Kids today have no idea what the word toast means actually,i will explain a photographic look of toast is not toasted but when a few crumbs fall off the bread that it toasted ,please train the kids working there on how to operate a toaster and slow down and make a gourmet product ,i would also like to add that for 15 dollars i got very little value for the amount of lunch meat on the large sandwich. Fortunately it was take out so i finished toasting the bread myself at home.I will place future orders with this in mind for instance i will not buy meatball because I cant repair the toasting job and will not buy unless take out to home.

Waited over 15 minutes for a plain sub. While I was waiting for to listen to employees gag about how nasty the tea was and it clogged again. Also 2 people behind counter couldnt stop laughing about their encounters with tequila and how sick they got or their mom had to come get them cause a stranger got their phone when they were falling down drunk ... very unprofessional terrible service

I was very disappointed in my smokehouse cheddar sandwich you spend that much money on a sandwich and they don t even offer extra sauce and I thought it came with real cheddar cheese maybe slices it s so much better melted it was very chewy the bread and I thought it was toasted it sure wasn t. I ordered a sandwich from them delivered to my house. The only thing I asked was for no onions.... it comes with everything else like lettuce and tomatoes. They sent me a sandwich with nothing but meat and cheese and onions. Then when I called to complain they acted like I was the problem and didnt know how to read directions and order a sandwich correctly. Bunch of idiots up there. It has been two weeks. When does the franchise leadership plan to contact me about a complaint a made about one of this locations crew to the Jacksonville, FL corporate office? One of the crew (presumably a manager on duty) thought it was wise to get hostile with me for using the restroom multiple times when there was no indication given that its only exclusive to paying customers. I used blunt language towards her, only for her to apparently clock out so she can then follow me into the parking lot and then use repeatedly foul language towards me, claiming I was now banned from the premises. This was a middle-aged white or Hispanic woman who just on her appearance alone before even running her trashy mouth at me, didnt appear to belong on the Firehouse Subs payroll, let alone at a location placed in a middle-class power center like McAlister Square. Her behavior was unbecoming and unprofessional, and could invite very real problems if she runs her mouth off like that towards the wrong individual.

Subs were decent. Lots of meat, good bread. Way too much mayo and shredded lettuce though. Added a drink and chips for a meal. Biggest issue is the price...$41 for 2 sandwiches, chips and drink!!! At that price I would rather go to Subway for about half the price and the ability to put whatever toppings I want for free (any other toppings are additional cost here). So no major complaint on the food but the prices are ridiculous. Service was fine. Wouldnt be back with the prices though.

Smothered in cheap mayo. Bread is disgusting compared to competitors. Meat was Luke warm or microwaved. Flavorless. All you taste is bottom shelf warm mayonnaise. The drink fountain and the chips were the best part of the meal. I feed the rest of the sandwich to my dog. He only ate the mayonnaise.

Let me start by saying I LOVE their subs. Best sub there is and its not all that close. But this location can not figure out my gift card. I bought it from Kroger, and they blame Kroger. I buy TONS of GCs from Kroger, and this single business is the only one that has a problem. I reached out to corporate and the clowns sent me a BLANK replacement GC! Complete ineptitude. I used to go to a Firehouse Subs in Irving before I moved to the Burleson area and this was the first time I had tried this store near me. They got rid of almost all the sauces so there was only just a few to choose from. I also ordered double meat on my sandwich and they didnt give it to me. This location is just a tad further than I would want to go for a sandwich but I cant say that I will be going back considering the lack of sauces and getting my first order wrong here. Edit: I went here one more time and they got my order wrong again. This place just cant get orders right.

This is the 1st time we order from Firehouse Subs and unfortunately, we were really disappointed. We reside 30+ minutes away and we wanted to try the tuna sandwich they offer. We reviewed the website before going and knew what additional items we were going to get. We ordered to go and when we got home, it was only a tuna sandwich with cheese. no lettuce, tomatoes or anything we requested. they added cheese without asking! I spent 20 dollars on 2 pieces of bread with a little bit of tuna and the sandwiches are even smaller than Subway! 6 inch! :( It was pricy due to being gluten free bread We are both allergic to gluten but when is smaller than the 6 inch at subway, very disappointed!!!! i am sticking to schlotzskys or Jersey Mikes.

Ive only been to this location 3 or 4 times but the service has always been fast and the subs are hot and fresh. Only complaint is the lack of attention to detail. Two weeks in a row I ordered subs and asked for no tomatoes and receipt showed No Tomatoes but two weeks in a row I got tomatoes. 3/18/2021 I tried calling to place an order from 4pm until 5:30, no one would answer the phone. I arrived there in person to find six people working behind the counter. When one of them finally came to the counter to take my order I asked if their phones were working as I had been trying to call for 1 1/2 hours. He ignored the question and said Im sorry you couldnt get through can I take your order. I said it wasnt because I could not get through the phone rang and rang you all did not answer. I ordered a kids grilled cheese, a club on a sub and a firehouse salad with grilled chicken. once I got home my grand daughter went to eat her grilled cheese and basically the bread was toasted but the butter and cheese were just slapped on there, not even the butter melted. I have pictures I would love to show the manager or owner. The salad had no cucumbers or peppers in it as the menu states it does and as for the chicken (ha) its safer to say I got a tossed salad. The club sub was excellent as that is what I always get and I was not disappointed in it. I go here several times a month, what is happening that the service and quality of food are going downhill? Not at all happy with Firehouse Subs in Burleson!

Ordered 1st time through app. Easy to order. Order was completed quickly and correctly. Picked it up at online order location so it was in and out quickly. Got home and the food was wonderful.

I really liked their subs but sadly the place is poorly ran. One of the employees didnt realize I ordered and paid for a drink so when my MIL (who picked up the food) asked her if there was a drink she told her No, just chips, so. I didnt get my drink NOR would the manager refund me for HIS OR HER employees mistake!
