I have been coming here for months both on lunch hour at work, and often after work. I worked Saturday the 6th till 1:00pm, and dropped by shortly after to find the door locked with people inside dining! There was another patron that drove up and he too was unpleasantly surprised. An employee came out and said: There are not enough people! I still dont know what that meant, but I DO know I will NOT be back. This store unnecessarily drove me away.

Ive come here at least 5 different times and every time they are missing something from the order usually I just come back and they have no problem just giving me the missing item but come on every single time? twice I made it all the way home thinking they couldnt possibly forget something this time and yet failed. last time going and getting disappointed. and the biscuits this time we stale I had to give them to the dog I couldnt even bite in to them.

I ordered the 5 pc tenders and we had asked them to make them fresh and with large fries and they gave me cold food and my fries were cold and my drink was supposed to be a large and ended up getting a small drink instead..the black guy working there was rude to us and gave us attitude..we have been customers here for 22 years and know me and my family aren t coming here anymore..the employees are rube and mean and give up attitude.we spent 2 hours waiting on our food to be ready..

This chicken is the driest, most unseasoned, most unflavored chicken Ive ever tasted from churchs! If it wasnt for the peppers and ketchup I had, it wouldve been basically inedible. Some of the chicken was cooked fresh and some was reheated and hard as a rock. I thought I was about to actually enjoy my meal but to no avail. Disappointed is an understatement. Gone stay away from this location baby. They dont season their food, give you fresh food nor care about life.

I havent had Churchs in a looong time. When I had relocated, there were no Churchs. So, I figured lets go get some! This location has been here for a while, a long while. It has been renovated, but it has always been Churchs. We decided to go in so we could look at the board. The ladies inside were very nice and helpful. It was sometime in the late afternoon. We ordered our food to go. Everything looked good, everyone ate, no one and no complaints at all. Thanks for dinner.... My son looked at me and asked me how I liked the chicken? I replied,That maybe my taste buds changed? The flavor didnt hit like it used to. My son said, I thought the same thing. Me: Maybe your tastebuds changed too. Well, everybody else liked it, as I mentioned before. Pertaining to us two... well be back for round 2 .

My food is honestly good and seasoned every time I go to this location. My only issue is when you walk in there is always only one cashier that is working the drive through and the inside so you have to work for service. You always have to ask for condiments and then extra. And depending on whom is there will determine if you can trade the biscuit for a pepper.

This place was ridiculous. They tried to inform me that I couldnt get the parts of the chicken that I ordered instead of just upcharging. They also provided me with the completely wrong order. I informed them it was supposed to be legs and wings and a family frie. They fixed the chicken pieces and had already charged me for fries but said they had to charge me more because they didnt charge me for the family size fries. I was completely OK with that, except they had already messed up my order with thighs, and then the family fries they charged me additionally for, where completely cold!!!!! $40 I was charged for 3 smallest Churchs wings that I ever saw and 7 legs, cold family fries and no rolls no drink no nothing. All of which I had to Air Fry to heat once I got home. Service seriously sucked!!!!

I ordered a two piece white meat. Why did I receive dark and it must have been the oldest chicken they had because it was hard and looked like it had been there a while. Hot meal. Strawberry splash sprite. Soft, sweet glazed biscuit. Those are your stars. I taste preservatives in the fries, so theyre a meh and get no applause. If this is supposed to be Texas marquee chicken, then Texas should stick to beef briskets as its marquee dish and ban Churchs chicken from representing Texas. The chicken was very bland: A lot of grease, some preservatives, and no salt, no spice, no flavor. Churchs biscuit can compete with Popeyes biscuit. Churchs chicken cannot compete with the Popeyes chicken. Matter of fact, Churchs chicken cannot even compete with KFC chicken. Matter of fact, Churchs chicken cannot compete with Chinese carryout chicken with sweet & sour dip sauce. I can go on and list other chains, but you get the picture: You have so many better options for chicken in Texas. Anyone who hypes this fried chicken has a questionable taste in seasoned food.

There are not many Churchs chicken locations in town. One one Belt Line, Carrollton. Another on Main Street, Lewisville. This location is cleaner, bigger, with more dining tables. I m giving two stars because the ladies at the counter were so sweet and inviting. They welcomed me upon entry and patiently took my order even though their manager was there wanting them to close the lobby and only offer drive through (I shouldn t have heard that conversation) I haven t eaten Church s Chicken in years so when I saw the chicken dipped in gravy on TikTok trending I thought why not? I ordered the 3 piece dark with mashed potatoes and gravy. Arrived home and became angry by what I paid decent money for. The chicken was apparently from the prior evening. These ppl are selling OLD, PRECOOKED CHICKEN that shouldve been thrown in the trash. Pls look at your order before leaving to make sure your chicken is fresh. Not old precooked, nasty & dried out. I spent over $20 dollars with these ppl. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. MAKE SURE THE CHICKEN IS NOT OLD, PRECOOKED & DRIED OUT. Will never return to THIS place. Also, the Peach Cobbler was HORRIBLE!!!!

I was skeptical at first but when I had the shrimp and chicken strips I was surprised how good it was. The shrimp is fried with a little bit of a pepper flavor that I love,, the chicken was moist and juicy , not like most chicken strips that have a good crust but dry as West Texas sand. Serice was fast and friendly. Next time I get a craving for fried shrimp, I am going here. Was pleasantly surprised.

I visited this location Friday, ordered the chicken tenders and shrimp meal, they forgot the biscuit, the chicken pieces were thin, the shrimp, I felt wasnt cooked well. I threw them away. I just ordered the 3 piece chicken meal, they forgot my mashed potatoes! I did get my biscuit this time! Im a little upset, this is my dinner for tonight and its incomplete. The fried chicken was delicious as I was biting into the drumstick, I found a hair !! So gross! I dont think Ill be going back to this location.

They messed my food up earlier and would not answer the phone. So I had to go all the way back up there only to get it remade with no gravy on my potatoes! Gas is too high to be driving 4.5 miles twice just to be disappointed. Edit: the chicken I had earlier, as well as the 2nd chicken is dry and over cooked. The bone was black and very hard.

We stopped in for a late bite after some softball. The food is always fresh and hot. The Sweet Tea is always on point and I must say the customers service we received in the drive thru was stellar! The woman was polite and courteous and the gentleman who handed us our food was super nice as well!! Too many time places get bad reviews but we fail to give the good review when service is above and beyond!! Id give the service 6stars If I could!!
