Okay so I did kill one roach but it had a clean bed everything came with a plastic cover under the sheets and pillows and it did have a big fridge and a stove. The staff was nice too. Its good if your on a budget. Safety: Kinda creepy at night and I dont know maybe its me but like every couple doors said employee only so weird so many doors with locks too. I dont know if its weird but I only saw two staff members while I was there a week. I dont know just be careful.

Checking in Amanda was very nice and welcoming also the other staff members are very awesome people very friendly and nice the guest that are staying here are pretty cool too its a quiet environment rooms are well kept there are cameras inside and out safety dont feel like an issue here only con I have is the wall that separates my room to the guest next to me dont sound to insolated so it sounds very thin but the neighbor is not a noisy person so no complaint here the weekly pricing is unbeatable for what you get I would recommend staying here other than that stores and restaurants are close by all in close proximity very beneficial

Dont ever stay here! Kathy the GM is so distespectful.. all I did was ask who the general manager was and asked when she will be in.. then the front desk told her I tried to call then she accused me of lying to her staff saying we were in an existing relationship whatever that means? I treated her and her staff with nothing but kindness and respect. I would never do any weird stuff like she accused me of. Not a good experience.

This place is well kept. Safe & comfortable. Nobody bothers u. There are vending machines on each floor as well as laundry rooms. The staff is great as well. The housekeeping is there on their days providing u with all that u need. & if u need things in between u can go to the front desk & ask Miss Melissa she is always there to help happy & willing. She is always on top of things with the rest of the staff. I have enjoyed my stay & would recommend this place to anyone if just for 1 night or a extended stay! Its also by so many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping places & right off the highway. Pet friendly as well! Safety: Cameras inside & outside.

This place is unprofessional the service is terrible I tried to find out some information and they were very rude hanging up on me every time I try asking questions. They are very unprofessional. Do not stay at this hotel at all. If you don t give you information right they will bar you from ever staying at their hotels again I do not recommend staying at this hotel they are absolutely ridiculous and ugly and unkind people

Arrived and was told they had no record of our reservation. After showing the front desk a copy of the reservation we were told this isnt an uncommon problem for them. We were sent off into the night without sympathy to scramble to find a room for myself and a young child.

Kathy was very rude from the moment we checked in. They will stalk you on the cameras and snoop through your room. Very uneasy feeling. Do not recommend if you want rude comments every time you walk through the doors, if I could have got my money back and went somewhere else I would have. Only good thing was the clean rooms. But the toilet didnt flush properly and the bath tub was backed up, they were made aware and told me they would come fix it in 2 days.... they never showed.

I have been staying at the Studio 6 In Burleson for about 18 months. now and the customer service is excellent. The staff is also very helpful.. with all issues. I would like to mention Ms Mellisa and Ms Racheal and Ms Latasha as top contributors but not to take away from the rest of the staff, the entire housekeeping staff works hard to keep this place clean and well maintained. The entire staff is excellent all the people who work there and kind and compassionate about the people If you are in need of an extended stay hotel this is the place to stay. The place is kept clean and well maintained. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. Keep up the great work folks. Safety: The building is staffed 24 hours and very secure parking areas. Walkability: If you want there are numerous restaurants options walking distance for the hotel. Also a movie theater Food and drinks: Walking distance to many local restaurants and national chains.

My wife and I stay at this studio currently.The staff member Mellissa and manager Cathy are very rude people.We have had complaints about a particular staff member Mellissa and the response giving back by the manager Cathy was keep your dog from barking or you will not be able to renew your stay with us. Cathy has never tried to discuss the complaints we have had with the staff member Mellissa since our stay here.Note this is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel.My dog only barks when someone knocks at the door or when the neighbors are banging on the walls.Picking up and leaving is just not that easy for us.The manager Cathy has never tried to talk to us about the complaints we have giving only to find reasons to act rudely toward us.Very frustrated,angry, aggravated.....ect the other staff members are great ..We are very respectful people and well mannered.I strongly believe we are not being treated professionally and respectfully by Mellissa and the manager Cathy.And it is not from us not trying.After sending in this review the manager contacted me with a bogus complaint threaten to call the cops and Im not allowed to renew on the 29th.Its amazing after all the reviews and complaints that Ive heard in the short 5 weeks we stayed here that the manager is still here.

