Y all s staff is phenomenal, from one food service manager to another ! Kacey was exceptionally kind in the drive through helping me navigate the menu as a first timer ! Everyone was working and the wait wasn t long at all! Food is hot and fresh! These cheese curds are to die for !

Ok, I go here all the time maybe not so much now. 1) I order the double combo no seasoning and plain no cheese. Well, guess cashier didnt hear me so I go to get my order and see pickles over flowing from bun. Tell them I didnt order this. 2) they remake my burger ( or so they pretend to). I get next burger with seasoning and obvious other stuff just scraped off. Send it back again. Round 3, guy brings out new burger pretty fast ( weird). Took 1 bite and I see pink ( I do not eat burgers at restaurants pink, or anything but well done. So I wont be going back anytime soon. The manager was ok. Candace acted a little put off with me. I didnt want to send it back again I said Ill take it home and cook it fully. She gave me a refund. But the tall guy working grill should be fired. No Sorry , no Thank you nothing. Like are you mute?. Horrible customer service. Freddys do better. :(

First time to eat at this newest location in the DFW area. We ate after 2pm and inside wasnt busy. In the beginning, it appeared that we chose the wrong restaurant to eat at. Why? Because we waited at the counter for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged, Ill be right with you. Finally, our order was taken, and we sat down to wait for our food. After 25 minutes, I decided to go to the counter and inquire where my food was. The gentleman on the grill saw me standing there and said. Can I help you? I said yes, hello. Like to know where my food is at, I handed them my receipt. He went to look, came back, and said, I cant find it. Ill remake it asap. While we were waiting at the table, the manager came over to apologize for the delay and told me that she refunded our order. Not only that, she gave us two coupons for 2 free meals for our next visit. We were very thankful for her hospitality, and for that reason, when we are back in Burleson, we will return. Hopefully, it will be a better experience.

This was our first time here at this location. They got 2 out of 3 of the burgers wrong. There were no sauces at all despite it being on the order. And the ice cream was melted even though we went and picked up the order on the time of the ticket. This was a really disappointing visit. And honestly, kind of a waste of money.

Dang, I really wanted this to be good. Granted, the food was good. The atmosphere is in trouble, due to a hole in the ozone. Thats from the US testing nooks ya know? For real, look it up. The atmosphere of Freddys tho, it was good. I liked the experience, but one fatal flaw was the deal breaker. I ordered a water with my food. Typically, its hard to mess up a water. But it was the coldest and wettest water I ever drank in my life. Idk how you can even wet a water soo much, I was actually a little impressed. But you guys need to dry your waters every now and then. Horrible water experience. 5 Stars.

I don t know why everyone is blasting this place. Especially the person hating on the pricing versus Five Guys. Five Guys pricing is astronomical versus Freddie s. Completely different burgers and fries too. My visit was when they were still the new thing in town, so I can t comment on their efficiency now. However, even when packed with people, it was still orderly and semi-quick. The food was good. It wasn t game changing, but it also wasn t dreck. I would pick this over a larger fast food chain in an instant on most occasions. Do they beat Five Guys on pure burger? No. Is Five Guys the benchmark for all burgers the world over? Absolutely not. Comparing this to Five Guys is like comparing Taco Bueno to Taco Bell. Same genre, different takes on the food. I don t go to SmashBurger to get a big ol whopping fat boy of a burger. I also don t go to Nicky D s to watch my calorie intake. Fries were new to me. Kind of like soft shoestring potatoes. The burgers are basically smash burgers, but are said to be made with higher quality of meat. No real noticeable difference. The custard and shakes were really nice. Better than a lot of others that I have had before. Prices were fine considering the current h*llscape we are currently in. I want them to succeed here. Do we want to have another car wash put in its place? I ll return sooner than later.

Best to go elsewhere. Too much horseplay. This place can t get an order right and must have 4+ people re-touch your food. They make you give the entire order back to check what is in the bag even if it s just missing French fries. Multiple Staff will re-rummage through the food and touch your burger and sides while some point and accuse the customer of stealing when they mess up the order. This has happened multiple times through drive though and in store.

