I bought expired Kozy rice pudding and manger Matt and Jeremiah were not apologetic enough. Won t waste my gas or time for a refund. Thank God me and my child didn t get sick. Also, lied that they would give me a discount for my trouble. Low level of customer service at the managerial level at this location.

Amanda at the bakery is such a kind person and a great representation of excellent customer service! I was picking up the cake for my daughters birthday, everything that could be going wrong that day was and I was a frazzled mess, seconds away from a panic attack! She was calm and helpful helping me work out the self-checkout as it had become a task in my state, and walked me out to my car with the cake, setting it in a secure location in my already loaded-down vehicle. Her demeanor and insistence on walking me out and helping me really did calm me down but also really changed my day to a more positive one & gave me some hope in humanity as we tend to lack empathy in the world. Thank you Amanda for seeing a need and filling it and for the beautiful Taylor Swift themed cake!

Did a curbside pickup and there were some issues with some items they didnt have in stock. But let me praise this young man Isaiah who went above and beyond to go back into the store twice to get my replacement items. Isaiah is definitely an asset and was quick to get the issues resolved. So well done Isaiah and well worth this 5 star review.

Ive lived in Burleson for over 5 years now and this Store is not only convenient, but the employees are always extremely courteous and helpful. If you use the app and shop the sales, the prices are great. Another thing is that all of the Employees are masked and seem to be aware of social distancing during this pandemic. I wish that the Customers would show the same courtesy, but thanks to our idiotic Governor mask mandates cant be enforced. Special thanks to the Albertsons Management for assembling such a great Crew! Albertsons also has the best pharmacy in Burleson. They are so much more efficient than CVS or Walgreens. Other pharmacies have you waiting forever. Save-on in Albertsons takes care of you fast and doesnt waste your time like the other guys. 5/31/24 I had a really bad experience a couple of days ago. My app wouldnt work, so instead being taken care of, I had to put my groceries back and return when my app is working. Ive never had to do that before and it was embarrassing. These people always take great care of me, and I really appreciate them. I just dont understand this sudden absence of customer service. Im not going to name the Employee because theyre a good person. 7/8/24 OK, this has been elevated to the point of going to the better business bureau. Let me state very clearly. The Albertsons employees are excellent, and Im appalled that I caused an employee to be unfairly reprimanded for doing her job. Its all about your horrible app that rarely works. To get the sale prices you have to load everything in the app, and even then you often dont get the discount. If I shop at HEB I never have a problem. With Albertsons I always have a problem and its not fair to your employees or your customers. I really dont think that you folks care, so I will be limiting my shopping on groceries at Albertsons. I will always use your excellent pharmacy, but I wont be shopping for groceries as much as Id like to due to your terrible app.

Terrible service by cashier. She overcharge my dad then rolls her eyes when I catch you you pull her out on it. So I went to the customer service counter and that boy was awful he had to use the app on my dads phone and said he hates the phone they are very unpleasant theyre all walk around like theyre angry its not my fault that you hate your life. If you could go the distance use the cleburne Albertsons they are wonderful! Terrible and Unwelcoming. I ve been here multiple times as it is very convenient for me at times and always have great flower arrangements. Went in there with my best friend to buy some flowers and a gift card for our other best friend. We went to self checkout and as my friend went in there to scan the gift card this dude named Eric S rudely said oh no you can do gift cards here first of, no where in store or leading up to self checkout said you can t ring up a gift card at self checkout , and if you do you will get rudely pulled aside . Then as Eric S is checking my friend out he is having such an attitude! As said, terrible and very unwelcoming.

PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES!!! I found several items that were expired (cheese with mold in the package, pasta and tortillas with mold). I did let management know but the store manger told me I managed to find a couple of items out of the thousand they have. I had only brought him two of the items I found, but almost the entire cheese section was months past the sell by date.

I have poor experience why because I bought some red bananas had to throw them all the way. That is because I waited for a very long time for them to ripen I tried through all of them everyday until I had none left but never could eat any. Not only does that annoy me but that also concerns me what are they doing to their red bananas that are keeping them from ripening and is it safe to eat them. I know that theyre tough and notoriously to ripen but they shouldnt be that tough unless theres something altering the writing process.

They took their ATM out of their store because there is a First National Bank in the same parking lot (according to a cashier)....Im not sure what one has to do with the other...First National Bank has ATMs that dont allow customers of other institutions to get cash from a savings account, so their ATMs are useless to other customers unless youre making a very vanilla transaction...Albertsons is now cutting corners and removing conveniences their customers once enjoyed...Shame on you Albertsons. You are certainly no longer my store like your jingle used to suggests. Now you suck like everyone else.

