The seafood, salsa, chips and cocktails all good, only one hiccup I asked a different server to please bring me a glass of water and instead of her telling me that they only have bottled water with a charge, she just decided not to bring me the water, I had to ask another server for water again.

The food and drinks are the best, very good atmosphere, music while you enjoy your rich and delicious plate of food. Parking: The parking lot is large and there is plenty of space for you to park. Kid-friendliness: For children there are small dishes for them such as hamburgers Nuggets fish fillets Wheelchair accessibility: Parking in front for people with disabilities, the door is wide so they can enter and the bathrooms are prepared for people with their wheelchairs.

The worst seafood soup you can ask for and it tastes like a dirty rag and then the cooks laugh at you for complaining, no one did anything to fix it and by the way we didnt even finish the soup as soon as we touched it, not even a discount or anything for the bad experience without leave behind the fact that the soup contains pure tilapia mass and fake crab meat

What can I say. It may be a sea food restaurant, but not necessarily SEA FOOD. My wife and I stopped by the place to purchase a few orders to go, got home and was very disappointed! Let me sum up with a simple sentence...not fresh! The shrimp in any form cooked and prepared, bland as heck. Chewy, rubbery. Obviously store bought. Hence, frozen. The fried fish? Dont get me started. Bland as well. The fried sushi combo was also a disgrace. The cucumber salad was too sweet, and then rice was hard/dry like if it was something they made a day before. Yes, we did eat some of the food, after all I paid about $80.00 dlls I wasnt about to throw it away (not like I had a choice)! Overpriced, bland, frozen, store bought, and overrated sea food My advice is, buy it fresh from the market make it at home. I will not be going back thats for sure. Its a Sea Food restaurant for people who dont know any better.

Extremely overpriced. Not a fair deal that leaves customers feeling satisfied. Feeling robbed is the better answer. I paid 25 dollars for a drink i barely tasted a hint of tequila with and this is after the waiter said this was the strongest drink available. I might as well have bought some water. Everything is overpriced. And then the waiters come trying to place the tip for you. Already placing a 12 dollar tip without my consent. This place will be better if management focused more on being fair with the customers and less with their pockets.

You can order your order by phone and they will deliver it to you in the parking lot to take away. Excellent service and excellent food, only sometimes they forget certain things like if you order a seafood toast. They give you the seafood and forget the toast. Ive had 3 incidents happen where I come home and Im missing one or two things. Going back to tell you what is missing is inconvenient for me. Even so, the food tastes delicious and they strive to have good service, just that detail.

The service was very bad, they left us without drinks for a long time, the food was salty and there were 4 of us and they only put a small bottle of green and red sauce and 3 breads!! So there are 4 of us!!! I ask the waiter for more and he brings us 2 small bottles of sauce and 3 breads which they charge 3 of us that extra, they charged 3 times the extra sauces and bread!!! terrible service and they still have the nerve to ask for a tip when They dont come to your table to check if you need more drinks or something!!!!

Sadly, this place seems to be taking advantage of peoples pockets. I get the up charge on the cost of plates. But, a glass of lemonade is $4.95 and one refill is $2.00? And, thats not all! $3.00 for an extra basket of chips? $0.75 for the smallest of salsas? And, $1.00 for a dry lime sliced into six pieces?! Worst part is, the waiter never mentioned any extra charges! Very disappointing I guess that explains the empty restaurant during lunch Last time well be going to this place!

I love how consistent La Laguna is, no matter what location you head over to, the taste remains the same as well as the portions and presentations. The Barquito mixto has to be one of my favorites to start off with for a group. The sopa de mariscos served hot and filled with flavor is always a good option, some ppl may want to add some spiciness to it and la laguna has you covered with like 8 different hot sauces(didnt see tapatio last time though ).

Trendy place, food and service are decent. The decor is far better than the food in my opinion. I would consider this place more of a drinking hangout rather than a family oriented restaurant. The micheladas are good for posting on Instagram but honestly, rather overpriced. Popular lunch spot and to their credit regardless of how packed they get, service is rather fast.
