Upon going to the movies presentation wasnt as comfortable as expected, however when getting seated my friend and I was uncomfortable due to the A/C cutting on and off really quickly. Not giving it time to cool off, however we were both uncomfortable causing us to sweat and then the sucked as well. It seems as if the A/C was temperature control. Maybe the room should be a little colder, when its leather seat.

Theater was clean bathrooms very clean. 3 staff were at the concession stand, but 2 going men were too busy playing on their cell phones looking at videos to be any help to the rest of us waiting for service. There was one fellow who was waiting on us all, he did a great job. When i came back a second time more staff appeared and some seemed to be managers. Everyone was milling about. I was the only one at the counter that time. Trying to get popcorn salt. I got glances but no one engaged until i said i need some help. One of the manager looking people acknowledged me but gave the task to another staff who looked bewildered and passed my request to someone else and then they did the same, told someone else to help me. Very weird and comical but this is a big problem if youve got staff who dont know how to wait on customers appropriately and in a timely manner. The first staff who helped me initially with my tickets and popcorn order came back around and promptly knew what i wanted and helped me. A higher level manager needs to review how that front end staff manages their time and your customers. Also, the volume of the movie in the theater next to us was so loud it was overpowering the volume for ours. You could hear others around us talking about it. I think someone went to complain and it did improve some but not fully so we got to listen to two movies today for the price of one. It was pretty bad.

My friend and I went to see Deadpool and Wolverine 8/17 at 9:50pm in theater #2. The sound cut out at the beginning and was off at least 15-20 minutes. Most people walked out, but it came back on as we were starting to leave. We managed to piece enough through the movie to kind of figure out the stretch of significant dialog we missed. Through the remainder of the movie, the sound system would randomly pop off loudly like gunshot. Filling your own popcorn so you can thoroughly butter it is the only reason they get 2 stars.

I have given this place more than a few tries. It has no reason to be this unpleasant of an experience when Cinemark is so fantastic and not that much further away. Seats or screen are always gross or broken, soda machine is nasty or out of something, and the popcorn tastes and looks like they recycled it from the seats the day before. Do yourself a favor and just go to Cinemark. Its possible to have an ok time here, but its not likely.

I just wanted to sit in a theater and chow down on a pub-style pizza, and this place delivers on that. The physical plant needs some TLC; on the seat Id chosen online, most of the upholstery was torn off the bottom half. (I just sat elsewhere because it was a mostly empty theater.)

This theater used to be great, but it has really gone downhill over the past year. Its now more like a dollar cinema. As movie lovers, we go there often but half the time the popcorn dispensers, yellow seed oil dispenser, and soda machines are broken, empty, and seriously dirty. Too often, my preferred soda is unavailable and the vanilla syrup is out. This is infuriating when you pay $6 for a single soda . I don t even wanna think about how much slime is in the ice machine! When you bring these issues to their attention, they dont seem to care and do nothing about it. The theater rooms themselves arent much better, often being dirty, sticky and smelly . This kind of neglect is exactly why people stop going to theaters. Its a major management failure.

Nice large reclining seats are always a plus. The local burnouts that work here are too stoned to form a full sentence however let alone direct you to the right theatre or tell you about the refills, which are great if you want half popped popcorn. Gotta give yall props on the leaking roof with a steady drip on the seats.. made seeing twisters super immersive. Really did feel like a tornado could rip the roof right off as run down as the theater was.

Tldr, -Rude staff member -Our seats got double booked after ordered online. -Buzzing sound and strange debris falling from ceiling throughout the film. (4/10) Holy guacamole. Where do I start? When I got there, the employee (who may have said he was manager, I forget) gave a rude attitude seemingly on a power trip, or maybe just a bad day, but I was quick to get away from him and to the movie that I had booked my seats for. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was kind and professional. However, when me and my company arrived to our seats, others were sitting there already. I double-checked that I had the right seats and showed them the email confirmation, to which they showed us their tickets of the same seats. I was able to live with that, so we just sat in the adjacent seats (I guess it got double booked?). It would be great if it stopped there, but throughout the whole film, there was a loud buzzing-ish sound coming from the ceiling, along with strange debris falling from the ceiling as well, completely ruining the immersion for everyone at the showing. Besides the unfortunate events, everything else was the usual experience youd expect from a theater. Id say my experience was a 4/10, but if you go there, expect a 5-6/10 experience. Isnt premium, but also not bad.

