Greg was excellent helping us find a new investment property in B/CS. Friends represented by him referred us, and after a brief intake meeting to discuss objectives, Greg sent out a helpful summary of options with sample properties. From that, we found a property that was the right fit the first day, negotiated the deal, went under contract, and closed in two weeks. With such a short timeline, there was a lot to do in a short amount of time, and Greg went out of his way to make sure it got done in a manner that was fair and profitable to all. Greg and Rachel are literally the best realtors weve ever worked with. We needed to buy a house out-of-state, on short notice, and on a tight budget, and they made everything work and bent over backwards to make sure we felt good about our purchase, while never pressuring us to come to a decision or look outside of our budget or RE goals. They made us feel comfortable even though we couldnt walk into the houses ourselves by video-calling us, taking walkthrough videos, and giving us area insight. Even after closing theyre still taking care of us, most recently theyre making sure our locks are changed since we cant currently do it ourselves until our move. They are the definition of above-and-beyond and their problem-solving is impeccable. We found Greg and Rachel via the BiggerPockets forum and were so glad we did. We sought Greg out due to his appearance on the BiggerPockets podcast and his insightful posts regarding real-estate in BCS; hes actually one of the most active posters in the area! Greg and Rachel have played such a crucial part in me and my wife s life! We had always been interested in investing and real estate, and they provided us with the knowledge and resources we needed.
