This is not the closest Little Caesars to my house but its on the way to various places we go so we order from here sometimes. I think out of the 10 or so times weve ordered from here in the last few years they were *always* either late (sometimes 30 min-1 hr) or they said they didnt have my order and I had to *insist* they check again before they found it. Just today I put in an advanced online order to be done at a certain time. I walk in and they had just put my pizzas in the oven. The manager says I had *just* put in my order. Um, actually no. The other lady said it wasnt even on the screen until a couple minutes ago. So maybe their computer system is messed up. Idk. But whatever combination of events are at fault, its really frustrating.

We came to this location becausewe thought it would be fast pace by walking in and they will have hot and ready pizzas just like the other location we walked in me and my daughter the cashier told us it will be 15-20 minutes late we waited 45 minutes to almost an hour and they were not attending to the people that were coming in they were doing online orders fast then the ones that were walking in horrible experience I had to ask for my money back and went somewhere else never again will come to this location Little Caesars can do better I am very disappointed walked out with no food went to another location within 15 minutes my pizza was ready

I called and placed in order, the girl that took my order said we are busy so maybe 20 minutes, no longer than 30. I literally waited 1 hour and 53 minutes before my food came out and it was ALL COLD. When I went back inside to complain the manager said well we are busy and understaffed . NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!

This place is soooo lucky it has a great busy intersection to feed it customers. The food here is trash compared to the other locations in town. The staff acts like they have no other choice but to work in fast food, and they take their misery out on the food and the customers. Basuraa!!!!!

We drive out of our way to come to this location because the food is prepared the way it supposed to be unlike Southwest Parkway. Today was a very unfortunate experience. We called ahead to place an order. When we pulled up, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes because Lois ignored me when I said, I had a pick up order she proceeded to take a new order for me, which I again had to wait even longer. Her customer service was beyond poor with an attitude to match. I remain calm because I did not want them spitting in my food. When I received my cheesy bread. I asked for crazy sauces that I ordered with it. She cut me off and said it doesn t come with that. I had to remind her I purchased them.

Came here a few times whenever were in the mood for Little Caesars. Their Italian cheese bread is probably the best out of everything on their menu. We enjoy their cheap and pretty decent pizza as well, but it gets soggy pretty fast. The new cheesey puffs are pretty amazing, but sooo small. Theyre like the size of those brownies bites. Overall, prices are very reasonable, but its not the best quality. The staff are friendly. Parking lot is small. No place to dine. There are a few chairs in the lobby.

If I could give no stars, I would. This location sucks. There s always a ton of sauce in the pizza and not enough meat. Although the Slices-n-sticks is my favorite, the pieces are never clean cut, they cut huge slices of pizza, and leave the ends and crust for the breadsticks part of the pizza and it s straight trash. I wouldn t bring a dog to eat this mess.

Three times in a row we have used the online service and it tells us a time to get it. Every-time we get there we end up having to wait 15-20 min after the said pickup time to get our pizza. Also even if you want a Hot-N- ready pizza you can leave out the ready part cause there isn t anything ready to grab. The pizza is good but our pizza hasn t even started cooking at the time we were told to pickup. Then they put your name in that mobile pick up and it s not even in there.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place caused my grandchildren to throw up.. I ordered pizza Friday for one set of grandkids and my grandson threw up the next morning.. I ordered again the next evening for granddaughter and around midnight, my daughter said she woke up throwing up. This location has gone to Hell!! The pizza is never cut!! It has teenagers doing the most and making the pizzas at the same time. Very unsanitary the way theyre handling food!!!

Staff was rude and very obviously did not want to be there. No apologies for very late orders or missing items. Wait time for people who ordered online was over a hour. I ordered a pizza from them and asked I could come back after 15 mins to pick it up. 30 mins after, I came back to pick up my order. The employee told me that they lost my order. And they will just make a new one. They said they are sorry it happened but they are giggling like it was really funny. The least thing they could do for wasting my time is at least apologize in a sincere tone. And before the server told me that they lost my order, she circled the warmer machine like 5 times. Well, if u can t find it the second time you looked, I bet it won t be there on the 3rd, 4th and 5th time. I would have given no stars if it would let me, I ordered a thin crust, half the pizza was missing pepperoni and the same half had crust with one slice the crust was almost an inch higher than the pizza, thin crust is supposed to have toppings all the way to the edges, two days later I finally get a hold of them they would have replaced the pizza if I brought it in but I didnt have the pizza anymore, I sent an email showing what the pizza look like when I got it when I got I couldnt even eat it it was room temperature cold, this is the second time I had problems with this store

Do not waste your time at this location. Go to another Little Cesars to save your time and energy. I have tried a couple times in the past to pick up some hot and ready pizzas, that they never have, and it always will take 40 minutes. Today I placed an order online, over an hour in advance. I arrived on time to pick it up. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back to assist the line of customers. The gentleman in front of me, was told they were busy, so they could make his on line order and it would be 20 minutes. I was next and asked, and when they could not find my order either, the lady stated again they were busy and it would take 40 minutes for my order. When I asked to have a refund she stated I would have to request it online. When I asked for the owners contact, she said they did not have that. Its always the same story and surprising to me that they never have any hot and ready pizzas available. I will never use this location again.

