(Stolen items/Good staff/Ok service) A solid good hotel for the price, good food, nice hot tub, and the view wasnt horrible. The staff was super kind! (The night shift lady was great! I think she had an undercut) Also the elevator didnt work most of the time we were there so bad luck on our part I guess. We visited in August, sadly me and my Husband left our switches there and forgot them. Assuming the 30 day limit, theyre long gone. They were both in a case, one was green. Just thought I would leave a review just in case theyre still there somehow. :)

The manager Felipa was phenomenal. We had an issue with booking.com which was a nightmare but she saved the day. Definitely book direct with this hotel they are great. Wish I could give the hotel manager a 10 star rating for service so helpful and kind.

Theft; no security the girl working desk said they have 1 camera and they are not responsible for anything past front lobby doors. We pull up at front door to check in and see a guy jimming a car door not with a key another lady saw this as well, car parked at front door in reserved spot for choice members. So we watch for few min the gut walks into hotel. When we walk in I ask about security cameras. She says they have one I tell her what we saw she freaks out because its her car she checks car and lock area had damage and is loose I tell her to call the police she hesitate says she cant she needs to wait for her mother the general manager that comes in @ 11pm it was around 9:18pm so she went and said he was in pool area and wouldnt call the police so I did as I didnt want my car broken into. The police came and the guy said he was confused about what car he was at and showed police a car way in the back of parking lot it was red the hotel receptionist car was blue. The girl also had said she knew the guy but couldnt tell the police what room they stayed in or anything. I told her I wasnt trying to be a b××ch but wanted my property my moms car to be safe she said basically that I was a b××ch because all I cared about was my moms car she told police she didnt know how to bring up camera that the general manager her mother. We decided not to stay she said the owner her mom wouldnt be responsible for anything in parking lot and wouldnt refund. I did reservation through 3rd party and hotel already took their payment now the hotel isnt honoring their contract with 3rd party being a choice hotel they went against all the standards that choice puts out there as an ex employee I know choice policy the girl went grabbed items from car before cops came looked like drugs. So yeah thats why she didnt want to call police. The guy said he was sorry it was accident and she was ok with that as for myself and the other lady we were not will never go there again. Noteworthy details: Cheap and trashy very sketchy employees

Super super sweet front desk, woman that is extremely helpful! Very peaceful rooms that are very large and Even in the hallways are beautiful in the lighting throughout the whole hotel is so pleasant the ambience is just awesome and the people working there are very pleasant. I had a different hotel (a motel 6) the day before, and it was the most depressing hotel in the world and this quality suites and Burleson was exactly what I needed to finally relax!

We enjoyed our stay! ALL the ladies at the desk were very friendly! They answered all my questions we had and helped with anything we needed! If youre ever out in this area, yall check them out! They got excited when I went back in and gave them some of our stickers for our YouTube!!! stayed there about a week, it took 4 days to get hand sanitizer in the dispenser by the elevator, first floor mens restroom soap dispenser was out, just put a gallon jug of soap on the counter, the paper towel dispenser quit working two days later had paper towels on the counter two days after that the towels were in the dispenser, had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper for the restroom main floor mens. The toilet kept running unless you jiggle the handle. They put pool chemicals in the pool which is good but it was 2:00 in the afternoon pools closed when we wanted to go swimming. Room service came in one day made one bed did not make the other and did nothing else, did not fill the kleenex dispenser box with new, had to ask for bar soap. Cleaning rooms wasnt consistent after the third or fourth day had to ask for a change of towels.

I had a bad experience at this place the owner aint no good the service cleaning people are no good babe do my clothes out of the room with no warning they didnt no communication with staff staff going around cussing mad at the owners cuz he didnt get a raise she the cleaning supervisor cussing me out they threw whats up in trash bags and put it in the closet and they had my business card Noteworthy details: I was satisfied the first 8 days I was there out of 12 but after that I wasnt bad bad they call the police on me do me off the property 2:00 in the morning I didnt have a car I had to wait and get a car from Enterprise in akm and got me from next door bad experience its not worth it for me I will never go back there I would never suggest anybody to go there I told him yall doing this because Im black or what I told the police officer that Burleson police officers that they have my card on file and they said they needed the room so thats why they did it the little kid dont work there anymore he quit

