Great location and the staff is ready to serve their guest. Comfortable bed, big soft pillows. Housekeeping service is half way good. She doesnt clean the bath tub good. It got old stains that it doesnt get scrubbed. She does sweep the floors properly because theres still dead crickets that I killed on my first night here. Im going on my third day here and the dead crickets are still on the floor. She does make my bed daily and fluffs my pillow. Rooms: The shower rod that holds the shower curtain is about to fall off,

We were very happy to have found this hotel. The people were very friendly, it was very clean. We got a suite and it accommodated my husband, my daughter and my two grandchildren. We missed the breakfast but there are plenty of other choices walking distance from the hotel.

In all seriousness this hotel by far exceeded my expectations for a cheap hotel , the king size room was super clean and comfortable with a large 50 smart tv. Bathroom was updated and had nice bright lights for the mirror and room. For the price I would never stay anywhere else. 10/10 service from the staff and will recommend this place to everyone. Walkability: Great location, only 5 mins from a highway and has a lot of restaurants located within walking distance.

If your traveling and in the area, this hotel is recommended. The cleanliness, the comfy bed, the location is great. Im just in bliss right now. Going to see if I can travel to this place more frequently. I know where Ill be staying at. The customer service is great with the man J. Must have seen how tired I was and booked me in fast and with such a great attitude. Highly recommend this as a place to relax. Food and drinks: You have restaurants close by.

Place is a joke Guys at front counter are rude and overbearing They lie to you about a $50 deposit that no one ever gets back Rooms are a gamble on what is clean and what s not I wouldn t stay here again if it was the last place in town. Ive spoken to many people that have said the exact same thing. Theyre very racist. If you use the online platforms to pay for the rooms theyll insist you pay a $50-$100 deposit and you wont get it back, period. Safety: Drug dealers everywhere and had needle caps all in our room Place smelled like weed all through the halls.

Someone was using the bathroom that was in our room and my daughter used the bathroom in the lobby that says guest only and then was told that she could not use the bathroom. Then the front desk says that we have to stay in our room at night. So when did hotels start giving times on when guests can and cannot be outside their room. The staff doesnt speak nor understand English and the attitudes are very rude and disrespectful.

From the jump this place was a nightmare,upon entering the building it smelled like they are growing pot in this place. I mentioned it to the front desk worker and his input was its a smoking room. The room was filthy giant black hairs on the bed, couldnt even keep the sheet on the bed. No pool rooms very outdated. Avoid this place.

I have spent 3 months trying to get my money back after being double charged. After being told in person that I would not be charged and doing everything in my power to have this situation rectified, there has been zero response from the hotel. I will never stay here again and would warn others due to the poor communication (or lack thereof) from management.

The bathroom door lock was broken, and the room had ants in it. The outside doors to the hotel stayed unlocked after hours and looked like they were broken, even though there was a sign that said to use the door after 11pm. There was furniture stacked up outside the hotel, causing an eye sore. The bed is on some metal platform that makes an annoying noise when you get on it or get off it.

If I could give a negative star review I would times 10 to begin with the hotel room a extra 100 of my card refused to put it back on my card the smoke detector went off all night long had to tell the hotel front desk twice to bring a battery at 3 am extremely rude made us wait over a hour for a clean room till almost 4 pm no breakfast as advertised room smelled like smoke when we told the hotel about the smoke detector going off all night they said we was smoking in the room which we do t smoke at all do not stay here unless you want to get money taken out of your account and be in a nasty room this place should be shut down this ace is far worse then a roach motel

Service was awful. Paid for two nights for my brother and when he showed up they denied him a room even though he was labeled as a guest when paid for. When I asked for the refund, he stated there are no refunds. When further pressing him about the issue about getting my money back he told me I needed to speak with somebody else, so when I asked for that number he told me he didnt have the number when I asked for the website, he told me he didnt know the website. If I could give zero out of zero stars, trust me I would. The only good thing about this place is the location, which is right next to La Quinta. The place where you ought to book your reservation to begin with.

