Definitely my least favorite Dutch Bros. They can t keep track of the cars, the coffee never tastes the same as others, my drinks often come out messy. Unfortunately this is the one we have to use on our way out of town. I wish it was better.

Employees were taking orders outside . I had been in line waiting to give my order. Come to find out it doesn t matter if you have been there waiting they take orders upon how they choose. What really had me furious was the fact I had been in drive thru for 35 mins. I wish I could have reversed and leave but there was a vehicle behind me.

They have such amazing coffee this is my go to coffee shop my favorite drink to order is the golden eagle they also have smoothies that are amazing!! If youre in the mood to try something new I highly recommend trying Dutch bros Parking: Has a good amount of parking spots in and around Dutch bros. All free parking Wheelchair accessibility: Front counter is easily accessible to those who need a wheelchair and their ordering windows are perfect hight.

Edit: it seems a couple of these bad reviews and mine included were isolated to a single new employee. They made a point to remember my review and my order/me to tell me about. Thank you for keeping tracking of your reviews and fixing problems!!! Original: Too busy to keep track of orders. 3 couples behind me got their orders before they remembered they left a white zombie and a fire lizard sitting on the counter. White zombie was already completely melted.

Lady at the window acted as if she didn t want anything to do with me. When I asked for a Carmel macchiato she told me we don t make those I asked do you know how to make one similar and she huffed then asked her coworker. This is the best location out of all the locations in BCS. The drink all taste good, and most importantly consistently good. You know you will get the same drink each time you order it and it will taste the same. Some of the other locations will sometimes be watered down or over-processed but not this location, quality control and consistency is paramount here. Also the staff is super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I will drive out of my way to go to this location despite being closer to 2 other locations in town.

I love treating myself to the Dutch Bros experience! The coffee is wonderful, and the people are super! They seem driven to give excellent customer service. Dietary restrictions: Sugar-free and non-dairy options are available. Parking: Since the drive-through process is so efficient and pleasant, few people get out of their car. Parking there is no problem.

I went through their drive through today it it was an awesome experience. Both the person who took my order and the person at the window were wonderful people. People who work here are always cheerful, upbeat, beaming, and entertaining. I truly believe that it s an enjoyable place to work at. I would venture to say that I ve never had a mistake on my order, and if I don t understand , it is explained concisely without a bunch of frills. Their coffee is just a better quality than other coffee houses. I still prefer to support a local venues, but Dutch Brothers is a great alternative to other large corporate versions

This store is typically quick to get the drinks made. Today however, employees were in and out while not serving the customers. Drive thru was at a complete stand still. Cars began existing quickly as they could get to a place to do so. The entire time of 20 minutes waiting, there was only one person go to the walk up window. There were at least 4 employees.

Was our first trip to a Dutch Bros and she was very patient with all our questions as well as just a joy to talk with. The golden eagle is soooo addictive!! We ve been going pretty much since they opened and only 1 time was our order wrong and it was a funny mistake. We ordered 1 extra shot which would make 5 shots espresso total and they clicked single shot of espresso for the whole drink we had zero issues getting it remade even though it was on a day my bf went alone to pick up and it took us 30mins to get it back there. Just amazing service and vibes. You can honestly never leave there upset, we pleasantly enjoy our morning routine. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!