Absolutely loved our stay. Felipa is a top notch manager who takes no crap in the hotel. She and all her staff were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and cheerful. Breakfast was on point every day of our stay. The pool and hot tub were operational and well kept. They got all the spots. Smoking area, pet area, picnic, pool, breakfast, comfortable lobby. Theres a filtered water machine next to the ice maker. Also there is food and sodas available for a reasonable cost. The rooms were very clean, had all the amenities AND they all WORK. Spacious tubs and comfy beds. Fast wifi. Our king room had a hot tub in addition to the bath and shower!! That was a first and very enjoyable. Only downside is the weird way to get to the hotels from the highway. Side note: Mirandas Cantina next door has amazing food. Lunch special and happy hour are A+

Look at the mattress on the sofa bed. Gross! I had to ask for sheets then go back again for the pillow cases since the bed wasnt made. Amazing staff. Not hard to get to. Breakfast was as expected. One complaint I have is that they need to change the flags out front as they are warn. If anyone wants to stay in hotel this is the one I can say is hand down the best hotel around Burleson, the only thing is that there is No vending machines but thats okay as well, and breakfast is good as well, room is clean, bed is clean the bathroom is clean, the pool is clean and they have area for pets to run around and that area is clean as well. The employee are wonderful

The first day we had no wifi. The front desk said they may need to reboot the router, which did fix our connectivity. We asked them to clean our room as we left on day 2 (after 1st night stay) and they said they would. It did not get cleaned, so brought down trash and towels to front desk that evening for replacements. Night 2 we asked them to clean room AGAIN as we left the hotel at 11am. They said they would. Arrived back that evening to find room not cleaned AGAIN. So brought down trash and used towels for replacements. So 2-days in a row we did not have our room cleaned after confirming with front desk it would be accomplished. As we checked out, I asked for one night to be comp due to the cleaning. She said she couldnt do that but would let the general manager know and they would reach back to me. As of today, Ive not had a follow up. Rooms: 2-queen bed suite had uncomfortable mattresses and the cushions on the couch were torn/ripped. Hotel desperately needs updating throughout. For $99/night I would choose a different hotel.

WARNING---DO NOT stay here unless you want a cheap hotel, a dirty room, poor customer service, and zero sleep. I ended up checking out early after one night stay. At midnight, I called the front desk because it was so loud and I could hear the noise late at night from my room. The customer service from the manager and receptionist was poor and the rooms were filthy.

Can you give 6 Stars yet? Big breakfast option, lots of parking, hired people without an emotional attachment like you just disturbed a live in owner watching their favorite program. The General Manager here is a Rock Star. Fixed two goofs I made. First was accidentally booking a smoking room. The second? Extending my stay on the same date I already paid for. With a smile! And Jessie? A very gentle soul who called me twice to check on me and make sure I was able to keep a reservation before my card was charged and room lost. Who does this anymore? This hotel does. Not to mention pool, hot tub and a fitness center. All away from the rooms inside. This hotel should have 5 stars. Really glad I stumbled on this jewel. For what you are paying you get a real bang for your buck. The rooms were pretty clean and the complementary hot breakfast was good. But what really made our stay exceptional and the reason why I am writing this review is because of the front desk staff particularly the woman who seemed to be a manager. She was very kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again because of the great management and staff.

Im highly disappointed with this site. I went through expedia to book the hotel for 3 nights. The reason I chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub and swimming pool that was indoors and obviously its too cold to be swimming outside. The hotels website as well as expedias, both did not state that the pool and hot tub would be closed due to maintenance. If I would have known that, I could have booked somewhere else. I just called to see if I could get my money back and go somewhere else and since its a third party I booked through, they basically cant help. They could have atleast put that info on the websites! So now I bought the kids swim suits for nothing and wasted money on the next few days to be boring. What a lovely start to spring break.

The service here has been ok the reason for the 4 stars is the maids claim they cleaned your room, then you come into find out that they didn t give you no towels, empty your trash cans or make the bed but there s 4-5 maids on the 3rd floor chatting. Booked two nights. Stayed in room 210, when packing up to leave I saw roaches big and small around fridge and microwave. Microwave had not been cleaned from previous tenant. Fridge had leftover food and soda in it. Booked with Priceline for two nights. Husband had to be admitted to the hospital the day after the first night of the stay. They watched him go out with EMT. (Health issues). I checked out with our things. They told me no credit would be issued because it was prepaid. Does not make sense. Called Priceline. They could not issue credit but said if the hotel manager approved a credit then I could. They called them and the hotel manager did not approve. Sounds totally fair right. Hope you use the money on some pest control!