We rented a room for my daughter and her grandchildren. My 2 yr old granddaughter found a crackpipe under the bed. When my daughter called the police they kicked her out. Refusing to refund the money. There was also vomit under the bed and ashes on the floor and sheets. Staff was incredibly rude

Affordable rate. The Beautyrest mattress was excellent for my back. Room was clean. Staff was nice. They asked for a $50, which was given back to me when I checked out. Noteworthy details: McDonalds across the street. Grocery stores across the highway. Very convenient!

Was asked to pay a room deposit to cover possible damages. I have never hear of such a thing. They said they would return it as soon as I checked out and there was no damage. They immediately debited it out of my account. The next morning they said they would return it as soon as they checked the room I was expecting to have it later that day. It never arrived. I called and the new story was it would take 48 hours. Dont trust one word these people say.

Ive stayed here 3 times. The first 2 went fine, but then things went very wrong. On my last stay, there was the beginning of a ROACH infestation. My wife and I had to leave. Priceline is working on getting us a refund, but it seems they can never contact anyone at the hotel who has the authority to help make this happen. Im getting suspicious that the hotel just doesnt want to give a refund. Im also wondering if they rented out our room to someone after we left, without addressing the roach problem. I sure hope they didnt plan on keeping our money for 4 nights and then booking someone else in there for the same nights after we left. I will update this review when this issue is resolved properly and fairly. * Update 11-09-2023 I have been informed that there will be no refund given. I have pictures and video of the roaches at this hotel, (it wont let me upload video on here). They can deny my accusations, but my time & date stamped pictures dont lie. So, my advice for everyone is dont stay here. Noteworthy details: Be advised, you might regret staying here.

They dont represent them accurately online, they keep taking accessible room reservations with no regard as to how many accessible rooms they actually HAVE, and then... Rooms are on par with the surrounding area, and on par with the price. However, they claim they provide a breakfast. HA WHATEVER! Its a stripped down continental breakfast, at best. If you are a breakfast eater, then your way better off choosing any of the surrounding hotels (and there are probably 10), because youre going to end up needing to drop another $10 at Mickey Ds if youre relying on what they put out.

They charge you when you check-in not when you check-out. I guess having your money for the extra day(s) is a financial advantage to them. Rooms: The room (#120) had a part of the bathroom ceiling falling down. The AC did not cool the room to an accepatable temperature (75 degrees) without turning it down to 71 degrees, well it is Texas in July. Safety: Stayed in an ADA King bed room (#120). The tub, not a walk-in shower, had a seat but the bottom of the tub did not have slip strips. I had to turn the shower on because it was too far away for my wife to reach the controls without standing and risking slipping and falling. It was hard to get out because it was so slippery. I fell, fortunately back onto the seat reaching for a grab bar that was not on the correct side of the seat for getting out of the tub. Noteworthy details: The housekeepers did not speak English and thus could not be asked or told anything. The room Do Not Disturb sign was not on the door thus the houskeepers woke me earlier than I wanted until I had the front desk person bring a sign to me.

Never ever! I will not stay here! Staff was rude,and our whole room smelt like cigarette smoke the whole two nights we stayed here! Our door never actually locked, you could just push it open half the time.. the staff would come to your door at 8am and knock and if you aren t up and at the door they try to push there way thru to get in the room and even after you tell them we are good they still try and try too get in ( and I ve worked in hotels I know for a fact that they give you a piece of paper that has rooms that have checked out) it was just a overall really bad experience. Staff was rude, the walls super thin had to listen to our neighbors tv all night and it was loud as ever, and the stomping from upstairs made it impossible to try and relax.. Noteworthy details: Don t make the mistake we did thought the pool was in working condition, I mean it was advertised it was and to get here and check in and the pool is drained and looks disgusting also the side doors don t lock( don t know what the purpose is for keys) so random people can come in and out as they please then you have random people standing outside the door smoking weed and it smells so bad, parking lot is disgusting (used condoms, trash, etc)

