section the server on the floor at dinner around 5pm was a gentleman who acknowledged me even though my meal was technically free. I appreciate servers like him and really wish I had his name to give him the personal review he so gratefully deserves.

Server was great, food not so much. Margaritas were watered down, boneless wings dry and over cooked. Didnt offer celery or carrot sticks. Plus they changed the BOGO Tuesdays to 1/2 off second qty instead of get one free , due to inflation they say? Welp guess I will fire up airfryer nxt time I have taste for wings.

A 2 star only because the waiter was great that rung my order up. For the last 2 orders from this location, my stomach has messed up and I felt like food poisoning. This time it also happened to my friend guy as well. This location has gone down. Maybe the cook isn t washing the chicken properly along with the areas and their hands. But I won t be going back. Hostess got us our drinks. My soda glass was literally half filled when she brought it to me! She said that there was a lot of foam (so why not wait till it goes down and fill it up more?). Asked if they could play our team on the TV. Said she didn t know. Said she was wondering what time the cowboys played.. we had to tell her that they don t play on Saturdays. DUH!! It s a freaking sports bar!! Restaurant was empty except for 5 other tables, but no waitress came. No wonder it was empty!! Absolutely pitiful!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

Fries are a tad dry. The honey bbq chicken sandwich is alright. Tangy. Some heat in the back, but the size is off for the price. Nobody was here upon entering. We had to find our own utensils. Overall, average.

Classic buffalo sauce was greasy and tasteless. Garlic parmesan should be a dry rub, not a sauce. Their sauce is creamy like a pasta sauce and does not taste like either garlic or parmesan.

They started charging cover for UFC fight s, been coming here to watch fights for over 1yr never has there been cover charges, wings usually come out cold but I would put up with it because the servers are nice but everything else is lacking in quality.

I love BWW, the wings are the best. Of late, I have noticed that the service quality has gone down. Recently, I went there a couple of weeks ago with my family. We had to wait for 30 min for someone to just take the order, and 30 min for the food to arrive. And when my kid wanted an ice cream, I asked the server to get one, he did not come back until 35 min, and called him again to check on the status of the ice cream, he said there is no ice cream. I don t blame the waiters, they probably are burnt out. I want the management to know the feedback. I am definitely not going back to BWW

Sat at the bar, loved our bartender! She was so nice and even though we didnt stay long, the atmosphere, the t.v.s with all kinds of games on and patio seating available...and if you enjoy wings ( but of course) and variety of great beers ..this is the spot! Waited over 20 mins to place a take-out order with the cashier after telling her numerous times I m trying to place an order not picking up for grubhub .tells me give her a few minutes to focus on them and she never took my order and I left horrible service never coming back again and wouldn t recommend it after that display of customer service

1st of all the front door was very dirty. It would take only a few minutes for the manager to tell one of the staff to go clean the door. This was my 1st time to this establishment. Very poor 1st impression I ordered a 6 pieceChicken wings and large fries. Both were cold And not heated up to spec. My wife ordered the 6 boneless chicken it was also cold and not heated up to spec. My 10 year old grandson says he would never come To this place. The chickens must have been under fed because the chicken wings we receive was very very small. Our waiter was not so bad at least he came back numerous times to ask if we needed anything else. Now we did have to ask for vegetables Ie celery sticks and carrots. He says that customer will have to ask that in order to get it. But then again how would a first time customer know that. That should have beenOffered to the customer. One last thing... I believe they have 2 types of rub. A dry one and a wet one. It was never offered but I ended up getting a wet one. Garlic parmesan. It was terrible and it made my chicken taste greasy. No part 2 for me for sure. The wife and grandson agree.

Such poor service. I ordered through a delivery service and called within 30 seconds of my order being placed to make a request I couldn t through the app. Cooking hadn t begun but because the ticket was closed which I m assuming comes that way when from a delivery app - they wouldn t modify. When asked why, it was because tables were just sat inside - clearly stating that dine-in guest are more valuable. Not to mention the order did not arrive correctly even for what was placed through the app. In service or sales, your ultimate job is to provide solutions.
