Absolutely would not recommend this place unless you like to pay for services you didnt receive. And good luck getting the bill corrected. The care was subpar.

Best doctor around and I love her NP Kelsey too! They are so loving and caring. They listen to every thing you are saying and they respond with care. I highly recommend doc Ruth adell!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had with a clinic. Impossible to get a hold of anyone who actually works AT the clinic, any time you call youre just sent to a call center/ answering service. Then theyll take a message for you and say the clinic will call back, but god only knows when the clinic will actually call back. They also tell you that you can make an account and message your doctor directly through your portal, but no one gets back to you that way either. So its pretty cool

Changed your insurance that they dont accept,even self pay, the dr said I am not your dr ,thanks,I dont want to be your patience neither.

The dr s are decent and nice, they ll actually listen to you and you re never waiting long for the Dr but their office staff isn t that great. I ve had countless referrals written to only be sent to the wrong type of dr or a dr that s so far away it d take me 4-5 hours round trip for each appointment. I ve gone almost two years without seeing a specialist that I m supposed to regularly be seeing on a monthly basis.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adell for one year but, I am now returning to CO. I can honestly say I have never had a more positive experience in any clinic and I am 72, having lived in 10 different States. Dr. Adell is a beautiful person who has a strong ethic, a good sense of humor and a sincere interest in you as her patient. If she is running late, it means she took the extra time for the one who needed it. Her staff are wonderful, too. I cant say enough about Maria who has been most caring and sympathetic. I will miss them and now my future doctor will have a lot to live up to. I highly recommend this clinic where you will always feel cared for....and what is more important.