Rude staff, house keeping pushes their way into your room when you tell them you dont need anything. Blankets very very thin. The place smells very badly of smoke. You could push the door open to our room without using a key told the front desk person he was very rude. For sure wont get a room here again. Such a disappointment. Now to see if we get out deposit back. Rooms: The rooms were some what clean. Smells horrible. All you smell is smoke , you can hear every little thing from the other rooms around you... The blankets suck very thin, bathtub did not drain from taking a shower. House keeping starts knocking on your door at 8am if not earlier and if you dont quickly answer the door they come in. Told them we didnt need anything and they kept trying to push their way in two people. So, our rental home caught fire yesterday morning and I needed somewhere to put my family. I booked this place because of the price and didnt expect anything grand, but we arrived and there is hair around the sink like someone trimmed before leaving, there was a washcloth already in the tub and hair all in the drain, and the sofa bed! This thing has yellow and red stains all over, its torn on the corners, just nasty. I had to just tell my kids not to worry about it and put the sheets on. I had no great expectations but this was just terrible! EDIT: Ended up having to stay here again, stayed from 01/07/23 until 02/11/23, starting on 02/06/23 being our 31st day they were still charging me taxes and fees and then came in on 02/11/23 and said we had to leave. What they did is illegal, by Texas law beginning on the 31st day since we had no interruption in payment, they should not have taken anymore taxes or fees because then you are considered a tenant. By law they are not allowed to make you leave unless they go through the eviction process but to avoid any conflic we left. After leaving they withheld the taxes and fees that I was owed for that last week and even though I had paid for another week before they told us to leave, they did not refund my payment for the following week as they should have. I am seeking legal action against them as they are doing illegal things. I would not recommend staying there to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Room was clean I got no grief from the front counter they checked me in very politely... I did use the app and webpage to book and pay for the reservation. I dont know if that helped the process go smoother at checkin.checking.. the hotel is very pet friendly and if you are looking for a great breakfast this is not the place not even for good coffee variety.... but budget minded I would definitely stay again.. this is a hotel for people that work hard mostly men to stay in might not be the best hotel if you are accustomed to 5 star hotels where you and your family are shielded from everything.. I would definitely stay again. But I carry my defense tools with me as much as I possibly can so safe for me. But rooms were clean everything worked plenty of food within walking distance..if you want quietness to sleep get a upper level room.

Rooms were fairly clean- the floors need to be mopped because it was sticky from the bathroom to the bed area- I had to clean the floor myself because the front desk clerk stated the housekeepers had gone for the day- it definitely wouldn t hurt their business if they would get that carpet in the hallways cleaned and get the housekeeping staff to vacuum outside the doors of the rooms. It would make the property look cleaner than the first impression- I m including pics of the towel from AFTER cleaning the floor and of the hallways

Amazing! Was getting some work done in my home so checked in for 2 nights and loved it so much Im going on a week! It was fine for a place to crash for a quick 6 hours of sleep on our way through to another destination. Signs on walls said excuse our mess, under construction, which is fine, but the rooms should still be clean. Hate this place. Really the guy up front. Have my husbands childhood friend in town visiting old friends after being given 6 weeks to live. He and his gf were in a motorcycle accident so he needed a place to stay until insurance and things were figured out so they chose here. We made dinner and took it to them but not only would they not allow guests to have visitors? They wouldn t even go to their room to take it to them. I understand the concerns with cocos but come on, how is me taking them dinner or them getting them a problem? I asked if a guest needed let s say shampoo, who takes it to them .they come get it from me was his answer.

Was lucky to get a room on short notice, thats the only good thing. Bathroom was filthy. What appears to be poop stain on the shower curtain. Commode itself? Please. Public hair aplenty. Carpets were worn, old and crunchy. DONT WALK BAREFOOT HERE. Walls were pock marked and not repaired. All the entry/exit doors didnt lock at all. No security to speak of. Smoking Hotel. Hallways smell like cigarettes and weed mixed together. Breakfast is bad coffee and 3 packs of week old doughnuts.

The person behind the desk was very nice and helpful. He seemed as though he really cared about helping you. His name was Jay - I liked dealing with him. I give him 5 Stars. I cannot comment on any of the other staff as I had no interaction with them. The room had an old carpet that felt squishy - as though it was not been clean ever. There was an old bar of soap in the shower - on the upper edge of the shower. There was a beer in the mini-fridge and a cup of ice. The neighbors upstairs were noisy and stomping on the floors. So for the low price of $50/a night is was OK. But I would not stay there again.