Third visit here. Getting less impressive each time. Got 2 chili cheese dogs to go and onion rings. The dogs were all over the inside of the containers. I was careful transporting these too. First time eating here and it was ok. There seemed to be plenty of people working but they werent busy, every table was dirty and the napkins were empty. Our food was pretty expensive for what we ordered $34 for 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 dirt and worms. The burgers and custard were delicious but the fries were not very tasty. We won t be ordering them again if you keep serving the same type. The customer service was not overwhelming and not what I expect for paying this much for a meal without even getting drinks (Pepsi products are yuck). Probably won t be back as there are plenty of choices to eat in Burleson that offer a better value and service than this.

If you re a fan on In&Out burgers, then you ll probably like this place. Meat was thin and crispy on the edges. Not much flavor. Fries are little tiny shreds of potatoes, kinda like the potato sticks you can get in a can. Not a fan. Got a half n half sundae with whipped cream and a cherry because those were the only two things that didn t cost extra. Each additional topping is 99 cents, so a sundae can end up being pretty costly. They re just ok in my opinion. Prices are high, especially for the quality of the food. Probably wouldn t dine in, the arrangement is too congested.

Hamburgers sloppily constructed, patties look like they were splattered onto the grill, way too much lettuce on the bottom of the burger. Fries are decent shoestring fries, unsalted, with only Freddies fries seasoning to flavor them. Atmosphere is very loud, was difficult to carry a conversation. Might be an okay to-go burger!

The atmosphere is hopping and energizing. The food I find to be delicious always sometimes a bit too salty- that is hit it miss but not a deal breaker. I enjoy the nostalgic memories the custard throws me back to in a moment of bliss while remembering that since I was a kid, I ve not had such good vanilla custard. Thank you for honoring veterans and upholding good customer service experience. Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor parking is more prevalent than the ability to navigate in the dining room. Paid $50+ on a 3 1/2 person order. They got the order wrong 5 times. My son-in-law had to go inside to get it fixed. Even being inside, still getting all wrong. The food was good. Dude... looking at the pictures online, looked soo yummy. But the california burger omg... absolutely disgusting. Texture was soooo soggy i could hardly eat it almost had to use a fork. More like a hamburger shake. The fries are so tiny a newborn could eat them. Sodas flat with like 5 little ice cubes in it. I figured since the line is so long it has to be that good, but now im all confused because it was 10/10 awful. I wouldnt eat here if youre hungry, youll be disappointed.

This is the first time I visited this location. Its always been so busy since the grand opening so I thought I would wait. I ordered california double burger and fry. It wasnt till after they rang me up. Did they tell me that it would have been cheaper if I did the meal that includes the drink. I was disappointed. The fries were cold. $17 for a combo-- a sandwich, reg. fries, and med. shake-- none of which were impressive. The fries are potato straw arcs coated in seasoning salt, crumble easily, and dont dip substantially. The faintly flavored patty melts thin-slice bread was its thickest part, the apparently single slice of cheese was barely there, and the meager steak was concealed by the bread crusts; I ordered it without onions, fwiw, so I wonder if that would have been the source of flavor and which begs questions regarding steak hype. The fall-theme pumpkin pie shake was halfway decent; however, the other half of it was literal pie crust that doesnt break up and doesnt ascend the straw and therefore blocks consumption of much of the shake. I threw away $17 today, and I only spent about 20 minutes in line to do so. Maybe Freddys appeals to some, but I find no value and small enjoyment. The facility was clean and well stocked.

My wife and I decided to get lunch together at Freddy s. We decided to sit inside this time. We ordered our food and not even 3 minutes later, it was ready. Everything was extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. But that wasn t even the best part. They are a little better than Steak N Shake, but I ve had way better food at Whataburger. I spent $40 for 3 combos for my family and we were still hungry lol. That s not normal for us. We even have two combos with double meat and bacon! The signature turtle concrete what below your average shake- now I that I think about it. Steak N Shake is better. Do yourself a favor and try a different burger place. This place was all hype.

Not sure what the hype was or if it was just opening chaos, but definitely not worth the wait. Burgers & fries were cold & look like they were thrown in the box. The only thing I could taste was the mustard and mayonnaise.... burgers were flavorless.