My experience was amazing. Jesse and Amber at the front desk set the tone for this place. Its warm, clean, friendly, and just feels like home. The room I was in was super nice and super clean. And Ive stayed in places where I kept fetal position because I was scared to touch anything. Breakfast though.... jackpot. It had coffee and the good creamer. It had waffles. It had biscuits! And eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, oj, apple juice. Shout out to Sade for keeping everything clean and stocked up. Theres a sign that says the building is 100 percent smoke free, which I like. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

If you enjoy a wore out bed, cold breakfast, and no sugar on premises for coffee or anything else! Oh and broken pool and hot tub, then this might be the place for you. No working smoke alarm either. This hotel required a 100.00 cash only deposit for the room to be clean upon check out. I had called the hotel earlier requesting late check in and requested to have a small dog, and I was informed of the pet deposit. The CASH in an envelope in the drawer was just not good business. I was rudely told I could cancel and go elsewhere if I didnt want to comply. They had an ATM beside the desk ...we stayed because it was so late. Noteworthy details: Easy access and had a very nice breakfast bar. Also the indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and open till 11pm.

When we first checked in, it was great. The afternoon ladies at the desk were so sweet & helpful. Once we were in the room that s when it it got a little iffy, the room was HOT! Adjusted the temperature & it seemed to help some, but it did not cool off the room to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the shower. The beds are so comfortable though! We decided to try out the pool, it is NOT heated as advertised. The pool also looked a little iffy & had a light floating around in it. The hot tub was amazing ! We stayed in the hot tub for a good while. After changing we decided to try out the gym. Half of the equipment was missing pieces or broken & the AC was not working. The treadmill was plugged in, but not working so we tried to unplug it & plug it back in. The plug was missing a whole prong. The next morning we got up early to try the breakfast, & that was great ! The lady working in the breakfast area was so sweet & extremely helping. There was a good variety of food, & it actually tasted good. Check out was the only time that we had a problem with customer service, the man at the desk was so rude about the fact that he had to go back upstairs to check our room so that he could give us our deposit back. After we got the deposit we told him thank you & to have a good day, & he completely ignored us. Nearby activities: Great Mexican restaurant next door.

Nasty place I have never stayed in. Need major upgrades. Beds are horrible. Customer service need to be worked on. Sheets, blankets, curtains all need to be bought over. Outside entrance need to upgraded. Management!! Wake up!! Fix your place up! This is the the city. Your place is HORRIBLE! THE AC MADE A BAD SOUND ALL NIGHT!! It was HOT AND IT SOUND LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO GO OUT ANY MINUTE!! Elevator didnt work. Floors soft spots and dirty, ceiling leaking in the bathroom, pillow cases dirty. I went and bought sheets and blankets, towels. TOWELS WAS DIRTY! DIDNT USE THOSE! Never was greeted when came in. Couldnt understand what the worker was saying when she was explaining idk what!!!! Never was greeted when were leaving. Found hair on the hairdryer that was still plugged in. Burleson City inspectors come close this place down. Didnt eat breakfast nasty in there also. More about this place. But Im tired of typing. Here for AAU Basketball game.

Nice ladies at the front desk. But man this hotel needs a renovation bad!! I havent seen a bath tub that old since my grandmother was alive. Elevator is broke (reading previous reviews it seems like its been broke for a long time). This should be a $50/night hotel as it doesnt seem much better than the Days Inn right next to it. Next time we will stay at Best Western and pay a little extra for a nice room.

Usually I read reviews before staying anywhere, this time I dont know why I didnt. We planned on staying 3 nights; however, due to seeing cockroach in bathroom I was appalled, cant stand bugs, especially roaches. I do have pictures and a video of it. Told the night auditor, she made note of it. Packed our stuff, headed out of there early morning. Manager tried to tell me there shouldnt be any bugs and I went off on her a$$. The reviews about roaches has been going on for 2 year span and the newest being 2 weeks before last night. I think if we pay nearly $100 night, it should be bug free! Where there is one, there is always a ton more somewhere else, like the kitchen, where you eat your hot breakfast! No thank you. She gave me a whopping $22.60 credit for the roach, shouldve been the entire fee! I do not recommend staying here unless you dont care sharing a room with cockroaches!. To the manager, please dont even ask me to give that hotel another chance, we will not be returning!!! Hallway on 3rd floor where we stayed reeked of marijuana, yet it is non-smoking. Yes I also told front desk about that as well.

ALL money is good money! We weren t treated as though ours mattered. The front desk staff s attitude this morning was despicable. Certain people were treated with respect except for my husband and I. We were met with an attitude as if we were annoying her simply by having the audacity of being there to checkout. On top of that we didn t have hot water working in the room we were staying in to take a proper shower. I would suggest staying somewhere other than here especially when people wont be kind when it s simply the RIGHT thing to do. We won t spend our money where we are disrespected for no apparent reasons.