We love Premier Lux Cinema. Their discount for the first showing of the day is a great value. However, today I noticed a small veggie pizza on the menu screen prices at $9.99 When I placed my order the clerk said So you want a supreme pizza with no meat? And rang it up at $12.99, with a list of ingredients to be withheld. We discussed it at length, and from what he told me, if you order a simple cheese pizza youre going to pay for a supreme with all the ingredients, except cheese, withheld. Why have a menu, posted conspicuously, with different kinds of pizza at different prices of the only thing you can get is a supreme, at supreme price?

Will not return. Gave them another shot and was disappointed yet again. Seats were sticky, trays and cup holders covered in crumbs. Seat was ripped and they are not as comfortable as competitors. Liquids, food and trash on floors in theater and in hallways. Part of the speakers were out so we couldnt hear most voices throughout previews which we arrived early to watch. After speaking to 3 employees, manager finally got it fixed at beginning of movie as we were about to walk out. They were aware of us not being happy about sound issues and having to clean our seats, but not so much as a sorry, let me try to fix this. They were anything but short staffed so thats no excuse and place looked like a ghost town. Not sure how this establishment is still in business and wont be surprised when they go under if they dont make some major changes. Next time we will pass them up even though close to our home, and go somewhere else. 1 employee out of the 7 we came across seemed to appreciate having a job. The rest seemed to be doing good to stay awake and do bare minimum.

I will never see a movie here ever again! Our family had to split into two areas to see a movie. The staff refused to give us a small bag, boat, tray, cup or anything to be able to share our popcorn. We had purchased $40 in tickets and were purchasing another $40 in snacks and they refused us a 3 cent bag for convenience! So very disappointing! I spoke to the manager and he had absolutely no care what so ever! Did not care to lose the sales. Was rude and in no way tried to help us solve our problem. Super discouraging! Mother s Day RUINED!

Went to the movies with friends. A womens day outing. We decided on watching Arthur the King which is a movie based on a true story. It was a gripping and touching tale that we all agree was enjoyable. Had some delicious popcorn with drinks as we sat and reclined in the very comfortable chairs. I recommend sitting in the top row because thats where our seats were and the view of the screen was perfect . Im updating my review from the last experience I had because that one was not near as pleasant as this visit, I am happy to revise. Also, must mention that we pre-ordered our tickets online which made it quick and easy to check in on time and pick our seats in advance. Highly recommend.

A great venue! The recliners are so comfy and I love having the little table attached. Only reason I didnt give 5 starts is the volume was so loud it distorted the sound. In some parts of the movie, I had to plug my ears to understand what was being said. Theres just no reason for it to be that loud. I was with 5 other people, ranging from 26-30 and they said at times it was painful. Enjoyed the show but I would have enjoyed it more of my ears werent still ringing an hour later...

We went here to watch Migration (great movie). It was nice to be able to select our seats. The theater was clean enough. I would have appreciated seats being wiped down to romove the popcorn grease, but other than that it was clean. About 75% of the way through, the sound died. It was muffled and then we could here the speakers blow. We couldnt hear for at least 10mins. When we mentioned it to the staff they apologized and said too bad. We werent expecting to have a refund, but communication from a manager would have been appreciated.

The bistro was closed. We wanted 2 hot dogs and there was only 1 available. 1 of the cheese machines for nachos was broken. When the movie should have started, it didnt. A lady from the audience had to leave her seat and go inform staff that the movie hadnt started. The movie itself was great. The seating was great.

Our favorite time to go is Tuesday matinees. We enjoy the experience of going to the movie theater and enjoying it on the big screen. Usually we are one of the few people in the theater so its nice and quiet and a very enjoyable experience. If we ever have any problems, the staff is cordial and quick to fix the issue. We will continue to visit.

This place is wonderful. The seats are so comfortable and spacious that the experience is very much enhanced and worthwhile! Free refills of popcorn and drinks is great. The problem is at least one of the smaller theatres has a projector that has issues. Not sure if the bulb is about to die but bright screens flickered really aggressively. This really hurt the viewing experience for me. With there being less and less reasons to see movies in theatres when home streaming exists and TVs are so big, picture quality really needs to at minimum look consistent. Please get this fixed.

