I have been to The Joint on various occasions now. Dr T is the best, so much so, I took my mother in who was visiting from England with neck pain. Not only is Dr T helping me fix my posture, but she helped relieved my mother of neck pain today. The pain subsided some in her neck from one single visit. Dr T knows her stuff, has amazing customer service and is a credit to this company. I wouldn t visit anywhere else! Thank you Dr T!

Not only did they not fix my problem the doctor I went to said that they had caused more damage than good I called and told them so they sent a cancellation email as required from them been months the joint is still pretending that I didn t receive anything that email back and still charging me a monthly fee no now this is 5 months of no use and me calling multiple times and emailed the cancellation form this is what I have to do because I have already tried everything else but go there because I have 2 full time jobs that s the reason why I got hurt in the 1st place stress not something with joints I hate the lies these people tell you go to a doctor don t stop here these people are guessers not professionals the doctor game me muscle relaxers I took them one day later I could turn my head again I m sorry I have to resort to this but this is the truth it just sad

Not gonna go too into it too much. Just feel all the people that work here don t really care, listen or try. I have asked for taregeted areas specific issues. And I ve just never gotten the effort to from any person here in the years since it opened. Luckily I work in Dallas and can go there or anywhere else in the dfw area. Not bad mouthing or anything. Just person experience I always know, but yet still try, that my visit will be a waste and I won t be adjusted or taken care of. I hope other people get what they need here. If not id say try a different location.

Thanks to Dr. Doug and Gabby, Ive finally found significant relief from my anterolisthesis. Dr. Doug has been in practice for more than 25 years, which put me at ease during the procedure. My consultation was about fifteen minutes and the actual procedure took about ten minutes. It was great! Fingers crossed that this will help me bypass surgery. Came in as a walk in on my birthday and was in quite a bit of pain and discomfort. They got me in. Gave me some temporary relief (had to come back next day) and did so, and was so relieved the pain subsided. Embraced how quickly they got me in, and recommended them to my co workers and staff. Signed up for a flex plan (which is a big help with my impromptu schedule) so I can come as needed. Thank you guys, Dr. Tomlinson is great!!!

In general, this place seems to be the McDonalds of chiropractic. Not sure the world needs that. But regarding my personal experience, I decided to try out the introductory $49 session. Its a total scam. It was not a session at all. It was one crack. Literally, one crack. (I refuse to use the term adjustment, because there is zero evidence that anything is adjusted. Chiropractic is pseudoscience when it comes to any therapeutic claims. My only interest in it is that getting your joints cracked feels good in the moment, like a massage.) The front desk tried to use pressure tactics to get me to sign up to regular appointments. I had to be pretty resolute and forceful in my insistence that I did not want to sign up to get her to give up. Even then she threw in a rude comment about how she had my info so I shouldnt try to get another introductory session. LOL, you false advertise and only give me a five minute session for $49, and then you imply Im the dishonest one? Yeah, all the red flags for a terrible business were flying high.

I started seeing Dr. T as soon as she started here and though I missed the Dr she replaced, I was impressed. I have a very difficult back to adjust, I require a great deal of pressure and strength to be applied for by bones to move and not many chiropractors can do it and she started successfully getting movement in my spine from the first visit. When I started getting headaches and feeling dizzy, I asked her to examine me closely and she found a bone in my jaw and neck that were out. She also started adjusting/working on other parts (like my ears) to try to relieve my headaches. I was impressed by her knowledge when I asked for help with my headaches and she described several things that could be causing them and even took the time to email me corrective exercises to do at home to relieve the issues/pain. Dr. T is very knowledgeable, and is one of the few that can adjust such a difficult back. I would recommend her, especially for those that have a difficult time finding chiropractic care that actually gets movement in their spines.

Im impressed with Dr. Frank Lopez. Ive had a few Chiropractors there from different locations, but I quit going to those locations to go see Dr. Lopez. Hes the only one that can adjust me and thats able to help me. Hes helped me with my shoulder and hip flexors. Im doing much better now and improving. Thanks to him I feel a lot better and not suffering as much pain. As long as hes there Ill keep going there. Thanks Dr. Lopez for making my life better. I am leaving this review specifically in regards to children. My 7 year old son hurt his neck and it just got worse over the course of almost a week. I was doing everything I could think of to help him but it just wasnt getting better. I decided to take him to The Joint instead of a chiropractor with their own practice because they were open on a Sunday. It took about 30 minutes after we arrived and I filled out paperwork for my son to get adjusted. The chiropractor was patient and gentle with my son but also effective. She gave me suggestions for stretches we could do at home and was honest about what would be best for his continuing care. He is going to need several visits to undo the tension he built up in his body. We came for his second adjustment today and saw a different chiropractor. She was just as patient and kind as the woman we saw the day before. Im very pleased with how my son was treated. Im looking forward to going back.

