The Green Team Real Estate Professionals! We are in the middle of selling a property with The Green Team Real Estate Professionals. This has been the best real estate team I have ever worked with, in any state. We inherited a property from my dad in a county in which I had never lived. After reaching out to four companies, Holly Gonzalez, from The Green Team reached out live almost immediately. Three other companies took 1-3 weeks to respond. By that time, Holly offered to drive out to the property, meet with me and walked me through selling real estate in this county. Her experience spanned many years (25+?) and she is a property owner of similar size too. Having grown up in the suburbs, selling a larger property was new to me and my siblings. Holly and her team were excellent at response, advice, and even on several occasions, referrals. I have no knowledge of Septic Systems, County utility coops, etc. Holly and her team helped us tremendously by helping us navigate the complexities and making some very sound recommendations on things to change and repair to make a more solid offering. The showings have been excellent, and we have come to the table now with what seems to be an excellent buyer. We look forward to closing this out. We worked with Jeremy from The Green Team and he was great! We have worked with multiple realtors in the past and none were worth their fee... Jeremy was the complete opposite, he made himself available at any time and was a great resource in helping us sell our house. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone buying or selling in the DFW area!

The Green team have surpassed my expectations time and time again. I had an estate home listed with another realtor group with disastrous results. The Green Team got not only got me top dollar but had an offer in less than 24 hrs of it being relisted. Amazing! Since then I have I have needed the Green Team several times for various things and they have always been extremely accommodating. Definitely, recommend Shelley and her team as they are an extremely well run office, professional, transparent, and have exememplary customer service. Plus they have some other nice perks like allowing you to use their moving vans if needed.

We had a great experience working with the Green Team! Kara was the realtor we worked with when we recently bought a house and land. Kara is very experienced and knowledgeable in the area and did everything she could to help us get the best deal on our house. In the past we worked with Jeremy, he was our realtor when we sold a home about 3 years ago, he also did an excellent job and sold our home within a few days. We will be using Kara again to sell the home that we are in now as soon as we get moved to the new place and look forward to another great experience. If youre looking for a good realtor team that will do everything to help you buy our sell this is the team for you!
