Great venue! Good location easy to find and still nice getaway in the country. Best part is the cottages that sleeps about 60 people. Everyone can stay and keep the party going after the wedding

Circle C Barn Venue is a beautiful property with so many options. With on-site lodging, it s perfect for wedding parties, families and friends to celebrate the entire weekend. There is a beautiful pavilion overlooking the pond and fountain with grazing longhorns. It s almost too perfect to be true. But what I love most about Circle C Barn Venue is their attention to detail, their like family customer care and willing go above and beyond to make your event perfect. The rustic event venue can be decorated in so many ways - from rustic elegant to Boho, to simple and chic - it s really perfect for any theme. Everything about it is so unique and special the catering kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, bridal room, groom s lounge, and all the scenic views for those perfect picture moments. I highly recommend Circle C Barn Venue for your special event! I promise - you won t regret it!

My daughter was recently married in College Station at St Marys and had her wedding reception at Circle C Barn at Copperas Creek. From the moment she toured the venue, she knew it was the perfect location, and we booked it immediately! The setting is beautiful having a rustic but modern feel complete with longhorns! The venue has tall ceilings with beams, lots of windows with beautiful natural lighting and both a brides and grooms room. It was quite a find because unlike many of the options in the area, it also fit within our budget. Thanks to Circle C, my daughters first peek photos and video are unique and special! We cant wait to see the rest! The lodging on the property was ideal for us and our extended family. There is everything from cottages for couples to larger properties that accommodated our family of eight. All the properties appear new and have modern farmhouse decor with lots of charming details both inside and out. Everyone loved them! It was so peaceful to wake in the morning and see the sunrise and the longhorns grazing before the busyness of the day. Perhaps the very best part of Circle C is the owners Debbie and Leon. They are truly wonderful to work with! Debbie was easily available and kindly answered all of our questions often offering ideas we hadnt considered. She has a calm demeanor which we so appreciated! Their flexibility and willingness to say Yes whenever possible made our experience so much easier and less stressful. We could not be happier with our experience at Circle C Barn!

We held our sons bar mitzvah here. It was perfect. We had family coming in from out of state and everyone could stay in one place and still have privacy. The cottages were lovely and very comfortable. The venue itself is beautiful but not overdone. Debbie and Leon were great; very responsive and helpful and willing to be flexible about our specific needs for our bar mitzvah/family reunion. It was also quite affordable. All in all, if we are still in the area when our other children come of age we would definitely do this again at Circle C Barn!

Great place with great atmosphere - relaxing setting. Wonderful variety of lodging on-site. Owners are ACTIVE participants and are invested in the success of their business as well that each and every event - and it shows. The team members that make this place run obviously take pride in their work and care about the details.

Debbie & Leon made the process of finding our wedding venue completely painless! It was one of the. It was the best experience we ve had when working with a venue! The layout of the venue is absolutely perfect, the main barn is beautiful, and they were extremely helpful in the process of wedding planning. They also have some of the coolest air bnb s on the property our family has all said they re going to rent them when they come visit! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! They re simply the best!

We had our daughters wedding and reception at Circle C. Debbie and her staff went above and beyond what we could ever ask or imagine. At such a stressful time they took all the stress out of it so we could just enjoy and be happy. The venue is absolutely perfect and beautiful. We highly recommend Circle C Barn!

Our company rented the hall for business meetings during the week. This place is amazing & beautiful. Caldwell certainly needed something like this within city limits. Leon & Debbie are very accommodating & their pricing is compatible. I highly recommend using this facility for any event you may be planning. I know we will use them again in the future. I would also recommend checking out their cabin rentals as well.
