First time here . Ordered the connection bfast with 3 blueberry gluten free pancakes, scrambled eggs cooked with chorizo. Amazing! Waitress offered corn tortillas to accompany. Perfect. They had a homemade salsa that was perfect for the eggs. Not too hot and plenty of flavor. The gf blueberry pancakes were light and fluffy and could not have been any better. I will be back.

We ordered breakfast this morning. And was very disappointed when our delivery came. The breakfast tacos were supposed to have avocado and had none. The avocado toast which is perfectly made when eating at the restaurant was horrible made. It was just a small amount of cut up avocado on the toast. They didn t even take the time to smash the avocado up. It definitely didn t live up to the great food you get when dining inside

I would have like more items that are made from scratch instead of reheated pre-made items.

It was my second visit at this restaurant. The first visit I was with my brothers and everything was good. On my second visit it was just me I noticed that the female servers didn t want to serve me. I waited 5 minutes before I was able to order a drink. They had a guy serve me. There was no assigned tables according to the male server - so guess the female servers are discriminatory to men who eat out by themselves. As I left the male server and one of the female servers were mocking me in Spanish and laughing. Pretty disrespectful and such a sad experience considering their food is decent. Don t think I ll eat here ever again.

It is easy these days to find a restaurant that provides acceptable food. Delicious, on the other hand is very difficult to find. Fortunately, however, Leo s brunch house in Carrollton delivers. The food is outstanding, well prepared, tasty and appetizing, and delivered quickly. My wife had the cheese omelette. The cheese was nicely melted. The eggs were nice and fluffy, but not dry. I had a turkey avocado wrap. The turkey was moist, well seasoned and the wrap was well put together so that all flavors were available in every bite. The french fries were crisp and hot. The service we received was equally impeccable. Upon arrival, we were greeted amiably; were seated before the estimated time of waiting. We were greeted immediately upon seating, and our waitress, Paola, was knowledgeable and friendly. She took our order efficiently, and our order was delivered quickly and correctly. We were visited at the table as we ate no fewer than four times. Our waitress from our last visit, Mariana, came by and said hello and welcomed us back. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and welcoming, an indication of great management by Janice, the manager. This place is a jewel.

Ive been to alot of places for brunch or breakfast and this place has just demolished my expectations. The menu is easy to read, and the staff was pleasant. Lets take about the food... OH MY GAWD. They brought out hot syrup for our pancakes that stayed moist and fluffy! The hashbrowns are acrually crispy and soft, i know. The omelet that my friend got was also cooked through and every bit of the spinach, tomatoes, and cheese was consistent. The portions are a good size but the food itself was cooked to perfection. I ate EVERYTHING and didnt feel disgusting afterwards, which is saying alot! I can only speak highly of this establishment and I hope that you give it a shot. Its worth it.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time at brunch on a Saturday morning. He had the chicken fried steak and I had the chicken carnitas Benedict. According to the menu, my Benedict plate should be served with ancho hollandaise sauce but arrived with what seemed to be traditional hollandaise (no hint of spice or redish color). When the server checked with the kitchen, she was told thats how they buy it. I was surprised that it was not made from scratch based on the establishment. The chicken carnitas had good flavor but I was disappointed because I was expecting more heat to my plate from the peppers and ancho sauce. My husbands steak was overcooked and tough. He broke off part of the battered crust and revealed the burnt shrunken meat underneath. It looked as bad as it tasted. They surely smothered it in gravy to hide the poor quality entree. The best part of his plate were the over-medium eggs, even though they were cooked closer to over-easy. To their credit, when we brought it to the servers attention, she offered to remake his entree. We declined because our overall impression was that the kitchen staff lacked experience and we were already turned off. If they thought the first plate looked acceptable, why would the remake be any better, right? Unfortunately, we will not return.