If you re looking for an amazing cake, please go to Albertsons!!!! Went in on a short notice, and the store manager Bryan Cartwright took my order while the bakery staff was on lunch. He was so kind to make sure he got all the details I wanted for my cake. The lovely cake decorator made the most beautiful cake for me and even finished it off with the lettering and sparkles. Such a beautiful touch. 10 out of 10 experience!!!

We went over to customer service for assistance and was notified that their store is too busy to help anybody with customer service. Absolutely insane. The reason nobody shops here is because the service is horrible. Albertson is really going downhill and management should really reevaluate best practices if they want to stay in business long-term. As someone who lives right next to the grocery store, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward I would rather have customer service over convenience

Melody in the Pharmacy was rude and very curt!! She got mad because I was telling her that her prices were wrong. She told me in a very short, rude way that I would have to wait for her to re-run them!! She then told me that if I was going to question the prices I need to do that in the phone before I got there!! Talk to 2 different Managers. And of course when they were there, she was just as sugary and sweet as can be!!

The fresh chicken tenders & wings looked anything but fresh either that or the deep fryer was long overdue for an oil change and cleaning. This is coming from a huge fan of Albertsons chicken. When we got married we ordered a 250 piece of dark meat and 250 piece of breast meat. Everyone loved it Albertsons tends to be a little more expensive than Walmart but they more Than make up for it with the best sales and clearance items. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have always remained a loyal shopper.a few times more then i like, trying to get lunch meat cut,been told we cant shave it.Becaus im useing chees Slicer, umm simple fix clean it,or open up meat slicer. Some years back, I shopped, religously, at Albertsons. Knew the butcher and produce guys by first names. Some new executive came on board and decided that , to buy groceries, we needed to have a card,. so they changed the entire philosophy of the store. I refused to sign up for this new program and started shopping elsewhere. Someone had told me that a card was not needed anymore. So I went in yesterday, had about $200 worth of groceries, but was charged higher price than was listed on the products in the store. When I asked, they wanted me to enter my number into the keypad to get the discount. I asked why? Its their policy. OK.. I left the $200 worth of groceries at the register. The manager came over and voided my ticket..with NO explanation or apology, never attempted to address the situation at all. Was like OK.. then just leave

Service here has hit rock bottom. They should hire more staff, paying whatever they need to pay to get them to work. I went there earlier today and they had no lines open. Only self-checkout. Customers were cued up halfway to the back of the store, so I just left my shopping cart there and walked out. Great job, Albertsons.

Overall a consistently good experience. Service is always great and they almost always have plenty of checkout lanes open. Ive always had great luck with the freshness of the produce as well as the meat counter. They also frequently run solid sales on things like chuck roasts, picnic shoulders, pork loins etc. Ive been able to keep the deep freeze well stocked. Generally speaking, theyve had everything Ive needed (especially for every day cooking) and I seldom have to source ingredients elsewhere. I appreciate that its almost never a madhouse and I attribute that to a good floor layout in what is a pretty large store.

I complained about this store before and the management seems to be getting worse. I came in the other day to look for something I went to the pharmacy to ask for help and the girl was extremely nice and helpful. She tried calling a manager for me to help but no one ever came she called several times I felt So bad for her. It s seems that the management is not around. When I asked her about the store director she mentioned he wasn t there. It s seems like management does not care about their staff or customers to help.

I bought a loaf of bread last night and I didn t notice until I opened it this morning that it was completely covered in mold. I then checked the expiration date and saw it expired a month ago. I went back up to the store and the gentleman working in Customer Service was very polite, apologized, and asked if I wanted to exchange it for another loaf. I agreed and walked to the bread aisle. The loaf I grabbed last night was one of two left. When I reached the bread aisle I noticed there were several loaves. Turns out those expired either December 7th or today. So not only did my original expire a month ago but someone is actively stocking expired products. The gentleman in customer service apologized again and refunded my money (I appreciated his excellent customer service). I have never been one to complain, but I had a very similar issue last month where some nondairy eggnog had been newly stocked in dairy that was a week old. Albertsons, I m not sure who the grocery manager is but y all may want to have a chat with them. This is getting ridiculous.

As it gets more difficult to find excellent customer service, that s just what we found at Albertsons in Burleson. I have shopped here for over 8 years but last night was the best experience! Michael went above and beyond with the customers in front of us in line and then when it was my Husband and my turn he provided top notch customer service.