Janet and the housekeeping staff are FIRST RATE! I stayed long enough to witness her jump into action when needed, she was very observant and I felt good knowing she was there. The overnight guy didnt not inspire confidence that he would do anything unless specifically asked and certainly wasnt a good fit for the hotel. I ultimatel;y went to another hotel because there was no deal for longer termed stays.

Had to move rooms because air conditioning didnt work, 2nd room not much better we had to go by a fan. Theres mold in freezer, bathroom light wont light up, pee stains on pull out bed mattress and cushions, fire detector disassembled in room, manager was very rude when I asked why my card was double charged for the 9 day stay and other problems with the room. As you can see from pictures not very good place to stay, very different from our stay there last year.

For those curious about the conference room, for parties and what not... We just had our daughters baby shower here and we had both rooms packed to the max. I can say that it was spacious enough to accommodate everyone, and had a nice bar area to serve all of our party attendees. The price wasnt bad at all, I think somewhere in the range of $200 for both rooms all day long. Compare that to other venues or hotels, and youre saving a pretty penny. The hotel service was absolutely amazing. They provided use with a ladder and tape for last minute decorations and were friendly the entire time. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and helped us provide the exact type of party we wanted to host. I highly recommend looking here if you need to rent a room out!

This is the best hotel Ive ever stayed at. Its next to the best Mexican with no offense intended restaurant. It has a heated pool and jacuzzi, with a gym and the greatest staff you could ever imagine. Try it out if passing through our just want to get away.

Unclear how this hotel has such a high rating! I found it in need of updating and some cleaning. To be fair, the room was clean, sheets pressed, and didnt smell. However, the tub was not clean and covered with a mat. The lobby was dirty with much dirt under lobby furniture. Unable to use the business computer due to the slowness of the internet. The breakfast was very disappointing. I was told it was a cold breakfast buffet (due to covid) but could ask for a sausage sandwich to microwave. There was Fruitloops, a few apples, muffins and waffles. When I asked for a sandwhich out of the freezer, they were expired. I am giving this a 2 star only because of the kind and welcome reception from James Prost who checked me in. I observed his excellent customer service to anyone he came in contact with! He is truly a pleasure.

Stayed here 4-22 through 4-25-2022. This place was the most disgusting and despicable place I have ever stayed at! -As other reviewers have said, the pool is ice cold and the hot tub smelled like old urine and made me sick. -The room was an old outdated hotel room that had a musty smell a bathtub that did not drain a cockroach in the bathroom and a bathroom light that was a dim white light. Coffee maker didn t work right. It made one cup and then stopped working. - The breakfast was a joke. Having to ask the attended every time for an item of food is ridiculous. The only thing out for you to have were Belgian waffles. Guess they don t want you eating more then they have. The attendant was preoccupied with her phone most of the time you wanted something other than a waffle. Tables were not being wiped down when people left so I always tried to find a table that hadn t been used. Overall this place is a dump spend more money and find a better stay. I will never stay here again. Don t believe what you read on their web site believe the negative reviews here. Trust me this place is a 0 star.

Front desk ladies were wonderful! We got the whirlpool suite. Whirlpool was much larger than most we ve stayed at before! Breakfast was typical considering the life we live in these days. Frozen omelets, mini sausage and biscuit sandwiches, waffles, cereal, ect. Room was clean, overall a good experience.

Advertised Indoor heated pool but it was not heated. Room was dirty and there were holes in the bed linens. Like a huge hole in the comforter!! A false eyelash was also found on my bed in the morning. I dont and never have worn false eyelashes! Gross and never staying again.

Pool has been unheated the last 5 times we or my mom have stayed here. Last time we came we were told some story about the pool and hot tub being on the same circuit and that the motor was in a box and that this would fix it for good.Hot tub has also not worked almost every time they tell you it will be fixed. We pay for our room and then the clerk says the pool and hot tub are closed. I told her that all the times we have stayed there has been some problem. She asked what we wanted to do. I asked if we could get the room with the jacuzzi. Then she says no we are sold out do you want to stay or not. And that Best Western has a pool and hot tub. I said yes but it is smaller and we were tired and we would have to book at a much higher rate last minute so we stayed. Get to our room and at first appeared ok. But bathroom light was flickering. Sheets had pills and did not seem clean and found a hair on it. We had no bedding for the sofabed. Had to go get bedding. Called about the light and they sent someone to replace it right away. Next day I went to use the phone to ask for late checkout only to find the phone doesnt work. Had to call from my cell phone. Once again we picked this hotel because of the pool and the promise that las time the hot tub would be fixed. Because last time it did get fixed at least for a bit. So this was not the first room that we had a stay in that had flickering bathroom light, or broken phone or desk chair that would not raise to a comfortable height, or lack of sufficent waste baskets, or stains or tears on the sofa, or stains on the bed covers as well as dirty carpet. On this stay our floor smelled like pot. As convenient as it is we will not be going back. Because now reading reviews the pool has had issues for over 2 years. Absolutely unacceptable since it is spring break. Also parking lot was half full so if it was booked like they said then that probably meant they had half the rooms available. Disappointing at best as well as a few shady looking people.