Disgusting place, racist owner, owner will cuss you out because staff members lying in their ear. Kicked people out not even giving them longer an hour to let someone get their stuff together. They do not care about their guests, all they want is money and the owners do what their want regardless of the law. On the account of the racism, they will call the cops on you for trespassing even if you already paid for your room. I was placed on dnr list because the manager of the hotel is a very sour and unfair woman. She said me and my gf had an argument and when asked to present the footage or evidence that this was true would not do so said i had to leave but my gf could stay with made no sense and wasnt true. I booked this hotel for 1 night, 3 weeks before the date I needed. When I showed up on the day they couldnt find my reservation. After they were digging for awhile, it was discovered my reservation had been canceled (and I did not cancel it!). Everyone I talked to was nice, but there was no reason or explanation available. When youve had a long day of travel (AND you bugeted/planned in advance), the oops on their part costed me a lot more money bc I needed a room NOW and no longer had time to search. We ended up at another hotel that was nearly double the price, bc they didnt have what was initially booked available anymore. (For the record Studio 6: trying to compensate a double for the king I booked is borderline offensive.)

Melissa was very rude from the start. They gave us a room with a door that was hard to close from the beginning and eventually the faulty screws came off of the top from opening and closing it. We had to get another room because they didn t want to switch us. Melissa was very unprofessional and threatened to call the cops on us this morning if we didn t leave, also did not want to give us a refund. Very disappointing.

I have been here for 17 months, and i love the value. This location allows me to be close to my elderly parents so i initially chose it for location as i looked for an apartment. Soon i realized that staying here was not only cheaper than an apartment, but having weekly housekeeping is wonderful! The staff is fantastic and always go above and beyond. Just to name a few of the long term staff that were here when i moved in, Melissa, Mr Long, Rachel, Kathy have been very understanding of my medical limitations and i really appreciate everything they, as well as the rest of the staff have done. To add another benefit, having quality in house maintenance has been very nice. Repairs are done quick and no mess at all is left behind, thank you too Ray! This location allows pets, and also is right off I-35w and has one of the best restaurant rows around starting right past the studio6. Short term or long term this studio6 is a great choice! Food and drinks: Best restaurant row around is right here next to this studio6.

I just want to let anyone looking to stay for a day,wk or monthly this is the place.The Staff here at Studio 6 in Burleson are great. Melissa who works the front desk, is a very polite, caring woman who always greets you with a smile on her face and is willing to answer any questions you may have..Then there is a women GM Kathy who is in housekeeping and she makes sure your room is clean and has everything you need to stay. Along with rooms the hallways,stairs and Guest laundry are always trash free and clean. I work nights and I feel safe coming into the property at night with it lit up with security lights. Staff is extremely nosey and wants to be in your business. The room was torn up pretty bad. I didnt get more pictures of the wall. The manager is extremely rude and needs to learn how to tall to people. People smoking weed in there rooms, couples arguing all into the night. 04/30/2028 Stayed one night here. Overall: Would stay here again Of Note: Very well lit parking lot, friendly staff, kitchenette and microwave in the room with larger sized fridge, Feels spacious and not tight, everything was clean. I was in the first floor and the water pressure was outstanding! Could be improved: Towel looked warn, I did not get a back ache but the bed quality could be improved, pillows de-inflated under weight (Bring your own), no bucket in the room for ice, they could use additional seeing in the lobby, walls do not isolate noise very well. As a side note, that big red wall blocking the front entrance takes away from the look and feel of the building and should be removed. Also, a lighter color palette in the accent wall in the bedrooms might help it feel more open.

I paid for 2 nights worth of hot showers and a comfortable bed, but only got 1 hot shower and the bed was tolerable. I was told 7 different times the 1st full day there that the hot water would be on in half an hour. 24 hours later when I checked out, no hot water still. Also, the door at the end of the hallway to the outside slammed so hard every time someone went through it that my room shook, and it sounded like someone shot a large caliber pistol in the hallway. Of course, I woke up every single time that happened.