My husband and I went here for breakfast today. We really enjoyed the food, and overall atmosphere. We were overall shocked when our bill came out. Our waiter handed us a bill that said $62 (non itemized receipt) for chicken and waffles, pancakes, two orange juices and a side of hashbrowns. We began to question it and even looked on the online menu prices to do the math ourselves. The waiter came back, and we asked for an itemized receipt, because we knew we were overcharged. Come to find an extra $9.50 had been added to our bill!! The total was actually $46.50. When we questioned the waiter, he proceeded to say bills over $50 get 20% gratuity added to them . 1. Our bill was not over $50 2. No where on menu does it say anything about gratuity being added. 3. We were going to tip on top of that if we hadn t caught the mistake. THAT IS SUCH A SHADY THING TO DO. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. When we asked the waiter how it could have happened, he said oh our systems are old . Considering it s a newer place, I don t believe that for a second. Word of advice: always ask for an itemized receipt. Do not get taken advantage of like we almost were.

Starwood Diner at Lewisville charges $1.50 for kid s drinks. Morning Edition charges $3.00. Golden Egg Cafe charges $1.75. Berries & Batter charges $3.00. I usually am very generous with my reviews, but I was charged incorrectly on a kid s orange juice for my child. When I called the next day to confront the restaurant with my order, the server told me that a kid s orange juice is indeed $4.69. On the receipt it is listed as a regular sized orange juice. Either the server didn t want to own up to their price error, or this place has insanely high kid s drink prices. Either way, wow. For me, it s not the dollar amount. It s the attitude and transparency of serving in the food industry.

My eggs and ham were cold. His French toast was cold. Like it had been sitting out in the kitchen for who knows how long. Bummer.

Ive been a loyal patron of this restaurant for the past year, 52 weeks to be exact it is our family tradition.but with the recent change in ownership, I was cautiously optimistic. Unfortunately, many of my favorite waitstaff members have moved on, and its clear that the quality of the dining experience is declining. Whats more disheartening is that theyve raised their prices by a whopping 25%. To add insult to injury, I was shocked to find a $1.50 charge for chocolate chips on my pancake order. This feels like a bit much for a simple addition. Its becoming increasingly hard to justify coming back given these changes. Don t try to get your ROI within a six months to a year try to keep the loyal customers for years to come and make 4X your investment. Regards A lost customer.

the only reason i gave the food a 4 star, and not 5, is because my wife ordered biscuits and sausage gravy, but there was no sausage in the gravy. the food was excellent and the portions were big. even the gravy had a good flavor, just no sausage. i had the chorizo omlet, and it was delicous. the place is beautiful and quaintly decorated, very clean. the staff was friendly and prompt. we will be back! if you havent been, you should check this place out. Service was great. Portion sizes were large. We got the sausage we ordered before the drinks - we suspect it was reheated. Food was very bland. I got the chicken and biscuits and the chicken had no seasoning. The Nutella crepes we got had only a drizzle of Nutella, nothing on the inside. The food quality isn t worth it.

I took my parents to Leo s Brunch House, & it was a pretty good experience. The place is clean, staff if friendly, & the food is yummy. We especially appreciate the freshly brewed coffee & freshly squeezed orange juice. Not to mention the pancakes were slightly crisp on the outside while being soft & fluffy on the inside. Will come by again!

A few months ago, I would have given this place a 5/5. But in the last few visits (starting around May/June 2023), I ve noticed a significant drop off in the quality of the food and ingredients. Today (7/30/23), I had my first bad experience at Leo s. I always order a Piglet skillet when I come here. Today, I couldn t even finish half of my skillet. 1) The ham was so gristly and chewy it was inedible. We needed to order extra napkins just so I could spit out the bad ham. 2) They changed their skillets to come with the wrong kind of potatoes. You have to ask if you want it with hash browns instead of diced roasted potatoes despite what it says on the menu. 3) The food comes way faster now but it is lukewarm/ almost cold. I d rather wait a little longer for a meal that s made-to-order. The food I had today felt like it was fast food. That s not what I expect for a $30-50 brunch for two. I love the servers and atmosphere and I want the management to do better, so I m going with 3 stars with the hope that in the future, I ll give this place another try.

I ve been to Leo s brunch many times and I always get the same Garden skillet. The food was prepared very different today. The skillet had seemingly less vegetables. Being a Vegetarian, I basically ate potatoes and a very very small portion of vegetables. The skillet was also very greasy. I m hoping that this was a one time issue as I like to have breakfast at Leos. I m going to take a break from my weekly routine of coming here and give the management a chance to improve their quality back to older standards. I plan to return to try breakfast again in a few months as I love the warm hospitality and the staff that works there.