Firstly just wanna say the staff was really nice and helpful, I have no complaints and they helped me very quickly with unclogging the shower drain in my room. That being said the hotel itself seems very old, the entire inside reeks of cigarette smoke including my room despite seeing nothing but No Smoking signs posted everywhere, its not a slight smell either its overwhelming. The room itself didnt look anything like the online photos provided off their website, Im thinking that the photos posted arent even from the same hotel honestly. The room didnt seem clean, the comforter on the bed was stained and had multiple holes, the sheets however did appear to be clean thankfully. The shower had a couple hairs along the wall and the bottom floor, as well as a rust colored circulator mark on the counter of the tub, which looked like someone set a rusty can or something down there, I used a towel and was able to scrub it off without to much effort, which made me worry the shower was never even wiped down to begin with. The walls near the toilet where marked with light brown splatter which Im assuming is likely fecal matter, which I also tried to clean, and it came off as well for the most part, but after paying for a room I wasnt expecting to have to clean it as well. The AC unit in the room was pretty dirty and the plastic stained, likely nicotine stains Im assuming just based on the phone in the room sharing the same stains, the white plastic hairdryer, as well as every single lamp shade in the room, not to mention several parts of the white ceiling all sharing the same brown smokey stains. Found a couple pieces of trash on the floor, pieces of plastic not even under anything, just near the baseboards which made me warry of stepping on the carpet barefoot worried about its cleanliness. Had a clog in my shower drain as soon as I entered the room, feel a bit bad even bringing it up really because that type of stuff happens no big deal, plus after I notified the front desk they sent a nice guy over to fix it within 10 minutes, so again pretty solid staff, just dont know about their cleaning staff think thats the biggest issue. Overall, you get what you pay for, wish I just spent the extra money and stayed at any of the hotels right next to it, regretted not reading the reviews before my stay, and now that I have Im just hoping I didnt bring any bed bugs with me since all the other recent reviews mention having them, FML.

I checked in at 11:30 at night just to get a few hours sleep before I drive home. Room looked clean but my daughter and I were only laying down for less than 2 hours and we both got bit by BEDBUGS! I found one on my sheet and took it downstairs in a cup to show the guy at the desk and we left.

Wonderful hotel. Not only do they have the best jacuzzi suite around... The staff was totally awesome and took care of a hotels.com mistake for me better than any hotel ever. ANyone who travels as much as I do knows how terrible those online booking sites can be.. This will be the only hotel I stay at when I come to see family in Texas

Stayed here while having to attend a family funeral.I will not be coming back, it was unclean microwave hasnt ever been cleaned, there was mold in the shower, the bathroom smelled, dust and dirt on all the light fixtures, there was something nasty that was wiped and then dried on the ceiling that was never cleaned. The place is just dilapidated in need of repair badly, broken shower pole, broken hair dryer, microwave is on its way out. The entire facility smells like cigarettes smoke. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE NEAR BY.

Theyve raised the price again. The desk lady said its the busy season,so we raise prices to make an extra buck. They have a sign posted that said due to covid breakfasts are discontinued. And no drugs however, you can smell the drugs. For 15$ more, I couldve stayed at a luxury hotel. The sink was cracked, theres just a metal plate where the ceiling light goes, no smoke alarm, roack in the bathroom floor. And the bed sits higher than the tint television. This place is slowly turning.into the crack motels in fort worth. The staff is not friendly at all. I.got bit by something at 3am,so I packed up and left. Will not be returning

Quick stay, but not quick enough! The plethora of warning signs in the lobby should have been my first clue. No touching, do not change, do not remove and so on. The room had the a/c off which is bad news in Texas, so the lack of air flow created a super sticky floor that reminded me of a old movie theater. The tiny outdated bathroom was nothing short of claustrophobic and the old mix-matched microwave and mini fridge left me not wanting to use anything except the sink and even that made me wish I had hand sanitizer instead. Finally the aforementioned a/c blew out moist air creating very sticky sheets that covered a spring loaded bed, which I am sure that they stopped making in 1995. The best advise that I can give you is to swing over to one of hotels located on either side of the extremely outdated, pungent-smelling hotel. The 2 stars are for Bobby the nice man that barely spoke english, but cut me a good deal on this sketchy dig.