NO WIFI connectivity. I have been having trouble loading emails on my laptop. The internet goes in and out. I asked the front desk, and there is no alternative network for guests on business. Otherwise the hotel is pretty decent, just bring a hotspot.

All in all very decent place. Check in was smooth, breakfast was ready by 6am, place was clean as was my room. The only thing I seen is some of the repairs made where visible, which means they where done poorly. Mostly in bathroom area excessive caulking bathtub and wall joint, couple of floor tiles sticking up those tiles had caulking as mortar joints and a few poorly patched holes in the wall near the toilet.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a motel. Everyone was extra nice and helpful. Janet helped me in so many ways I couldnt count them. And she was so nice. The next morning Felipa was wonderful. She let me have a bottle of water and told me I could have some coffee even though it was past the breakfast time. She also gave me some Tylenol I needed. Everyone including the cleaning people were wonderful. Everyone was kind and friendly. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will recommend you absolutely! And I will be back. Stayed one night. Place is definitely not up to par. Was given the wrong room at first. Had to go back fo the lobby and they did not even apologize for messing it up. Get to the right room and the lights didnt work. Room smelled weird. AC didnt blow that cold. Had to keep it on 61 just to cool the room the best we could. Pillows seemed wet and so did the carpet. Obviously they didnt clean the room very well because there was hair on the shower walls and the mat at the bottom of the tub clearly wasnt clean. The noise from kids running and screaming down the hall. The noise from a room 4 doors down could be heard from my room. I mentioned it to the office and nothing was done about it. The night shift worker seemed rude. No vending machines at all. Ice machine drain is right in front of the machine and was covered in black mold. Obviously we didnt get ice. Profanity carved into the elevator walls. Definitely will never stay there again! Bed is super hard and the heavy blanket that looked like a mattress pad was dirty. The actual mattress pad didnt even fit the mattress. Hated everything about it.

No hot water for our 3 night stay, had to bathe at friends house. Pool is supposed to be heated but was freezing. Exercise room consisted of 3 machines; 2 were broken. Hotel is rundown; stained carpets and dirty elevator. Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. Discount for no hot water was $11.00? Still havent seen this returned on my account. Other Hotels in the area were either booked or way over priced.

I will stay here again if Im in the area. But there are a few issue i hope they fix soon. the hotel is behind the times, we need USB charging stations in the rooms. Changing out some lighting to new ones with the USB ports wont break the bank. Also the tile in the access hallway to the pool is an accident waiting to happen. Replace the tile with a non slip material. its just a suggestion. I only mention this because i watched three people slip and fall next to the door. also next time several youth baseball teams reserve rooms dont run out of continental breakfast food and have an employee attend to and stock the food the whole time the breakfast service is available.

Wish I could give 0. Hot room, no ice, no internet, no hot water or pressure for hot tub. They just said nope broken, broken broken. Never let me send out to have ice bends filled with ice no compensation not anything other than no its been out 2 weeks or days. It was dirty. So glad my time is over there. We had 3 rooms and all were the same. People on our floor were having a party with loud music and many people in and out of room. Terrible experience.

We had rented two rooms, upping arriving in the first room the couch cushion looking like it had someone s feces on it. They switched us to a different room. We tried to go swimming and enjoy the heated pool and hot tub they advertised but the hot tub was not working indefinitely. For the price you pay for the hotel I would look else where as the amenities they advertised were not working.

It wasn t bad but it wasn t good , the staff was the best over all and we DID NOT get bed bugs. Breakfast bar was suuuuuuper limited . The carpet was still dirty like if it wasn t really vacuumed well. The tile was cracked in the bathroom and the top brown cover that goes in the bed spread needs a good wash QUALITY INN PLEASE WASH ALL BEDDING!!!! Pull out sofa had all sorts of stains that we asked to add a few blankets over it just to sit in it . The wifi on the tv didn t work . The Elevator and halls need to be kept more . The beds were comfortable