Was a busy morning when we went. But our food came out hot and delicious. The Chorizo Omelet was fluffy and tasty and my girlfriend loved her Country Skillet. The pancakes were spot on too. Leos is consistent between both locations weve been to.

The hostess were very rude, inconsiderate, and inconsiderate ( yes, I said it twice?) We had plans to attend today for bunch with a party of 10. We were informed that reservations were not necessary for our party. Upon arrival, we did not arrive at the same time, but informed the hostess of the impending party. We were placed on the waiting list (due to a lot of customers). Fast forward after they cleaned the table, we were informed that another large party who was waiting on the large table by the back window as well. Ummmm...there was not another large group waiting. They insisted there was another large group. However, if we had to wait bc we were missing 4 people, why was the other group who obviously was not there allowed to hold up the table? Customer service goes a long way. If you are incompetent, just say it. If you are a racist, you would not work in the hospitality industry.

We didnt have a good experience checking in.I entered my information to be placed on the waitlist, and I received a text message that confirmed We were on the list. I notice other partys the same size of ours were getting seated, and I still hadnt been called to be seated. I went to ask and Im not sure what happen but I was no longer on the list. We waited for about an hr. at that point. Once, I talked to staff again they ensured me that I would be next. Once, we got seated the service and food was great. Overall, I was understanding. It was a Sunday and they were busy.

The Migas were good but my sons meal was disgusting. I will never ever go there. How do you screw up a 12.50 hamburger. It was disappointing

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Leos Brunch House and indulging in their House Skillet with Onion, Green Pepper, Fresh Mushroom, Fried Chicken, and Two Eggs. Let me just say, it was an unforgettable experience that left my taste buds dancing with joy! Leos Brunch House truly knows how to create a skillet masterpiece. The combination of sautéed onions, vibrant green peppers, and fresh mushrooms brought a burst of flavors and added a delightful crunch to every bite. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, retaining their natural textures and enhancing the overall dish. The star of the show was undoubtedly the perfectly cooked fried chicken. With its golden, crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat, it was a true delight. The chicken was seasoned flawlessly, infusing each bite with a delightful blend of herbs and spices that made my taste buds sing with satisfaction. To top it all off, the addition of two eggs was the perfect finishing touch. Whether you prefer them scrambled, over-easy, or sunny-side-up, the eggs were cooked to perfection, providing a rich and creamy addition to the skillet.

Both the chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken were likely the worst I have ever had. The former was served medium and the both variations of this classic were very soggy. The batter did not stick to the meat so it was impossible to cut the meat into pieces without the batter completely falling apart. Must have been an off day for the kitchen as I cannot imagine this being the intended recipe. The online menu on their website has not been updated with latest prices but the in-store ones seem accurate. On the positive side, the skillets were great and so were the specialty pancakes. The friendly service was a noticeable plus and raises the overall rating from what would otherwise be a 2.

My girlfriend visited this place with brunch with her friends. She had an unsatisfying experience with her migas tacos. If I would ve knew this prior I would never have ordered to go. Leo s had the worst chicken fried steak and up there with the worst brunch experiences I have ever had in my entire life. The crust was falling off the steak and the steak was chewy like rubber. Even my girlfriend agreed. I was honestly baffled on the quality of food and tossed it in the trash. The French toast side I ordered was dry..I don t know how you screw up French toast but they did.

Leos is a great quick stop as long as you pull in at the right time. The food always comes out quick and good. The only negative about the place is that its a little small when it gets busy. You might have to wait in a small area with a lot of people, but the food is worth it. Definitely a great stop if you are in the area.

Food is superior to most breakfast spots I ve been to in the metroplex. Cinnamon Roll Pancakes and skillets are incredible. Her upbeat attitude and overall pride of the food that the restaurant is serving was infectious. Great experience.

Seen so much traffic here and decided to stop in for brunch. I had chicken and biscuits which was pretty good, not fantastic, blow your mind great but just good. My wife had Miga which was just plain, blend and somewhat cold when she got it, and the maple pancake was a disappointment. All in all, less than a mediocre experience for food that is sub par while paying close to $70 for a brunch. Either of breakfast chain would ve done similar for far less. Overrated for sure.