By far the worst little Caesars I have ever been to. The guy up front seems completely lost and in no hurry to serve up the orders his customers are paying for. I arrived at 1137 to pick up pizzas for my team as a thank you for their hard work. I am a GM for another local restaurant. No greeting or acknowledgement from anyone. What do want instead???? I ask what types of hot pizzas do you have available as you have an entire m end dedicated to this. NONE! Ok fine how long to get a fresh pizza? 7 minutes. The pizza was good, I was in and out ordering on the app. What I didnt like was this funky looking cookie the lady behind the counter tossed at me. I asked if I could change it for something else and she said no we dont do that. I was in a rush so I didnt argue. The advertisement made it look warm and gooey not hard and crumbly. The gentlemen working this morning were awesome. There was a lot of LARGE orders coming in (10-20 pizzas). I came in for one pizza and they were able to keep up with the large orders and still get me in and out in a timely fashion. ***UPDATE 4/06/2021*** OK decided to give them one more try. Order the pretzel pizza. What a mistake. The staff was nice and the store was clean. I waited for 15 minutes since a wanted light sauce. See pictures. How is this even considered to be a pretzel crust pizza. Looks like a crust that has been cooked longer and doused with a ton of salt making it almost inedible. Strike three. Lets start with problem number 1. I ordered my pizza at 1pm for delivery the app stated that it would be delivered by 1:26. When 2 oclock rolls around I see that my pizza has not been picked up yet 2. I call to make sure that they were not closed due to weather. They stated that they were open and wanting on the driver. 3. When I called back at 3 they said they dont know why the driver has not come yet. I said ok I will just come and get it myself. I asked them to cancel the order so I would not have to pay the extra fees for delivery. She talks to her manager and she said cant cancel the order, I said ok how about throwing in small cheesy bread? The manager says no its not their fault the delivery company has not come. 4.so I say fine I will come get it and they tell me to call the customer service department. So I do, after sitting on hold for 35 minutes finally talk to someone and they issue a ticket for my refund of the 8 bucks. 5. I get there to pick up pizza now by 340, they pull my pizza out of the heating oven and I go home. Guess what, I open my pizza (that I have now waited on for almost 3 hours to be delivered) and had to go and pick it up myself to a rock hard freebie. Management was a joke. That shouldnt offer a service if the service is not available. They should offer customer support and take care of their customers no matter who is at fault and pass blame on to another company after my had been sitting there for 30 minutes to find out what is the problem with the pickup. I will never shop at this location again. Their pizza is cheap for a reason. They move them in bulk. The manager should be fired. I was not the only one there that had an issue.

Well this little girl was the so called manager for the night became upset because a customer went in at about 920 last night and refused to make or fulfill the order. The customer of course argued that there was plenty of time to make the order. Manager comes around the desk and proceeded to get in the customers area. She makes a threat and of course the customer responds with a counter. The employee offers ways of fixing the issue but also calls her family to come to the store. They get there and commence to jump on the customer. Would have been okay but they ganged up on him with 4 verses 1. Something needs to be done about this so called manager and the store owes big time to that customer.

Honestly Im very disappointed at this location I never seem to get what I order I have ordered from this location 3 times now and each time they mess it up! I placed my order over the phone so i wouldnt have to wait. The girl said 10 15 minutes well we had to wait 30. When i placed the order i ordered 4 pizza they only gave my husband 3 but charged him for 4. So i went in to let them know an the girl was extremely rude. So i asked for light sauce on all my pizza i got one thin bacon 1 cheese an 2 pep well they did not give me my cheese pizza they gave me 3 pep an they had heavy sauce an had burnt crumbs on the bottom of our pizza! So never again will i go to this little ceasers

In all honesty, I would have preferred to give this particular location A2. The reason I gave them a 3 oh, its because it might have been an off day or the oven wasnt working right. We were tired oh, and we wanted something quick oh, and the daughter wanted stuffed pepperoni rolls Well, hmm the breadstick rolls World almost chart on one end and the dough was lightly done in the middle. This is what makes me think the oven wasnt functioning correctly but whoever boxed it should have noticed that it was not of great quality. Maybe one day I will give it another chance but not anytime soon. On a good note oh, I will say that we have had a lot better from this chain.
