I m sitting in the best Taco Casa I have ever been in. The crew running this store tonight is the best. Super busy and they are knocking down orders fast, being nice to every one, they seem to know all the food delivery people. Just a super good crew at this store.

This location needs to be taught portion controll , if I pay for an additional item added to my taco then I should get the apporiate amount not less then half. This occurred at approximately 620 and when it was brought to the Managers attention he acted like it was my problem and he did not care. Was greeted immediately by a friendly employee man. Got 2 super burritos for 10.50. not bad price as they are big stuffed burritos. They were delicious . Buy them as often as possible due to Bidenomics cant afford them as much as we would like to.

The owner or top manager was on site and ran into an issue with a register that one of the employees caused. He was very patient and polite in handling the situation with both myself and his staff. We ate there, and as we were eating, we witnessed him taking care of several tasks and engaging with his customers.

I order the guacamole it tastes so nasty. I ask if I can get my refund they told me no because I open it already. Then I order cheese and it had a hair in it. Everytime I walk through the door at Taco Casa in Burleson I am greeted like family by manager Amando and his staff. The food is always hot,fresh and delicious. I have recommended this restaurant to friends and family and I will continue to frequent this establishment. Good customer service is hard to come by in this day and age. Keep up the good work guys!

This was a greasy mess. I ordered 3 soft tacos and got 3 Greaseacos. I choked one down, but trashed the other two. The person who assembled the food should be ashamed of it. Here are 3 pictures. I love the food only 4 stars because I feel the corporate could up the menu a little bit, service is great especially considering how extremely busy it often is up there. Atmosphere is for the most part often clean sanitary and I enjoy lounging inside sometimes if it gets too busy Ive noticed it can get a good bit messy in the lobby though.

Check your card charges, they will over charge for picante. It s supposed to be 79 cents and they charged me over $4! Very rude staff and refuse to provide a way to speak to a higher up who s not in the store and apparently everyone is new today and no one knows anyone s name.

I luh me some Taco Casa. edit: Not all Taco Casas are created equal. I only eat at the one in Burleson. Its all about the refried beans for me and theirs never have that scorched taste and theyre smooth as silk. I cant say enough about this place, I once seen the owner kinda get onto the girl for not putting enough cheese on a burrito she was building. He grabbed a giant handfull of cheese and put it on the burrito and told her they love cheese, so lets give it to them.

This really saddens me to rate Taco Casa so low. I love all the ones that I have been to before. I don t know if it is just this franchise or if they all are going to shrink their value. I stopped going to the other fast food taco places because the food was worth it. Not now the tortillas and taco shell is the same, but they reduced ingredients by at least 40% maybe more even though they basically doubled the price. Parking: In a shopping center. If I recall from my youth spent working fast food taco bell and if I remember we were trained to take the order and we had 30 seconds or less to get the order completed and being handed to the customer. Your staff can take 5 or more minutes to get a taco and tostada. This is very sad how the customers time is not valued. I also witnessed a mess up on a order from the drive through she came in. Explained what was wrong. At first your 2 front persons stopped and took , close to 6 or so minutes to agree to remake just the Wrong item. Which is horrible customer service she should have been given the option to have the complete order remade other wise her food would be old. In my opinion get a good manager that is actively working with training, coaching and stepping in an taken control of issues so your staff can continue to work effectively and with minimum impact to all. Plus the two male line workers were joking their jaw and just barely focusing on the order and if they were given more effort and speed they might cut down on the one line both indoor and drive through. The food is great and some of the order takers I have interacted with arenice enough just no speed and little effort and rarely have I seen stay that were giving fast effort with the goal of helping get us in and out as quick as they can Good luck

Taco Casa is the only fast food that I eat. You can eat at any TC and the food is good, well prepared, and they are consistent from store to store. They dont sell chicken because, even though it would make them more profitable, they care about the customers health and dont take cross contamination risks that other fast food companies do. When I need good, healthy food fast. Theres only one place to go. Vegetarian options: Im not a vegetarian, but theyre good people who deserve healthy food in a clean environment, compared to trendy, overpriced places that take advantage of diet limitations. Vegetarians should spread the word that Taco Casa is there for them. Kid-friendliness: I dont have any kids, but my great nephew is 4. The Burleson Taco Casa is very well lit, and everything is clean. Id take my nephew there anytime.

I m going to add to this review and take it down to 1 star 1st of all Ann or Anna the manager in charge today 07/31/23 should be more attentive to her employees the Dude taking the drive thru orders was more worried about smoking his cigarette outside the glass door at the drive thru then customer service he actually flip his cigarette down on the ground in front of my car with temperature soaring as they are was that smart ? pavement or not ! Then to add to the already poor customer service they forgot to give me all my order !! Wth Last trip there ! But sure hope corporate does something about their smoking policy ! did love taco casa i have been to plenty of them i stop here at least once a week and this one is the best! food is always on point , staff always friendly and fast never get my wrong order and it always loaded with my favorite item CHEESE! Taco Casa is great! This location is terrible!! Made us wait in long drive thru line because they make each car wait several minutes at the station for ordering. Then got our very simple wrong, did not even ask if we wanted everything on the top .. who wants to assemble their meal while driving?? My fiancé and I went to Taco Casa after work and we ordered our food, the guy taking our order looks new and was speaking like he didnt care about being there he kept saying yeah like it was a problem for us to order. We pull to and our total is $20.04 we gave him $20.05. When we got our change it was $0.21. I dont have a problem with free money but he needs to get better at paying attention and get better with how he speaks to guests when taking their order. Then when we get our food and he says have a food day and closes the window..... Wheres our drinks? The next guy sees us and asked if there was anything else we let him know were waiting for our 2 drinks (I think hes a manager?) He gave us one drink and looks at the new guy said wheres the other. The new guy said I thought it was only one. We got our drinks we left, got home and ate. We live a minute away literally right down the street. My food was COLD my fiancés food was cold, both of our drinks tasted like DIRTY DISH WATER. Weve Never had a problem before but this is ridiculous. RUDE EMPLOYEE, COLD Food, FORGOTTEN DRINKS, AND OLD OR DIRTY. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN AND I TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND HAVING THEM SHARE TOO!!!