Amazingly friendly service, Ive only had the fries and it has blown me away, I havent even tried the burger yet, and I am already stunned, service is about as friendly as a Chick-fil-A, the atmosphere is welcoming and jaw-dropping as soon as you walk in, and my food was basically ready as soon as I got done paying, so fast and friendly service, definitely will be coming here to eat more, this is empecibale.

Judging the taste, I think each of the 43 teenagers horseplaying while working here added salt to both of the burgers we ordered. We threw half the burgers away. 5/5 on the custard, but itd be hard to mess that up.. Ive had better food, and for $12 a burger, Ill pick somewhere else.. The service we finally did receive was good, as she offered us the fry sauce which was pretty good.. Also, we threw away 3 of the 4 chicken strips as the breading was crunchy on the outside and soggy on the inside. Not sure how to achieve this texture, maybe the wrong grease temperature. Im not sure, but wasted $35 for sure.. Sorry Freddys, stick to custards, and fries.. Parking: Parking by the building was all coned off for the drive-thru.. terrible parking lot planning on their part. Take notes from chick-fil-a, Freddy..

I tried Freddys last weekend, they were packed and the lines were really long. But the food was excellent considering how busy they were. I will absolutely be a regular customer even though I live 40 mins away! LOL finally a place that has frozen custard! The chicken sandwich was better than chick fil a! So happy to have a new fast food option. Kid-friendliness: My little picky eater absolutely loved the hotdogs!

Went through the drive thru for the first time last night. Didnt take long at all. We got the jalapeño burger, double meat/cheese with bacon, fries (love shoestring fries) and onion rings. It was all hot, fresh and so good. Staff was friendly and so amazing. Will be back for sure!!!!

At least a 30m wait in the drive-thru. Its very slow. They forgot my chili cheese fries. They made my burger wrong. The food was okay, but their prices here are expensive, even more so than the Euless store which I last visited. I cant say that theres really much of anything to draw me back here. Frankly, Whataburger is better and prices are less.

Never had Freddy s because I m from NYC but man these burgers are delicious. Not a huge fan of the fries because I prefer thicker ones but still good with the FRY SAUCE. Inside feels like a 50 s dinner and it s a little crowded but never less the service was fast. The staff super friendly and courteous. Ordered a #2 no cheese and got cheese on it, the staff got me the correct burger fast and gave me a coupon for free ice cream and a meal as an apology. Have to try the custard because it s probably like the ones I would get in Coney Island. Will keep coming to eat here because how good those burgers taste

First time ever at a Freddys, a good old classic vibe. Bright bold colors of red and white, brings back the old diner days. This location has 8 booths and 8 tables all seating 4, so if your coming for dinner get ready for a tight squeeze. Theres one restroom per gender. The staff was friendly and fast. They all had smiles and even though they were packed they stayed calm. The meals are all double Pattys of pounded steak and add on are welcome. This place is a little more in price starting at $11.29 for a regular meal. However the food was good, the atmosphere was good, a little crowded but its new. So come and get a burger or even some shakes, cant go wrong at Freddys. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie patty burger

My friend and I had the patty melt combo my friends wasnt completely toasted. Didnt even look like the bread had any major amounts of butter or oil or whatever. Mine however was better I tasted my friends and his was but he wasnt going to return it and wait to make another because he had little time before getting back to work . We originally wanted the Philly but when we saw the green peppers and no cheese we said no.

Its only the 2nd day being open. And the line has been wrapped around the building since it opened yesterday. I went in and ordered to go. Everyone was very nice and friendly. It took about 15-20 mins to get my food. Very reasonable for how busy they are. Same wait times as whataburger when they have 2 customers. Just saying. Then the food itself, is AMAZING and worth the money and wait time. I had a party melt 5/5, chilli cheese fries with onions, 5/5 and the double cheeseburger 5/5.

Burleson has finally been blessed with a Freddy s! No more hour long drives to get a delicious steak burger, hay fries, and Chocolate Brownie Delight custard. Their steak burgers and hay fries are unique, you won t find any other place quite like it. I m also a fan of the retro-themed decor. Give the frozen custard a shot too, it s way better than your average fast food ice cream.