At first, I was skeptical to visit The Joint because I didnt think I would be happy seeing a new doc every time I visited, but that hasnt been the case at this location! Ive only been seen by 3 or 4 docs total in the past 12+ months and most of the time I get one of two docs-- Dr. Austin and Dr. Jess are both AMAZING! The amount of training and education Dr. Austin seeks makes me feel so confident in the healing powers of chiropractic care and makes me trust his adjustments. I frequently see Dr. Jess as well. She has a more gentle approach when Im feeling extra sore and I love that she explains what she is going to do before she does it so I know what to expect. She frequently asks how I feel after certain moves and takes notice of how my body reacts. The sweet receptionist Alexis is great too! I do wish they had a rewards program for repeat customers or those on wellness plans. All in all, Im super happy I decided to give The Joint a try.

Went here for lower back pain/sciatica relief. I ve seen chiropractors for about 8 years now off and on for flare ups. They ALWAYS do an X-RAY at the initial visit. This place did not. That should have been my first clue to leave , but we didn t have insurance at the time so this place was really my only option. The first couple of visits went ok. I started to feel better like I normally do after seeing a chiropractor. At my last visit there was a loud pop, and after that I could barely walk. My legs/feet were going numb, and I had symptoms of cauda equina. I had a MRI which showed a massive herniated disc at L5/S1, and 2 other smaller herniations. I had to have emergency surgery, a microdisectomy, at only 32 years old. As I stated before we didn t have insurance at this time so we have some pretty hefty hospital bills! I had to use a walker for about a month after the surgery. I had to have my mom stay with me to help me take care of my children, and with my every day chores. This happened in August. It s now November, and I m still experiencing some numbness, in my lower legs and feet, but other than that I m doing well. My neurosurgeon said I m the youngest person he s ever had to perform this procedure on. If I could go back in time I would have just paid out of pocket to see Dr. Moss. It would have saved us a lot of money in the long run! Just please be careful if you choose to go here!

Overall experience was great! Dr. Austin is a magician and I recommend anyone to go see him! I saw him consistently for 2 months, 2-3 a week and the results were through the roof! My first visit, I walked in literally humped over and in pain after my first adjustment, I had made a complete 180! We went over goals that I wanted to accomplish during my time of care and I was able to meet and surpass them with his help! I know longer have headaches and I ve completely gotten rid of my anti-inflammatory meds! He s very knowledgeable, humble and down to earth! I appreciate it doc!!!

I have been going here regularly for a few months and am so happy with my care! My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for years and the amazing chiros here were able to help with my super messed up hip alignment and now I am pregnant! I also have hardly any shoulder pain whereas before my arm would go numb regularly! If you are looking for a great local chiro the docs here are amazing!

I have been a member for over 5 years, but not with the new Burleson location. I love the consistency. Alexis at the desk will make sure you in and have the Dr of choice. My go to is Dr Austin, you really don t have to tell him what is wrong. He does his consulting every visit. Honestly if he not in I ll just come back when he is. From the very first visit, they have always treated me with much respect and they work efficiently. I love to stay on the move and they do an amazing job of getting me in and out quickly. I see Dr. Austin for the majority of my visits and I trust his knowledge and skills. I usually get a adjustment every 2 weeks but for whatever reason no one could crack my lower back. Today all that changed,Dr Austin was there and man did he do a number on my lower back. I came in as a walk-in I had pulled a muscle on my neck from sleeping on it wrong or picking up my kids. I havent had a good nights sleep for 3 days so thought I better get adjusted. I saw this convenient location near my home. It was a short wait and the lady at front was helpful and nice. The Doctor Austin did a great job. I will definitely be back I signed up for their monthly plan. I work sitting in a desk all day. I know I need to put this on my schedule because my body always feels better and no longer stiff afterwards.

Addresses my complaints. And fixes them. 17 March 2022 Been trying to see Dr Austin on a regular basis. He has changed his approach to treatment by using an accuater tool. It seems to work better and is easier on me rather than physical manupliation. I am able to do more physical labor connected to my job and dont feel as tired as when I first started vising him. My arms arent numb like they were and i am sleeping better . Chiropractic helps because I have been under the care of one for years.. I just got away from it when I retired.. Then when I went back to work as a flatbed equipment hauler I realized I needed to get back to it. My only concern now is that I go home to Colorado the end of May til next fall when I return to Burelson and probably go back to work again. I would like to see a Joint opened on the Western Slope of Colorado. Denver and Eastern Slope have several. But we dont have any. The cost of Chiropractic care covered by Medicare is only covered after so many visits. I cant afford to keep it up. The Joints financial thing with not messing with insurance is worth its weight in gold. We have 2 large cities where I live and a whole lot of blue collar workers who would benefit. I would hope someone might get us one going in either Grand Jct. Or Montrose. Ill continue to see Dr Austin til I leave. He needs to move up to my part of the world.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Not only do they do fabulous work, they have you in and out in a matter of minutes... literally. There are 2 doctors: Austin and Jessica. You preference will determine which doctor you will prefer. Austin, of course, has mans hands. Jessica is gentler. I prefer Austin, although the results are the same. They both have performed adjustments on my neck and back.

Ive been having severe shoulder pain for months. At times I havent slept in days. Ive been to specialist that wanted to do surgery. Ive been through therapy and nothing.
