My brother used to work here but this is the place where they got him addicted to coke. My brother did not do drugs until he started working here. He told me that almost half of the people in the kitchen do drugs and a few sell it. If you have a loved one don t allowed them to work here. The person you love will changed because the coke addicts in this restaurant will try to influence them. The management knows about the issues and will not do anything about it. Be careful if you decide to work here.

We waited about 45 minutes to be seated. The food is a hit or miss, I don t think it s very consistent. It s expensive and extremely loud inside the dining area. Sent back my steak three times it was really bad we also had a cheese burger but the flavor just wasn t there. Now everyone is very friendly but I think they should set some type of cap way too many people in the restaurant. It s just not enjoyable so loud!! and the parking is out of control it s horrible.

Great place for a beer and a steak. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Have never had an issue. The wife on the other hand her steak is never made the way she orders it but the managers, no matter what location we frequent, always take care of her and make it right. Favorite place to grab dinner on a Friday evening, and pretty sure every one agrees with me as it s always packed. Worth the wait!

Got a ribeye w ribs and fries; asked for well done. Well it came out rare and the ribs were not only ice cold but Im sure they were almost raw and the fries burnt. Told my waitress and she nicely took it back to the kitchen. The cooks must have gone at it with a flamethrower cuz the meat cut was charred like they took the cow to the back and shot it as part of a sacrifice to the devil because Im certain the meat resurrected from hell itself and landed on my plate based on how burn it was. It was as if the cooks said is that well done enough for you? To my face. At least they did change my fries and ribs but after an additional 15 minute wait to my already 30 or 40 minutes wait there was no way to enjoy the meal anymore. My wifes cut and ribs were just about the same but after she saw how mine was basically charcoal, she didnt bother to send it back. It went all to the trash, and no one offered to make it up to us. Second time this has happened at this location and Im just tired of giving away $80 to $100 away for nothing. The reason we get the ribeye is because they always burn the sirloins. We only go to Texas Roadhouse if we are somewhere other than Brownsville. Other locations are still good but this fell off.

This review is on specific for the guy incharge of the seccion by the restrooms the one in blue! I dont know his possition. i ask the young guy serving us to be move to another table since the one we got was by the bar. the guy wearing blue just said we can move you but you have to wait in the front . i ask how long and he just said he didnt know. 5 min passed and the table next to us was empty and they didnt offer us the table . the time i was eating there my chair was hit by so many people passing by that was one of the reasons i wanted to be moved and the stuff with the food trays they passed so close by when you sitting there.

We went early to get in quickly. This is a popular place, which fills up fast! All the staff, whether or not they were our assigned waiter/waitress, was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the manager made it known, she was at our disposal if we needed anything. Food came quickly and was cooked just the way we ordered. We typically try to stay away from chain restaurants, but you cant beat Texas Roadhouse for good steak at a great price.

We could not enjoy the meal because it was so uncomfortable. I think I will only eat inside during winter season if they don t address the AC problem.

Ordered my food and I didnt get what I ordered. I waited and waited and when it finally came I told the waiter that I never got my salad. He responded by saying,* do you still want it?. I told him I ordered it didnt I, I would eventually like to get it. Its crazy he doesnt do his job and then wants to get an attitude. No one wants to work or do their job but demand higher pay.