Where to begin . I ve stayed here for quite some time now. I chose this place initially for the location without the intent to stay this long. However, it didn t take long to realize I came to the right place. Kathy Bonfiglio, the general manager, was the one that checked me in my very first day. I was truly taken aback by her kindliness and friendliness being equal to her very professional manner. She explained everything about the place so well I d felt like I ve already been here awhile. You can tell the staff follows her lead because they re just as kind and friendly and professional as well. Staff members Mr. Long and Miss Melissa as well as the housekeepers to name a few. My room is always clean and well maintained. I can say the same for the rest of the hotel. Now it seems I could stay here indefinitely and feel safe and sound. Thank you to my extended stay family! I want to start by saying that the staff at the front desk is INCREDIBLE! However, I ve never stayed at a filthier room the shower looked like it had been peed on for years, there was hair and yellow stains in the bed, handprints in the TV, bathroom glass had gray water marks all over, and the room smelled like chocolate ? Would not recommend, I just wanted to rest but it was imposible given how uncomfortable I was in the dirty room.

Bravo .. ,Ive been to many hotels as well as motels, and never have I been so impressed with the entire staff and their willingness, professionalism, and the gracious effort to go the extra mile with kindness as well as a smile. I would like to give a shout out to the entire staff starting with the night desk clerk Tasha.. I was greeted with a smile a great price ,a great room, and more so... they welcomed a part of our family Ranger..(thats are Amazing Dog). Into the warmness that is this place they call Studio 6.. I had some issues with flooding and had to find a place to stay and couldnt have found a better one. Like I said from the moment I walked in the door it has been nothing but a memorable stay.. To be honest I probably wont ever stay anywhere again, I highly recommend this place from the rooms to the cleanliness this is been a experience I wont forget and more than likely I may end up living here they make you feel like family, and again thank you guys for everything.. our appreciation extends forever!!! Worst management I ever seen. I stayed there over a year due to losing my apartment due to covid. After living the for a year + they kicked me out saying I can t re rent my room. I was never late on my rent ever. Management never talked to me about. Instead had their employees look through my file and and talk amongst themselves. Then one of the employees call my room and told me they re putting me on a DNR( do not rent). Yet upper management never came and talked to me. I was so happy to just had gotten approved for my apartment or I d be on the streets. Don t rent here. Bad management bad employees that talk about other guest amongst themselves. If I could put negative stars I would. This place is cheap, yes. But the women who work there are the absolute worst! My mother in law and her son were living there and they harassed them all day everyday until they kicked them out for having a comeback for once. I ve tried calling twice now and spoke to Melissa and Cathy and they both talked through me the whole time and then hung up on my face.

So being a guide for some time now ill keep this professional and not get too personal however living there myself with several people i got to know who worked there i was able to observe that aside from the what appeared to be.a professional setting during the check in process management is highly unprofessional at this establishment..the general manager and the staff are all very unorganized and do not communicate well at all..if your looking to apply here i would NOT recommend it..aside from that the stay there i can say the housekeeping did well the doors are very loud when the slam thats quite a disturbance and there is medium activity here. The area isnt bad at all a shell located at your convenience next door also waffle house close by so thats nice as well..overall i give one star due to non professionalism of theyre staff and due to that reason alone i will never stay at this hotel again.

My entire 3 month stay was amazing! Melissa was the first one to check me in and was so sweet and always friendly when i saw her! Everyone was so friendly, there are some interesting other guests at times lol but that s to come with hotels. All the staff was amazing, my only issue happened my last couple days. I had my dogs we were outside while they used the restroom and a random car pulled up and yelled at me from kinda far asking if i was staying there. I said i was. Then he yelled what room? I told them i didn t know him i wasn t going to say my room number out loud. He yelled back he was apparently a manager? After telling me i had seen him maybe once in the room behind the front desk, i did tell him my room number and he drove off. If he is manager that could of been handled better. I don t think as a women staying alone having me yell my room number is a good idea? And he never did tell me why he needed to know. Other than that my entire stay was great and would gladly stay there again!

I needed a safe place to sleep while on a long haul trip. I reserved a week in advance and called the day of to let them know when I would be in (8pm) and the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and ready for me. My neighbors were quiet from 8pm to 8am. I will definitely be reserving a room here again next time Im in the area on a trip.

It was very loud with extended stay people there... arguing, doors Slamming etc. The guy who took our reservation on the phone was an idiot. Couldn t get our name right... couldn t spell, insisted on using military time for when we would arrive. The hotel has cut corners at every level: cheap shower fixtures , small towels, almost rollaway beds ( although new and comfortable) , cheap vinyl flooring. There was a very extensive kitchenette that included a full size fridge and a table top stove, toaster etc., but we will never stay at a Studio 6 again. Senior citizens..... I d avoid this place.

