Just my personal opinion, but I think we should be able to play on these fields for free. Not if theyre all rented out thats fine. But if none of them are rented people should be able to play on these fields for free. Im not sure exactly whos in charge of these fields but it shouldnt be an association making money off of a city complex

The new parking area is so badly designed that it makes parking a nitemare during softball games .I have missed games because there was no parking available during the softball season Im in my 60s no handicap badge and have bad knees. I had leave because it was either get there hours early or park and walk from the other side of the ball park .Who ever didd this or approved this should be fired .people end up parking in aisles making the it turn into a one way direction. Why didnt they just make it like the other parking lot and try have the fancy turns and curbs .I hate how this was done waisted time and money and still the parking was better the way it was.should use some of that money to update the restrooms. Really hate the new parking area it is stupidity done

Really really cool spot! Theres a creek back there with all kinds of fish / leads up to a lake if you walk behind the little business /resteraunt strip there to the left// super cool place to hike, fish, ride bikes // there are hiking trails or just enjoy nature, I see snakes, armadillos , deer, possum , bobcats too so , theyre mostly way way deep in the woods but Im sure towards night theres a chsnce of coyotes and bobcats fairly more! Theyre not out to get you though just watch kids and pups! Baseball fields themselves are really nice too, I dont play baseball unfortunately but Ive watched some games while walking through.

The Quarters field is terrible. Lip on the grass is 2 high, the plate is a sandbox and all the sand needs to be replaced with actual baseball diamond dirt. Safety issue and just makes for bad baseball. Not up to standards of DFW fields. Otherwise the facility is nice, good concessions, the net over the play area is nice.

Chisenhall Fields, where do I begin? Its an enigma of two worlds... the outer vs the inner workings. Good looking on the outside, yet the inside components definitely have areas of opportunities. From what I understand, these areas are overdue. Lets begin with Strengths . - Nice clean facility & well lite - Snack bar food, help/ service, and price were good - Restrooms usually clean - Softball committee was good to me - Overall atmosphere was Good - Hired photographer for softball (excellent) Areas of Opportunities: - Having to pay$ for use of the fields to practice on and only for 1 month? - Softball parking lot is still dirt after how many years the fields have been opened? - Scoreboards on Field Paint has been broken for the past few years? - Although the Softball Committee was nice to work with, delegation is a Must to help the functionality & flow of the league. Overall, its a nice place, yet many things are overlooked on a smaller scale that will eventually build to a larger scale as things are pertinent nowadays. With a great amount of people coming and going through Chishenhall Fields, its expected for greater care and maintenance. This is a huge facility for many families in Burleson and surrounding cities. My concern, is if these areas are not visibly improved, then the facility will decline, lose patronage, and eventually decline.

It is a beautiful facility. However if there has been so many activities scheduled sufficient parking spaces should be made available. Last week I drove around 15 to 20 minutes trying to find any space even though I was needing a handicap parking space. This is unacceptable. Also, why would there be 2 games scheduled for 4-5yr olds. This is ridiculous.

May I inquire as to why its so damn difficult to have a menu on display at the consessions like any other place I ever buy consession at? Apparently in order to buy nachos, hamburgers, see whatever else you have and the price of said items, I need to take out my phone, scan a code, and look at the menu on my phone because having a simple board with items written down as Im waiting in line is too much to ask for. Sorry, but not everyone is married to their phone, even in the year 2022. Never spending a dime here, ever.

This park is located in Burleson and a one stop to do it all family orientated. They have amateur baseball game fields, a short mountain bike trail or a fairly long walking trail in the woods or along the creek. There is a seasonal swimming pool for cooling off. Do not want to get exhausted, have a picnic under the shade trees. Sorry no freesby golf course.