We came for the 4:20 viewing of Wish on Saturday 12/16. Overall the theater and atmosphere was great. Very comfortable. My downing 2 stars is 100% because of how horribly the movie next door was bleeding into our theater. It was extremely distracting to hear screaming and dialog through the wall. It was so overbearing that my first thought was that someone was watching a video on their own phone right there in the theater, though even that likely would not have been as loud.

I ve never been to a more disgusting theater! 3 of us had to go ask the MANAGER to get someone to clean our theater and seats since the room wasn t clean 10 minutes before the movie was about to start. The staff did nothing, no one cleaned anything in a timely manner and there was soda, popcorn, and napkins all over the theater. The manager was beyond lazy and didn t care to fix the situation. Go anywhere else in Bryan/cstat but definitely not this place! I ll never be back. Luxury is far from the truth.

Soda machines were not functioning properly and they were still selling at full price without notifying customers of issue. Nacho cheese is NOT hot. Dont think much is being sanitized after or before showings...I usually see popcorn/trash still on floor from previous movies. ON THE PLUS SIDE.... they are spacious, offer loyalty card, and usually very chill atmosphere. When I have had issues arise they tend to it most often with ease.

Be sure to bring antibacterial wipes for the dirty seats. Floors are dirty too. We had popcorn all over our seats. Apparently, from the night before. Also, EXTREMELY loud. Like, hearing loss is inevitable, loud. I will wear earplugs next time. The seats aren t very comfortable for a luxury theatre. There were no employees there to take our tickets. We could ve gone in for free.

The IMAX screen is noticeably filthy, with what appears to be dried stains from somebody throwing drinks. You d think they could clean it. The popcorn dispenser doesn t put out popcorn, it s puts out little pieces of popcorn. For what they charge these days you d think they could do better. I came back one year later to see Oppenheimer on the IMAX screen. The screen was clean, and the popcorn issue was only slightly better. The issue this time was the sound level for the music and sound effects. It was deafening and painful. We had to put our fingers in our ears, then take them out when people were talking. It was so distracting. The sound level needs to be lowered for this movie. Obviously, management has not sat in the theater and watched this to see what the sound level is. Btw, we were sitting 5 rows forward of the back row, just to the left of center.

The theater was so dirty, sticky and smelled in theater 11. We took the boys to see Meg 2 in 3D after buying tickets getting 4 drinks 2 popcorns 2 nachos and 4 candies we get to our seats where the floor was extremely wet and sticky and popcorn in the seats. We asked to be moved but were told they didn t have anymore available. When spending around $150 for a nice family night things should be cleaned.

All soda was out due to no carbonation, the guy at the counter didnt say anything about any other drinks we could have gotten like lemonade which we found out later that they had, the theater hadnt been cleaned and every hand sanitizer dispenser was empty so we couldnt even clean our seats ourselves. First time going to Premiere in almost 15 years because of how bad it was then, I should have stuck with Cinemark or Star.

Saw Mission Impossible last night and my chair was broken. Couldn t sit comfortably at all. The projector was constantly flashing bright to dark on the screen. We ordered a pizza but we re not informed of a 2 hour wait. People talking all through the movie. I realize that s not a controlled issue for the theater but compounded with everything else, it was annoying. Definitely will not be back to this theater.

Disappointing Communication and Execution Im from another state and am visiting my family here in Texas. I was hoping to have a good time with them at the movie theater. However, my recent experience at a movie theater left me feeling frustrated and let down. I had called ahead of time to inquire about the availability of closed captioning, and I was assured over the phone that it would be provided. The theatre fails to provide accurate information regarding their menu and services. They have no capability of selling a glass of wine at 2:30 in the afternoon. Just disappointing that this theatre can t be bothered to make it clear that their menu options are not available during regular business hours. Can t put feet up in the IMAX auditorium

This place is great but almost all of my friends and family got food poisoning because they hadn t cleaned their popcorn machines. They have cleaned it recently but I just think that that it had to be cleaned once we had told him is horrible. I love the theater and how you can do things yourself but I think it s kind of disgusting as well because people put their hands all over the things that people use the movie is all over all really great. I went to go see the Barbie movie and I absolutely loved it. I love the seats that they offer when you re watching a movie and the recliner is amazing.
