They all give the BEST customer service and are always smiling when I get to the window. The service is fast, especially since they have a speaker outside. I tried their matcha and it was great. Definitely going to be my new spot!

First impression: Excellent service, unique & wide-open atmosphere (music was a tad loud for my tastes, but was good music), iced coffee was excellent and the breakfast burrito was tasty. The young lady that took my order hit it on the nail helping a first time customer. Did a great job answering my questions. Glad to have another alternative to the Fivebucks.

Popped in early Sunday before work. They were open at 5:00! Friendly quick service. Just had an iced Americano this trip. But will be back to try some other beverages. Americano was good. Strong bold flavor. Glad this location opened up!

I recently visited the Black Rock in Burleson and had an absolutely delightful experience. I have been a regular customer for the location in Arlington for while and even watched many of the Burleson Barista go through training. I visited Black Rock on Wednesday during there Soft opening. Everyone I encountered was super sweet and was smiling & they even left a sweet message on my lid. I visited again for the Grand Opening an had a great experience even though they were super packed and busy. I receive my drinks quick. The baristas were incredibly friendly and attentive, making everyone feel welcome. Highly recommended!

I cant rate anything because I cant find the place. Drove all the way through Burleson... And nothing? The GPS gave me two different spots on Wilshire and the first place definitely wasnt s Black Rock. The second is all the way in Joshua and Im not driving out there, I had already drove 30 minutes to Burleson. I guess Ill just stay with 151 and not worry about the hassle.

Awesome experience. Came for the free coffee for the opening to try it. They really did an amazing job controlling the flow of traffic and handling the amount of cars that were there. When we saw the line we thought it would be a long wait but they did an amazing job. Will definitely be back!

Burleson location opened today with free drinks. Me and my kiddo went together. The lady directing traffic was just rude. For no good reason. I was following the signs for the line and she was waving me in a different direction. I pointed that I was trying to get coffee and she got mad at me for not knowing that she had directed the line to go a different way than the way the arrows were pointing... I left to just go back later when the line was shorter. We got back after some running errands and the line was much shorter. We pulled up to order and the girl taking orders was also rude. I ordered a chiller and she told me I couldnt get a blended drink and I had to get it iced. I said okay Ill try iced... she asked if I had the app I said no I dont. She then asked for my phone number and I said I dont want to sign up. She asked for my number again to which I repeated I didnt want to sign up yet. She just said youre all set and walked away. I didnt get a chance to order for my kiddo so I tried to get her attention again and she just ignored me. We pulled up to the window (the first nice person) and she asked what drink I had and I asked if they werent doing blended today and she said they could absolutely do blended and was so sweet to make that for me. I asked if kids were allowed to get drinks and she said yes. I told her what happened when I was ordering.. She said they couldnt take orders at the window but I could go inside and get him a drink and even get myself a second drink if I wanted to. I said thank you and went to park to go in. Back to the rude lady directing traffic.. She stood in front of my car and wouldnt let me park. She yelled at me to pay attention I said Im trying to park to go inside she proceeded to yell at me again and said there was no parking spots. When I pointed out the three empty spots she refused to move and told me to leave again. It was honestly so rude. My kid never got his drink. Ill never go back and the only reason is because we were treated so horribly on the grand opening day.

Met Kat at the Arlington location and she was so nice and helpful. It was my first time to visit Black Rock so I asked for help with menu. She listened to what I like and recommended the Mexican Mocha. It was delicious! She also told me about the new Burleson location. Looking forward to the grand opening!