Absolutely no frills or extras with this hotel. Customer service at the front desk is poor. Pillows are thin and awful. Beds are small and not all that comfy. No one cleans during your stay. Not sure it was cleaned well before we got there either since my daughter had allergy/asthma issues the whole time. Checkout is at 11, but our cards stopped working about 10:30. Pets were not supposed to cost extra according to their website and the person I booked with but when I arrived I had to pay an additional $40 for pet fees. They do have a kitchen with microwave, full size fridge/freezer, sink and two-burner cook top. They do have dishes you can use, but youll have to ask for a set bc they dont leave dishes in the room. No coffee station in lobby. No breakfast area. Wifi is decent.

BEWARE. See full review before staying! Worst hotel experience EVER. Dirty place. Broken room. Lying Staff. -SUMMARY We had planned to stay in the area 1 month, and it actually turned out we stayed 6 months in the area (at the wonderful red roof inn), but we left this studio six hotel in just a couple days due to the unbearable conditions (uncleanliness, hostility, poor management, etc). We would have left sooner if at all possible, but we already paid for the month and were initially given false implications that things would be addressed. We initially wanted to stay here because the reviews and pictures looked nice, there were full kitchen accommodations, and the price was very affordable. However, the poor conditions/treatment was NOT acceptable and the hotel s pictures must be from when this place was new and does not reflect its current run-down condition. We decided the conditions and hostility weren t worth staying. Note: Please see pictures for conditions and full review. Room pictures were taken when we checked in.

Manager is RUDE and the cleaning ladies. If youre just replacing my towels and taking out trash it shouldnt take you over an hour to do so nor should I see them smoking on the curb while their supposed to be cleaning. We work nights so having to take up at 9am and not be able to go back in until 12:30 is ridiculous and when we asked how much longer they catch an attitude. My room looked worse then when I left after they cleaned the only good part was Mr.lloyd he helped us and was friendly. Ended up finding a better studio 6 for a lower rate too. DONT DO IT!

I can t say enough GOOD stuff about this place! From the staff to the comfort of the stay (we stayed for about 1 1/2 months) it was absolutely GREAT! Mr Long was always so polite and charming. Melissa always smiling and doing what she could to help make the stay better. And Ed always up for a nice chat and helpful ways! I felt like I was home here! Great place to stay with great people and awesome staff. Neat and very clean. My car broke down on I45, while it was being fixed I stayed here for about 2 and a half weeks. I have stayed at every hotel/motel in Burleson and I only wish I would have tried this one first! It would have saved me a lot of money! This is as good as the fancy ones at a fraction of the cost.The rooms are big and spacious and each one has a kitchenette. The water pressure is great in the shower and the bed is cozy and comfy. You cannot beat the location with everything you need or want is within walking distance with a Waffle House and convenient store right next door!! The staff has been MORE than helpful, kind and accommodating the whole time i was there! I highly recommend!!

Amy at front desk was very courteous and friendly. This was our second hotel of the day with a very bad experience even attempting to check in at other Motel 6. Charmaine at customer service arranged our stay here and its the best stay weve had with motel 6. Room is spacious, arranged a room close to exit door for our pet to go out. Its clean and secure. Will definitely recommend the stay here. Plenty of food choices nearby aswell.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.. My boyfriend was staying here for a couple of weeks and ended up getting his car stolen. When the car got stolen he still had a couple of days to stay there, he ended up moving rooms since his car got stolen. When we went to go get a key all of a sudden no one knew who he was besides one person. The manager was being very rude towards him, never apologized about his car getting stolen or anything! So with all of this being said, NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY unless you want to be treated poorly after paying $300 every week or unless you want your car stolen!

Not too bad for the money. I have stayed at some hotels of the same price that were not as nice as this one. The room was spacious, clean. There was a not so strong chemical smell in the hallway and the room. The bed was okay. The pillows and sheets were clean. There are several restaurants around.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The location is great. There is restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations and even a Movie Theatre in walking distance. The staff members are very friendly and helpful however Mr. Long is awesome. Not only is he helpful, professional and efficient he is funny. Mr. Long made my stay worthwhile. Me and some of my family stayed here while our house was being worked on. The staff was horrible not freindly and called us racist slurs. I would not recommend this place at all. When we confronted them about the slurs that were been thrown at us they called the cops. They did this in front of my kids no respect at all they should be ashamed of themselves.

Staff is mostly homeless people who work and live there .rooms are also very small house keeping is basic trash taken towels exchanged and thats about it.
