Today I had a bad experience, I ordered a combo 13 with poblano soup, nowhere on their menu does it specify that the soup cannot be included in combos #10 onwards and that it only includes the drink, therefore the soup is charged apart. When I mentioned that to the cashier, her attitude was not the best as she continued insisting that it does say that on the menu and that it cannot be included in the combo. The truth is that it was a very uncomfortable experience to have them discuss this with a bad attitude for something like that when you are about to consume the food. At least make changes to the menu because as a customer you are not aware of your internal changes if you do not announce it, or train your staff so that they at least have material to support themselves when they start arguing with the customer, if they go. To change your combos, at least put an advertisement or something in the restaurant please. Thank you.

I was overcharged on menu says one thing and was charged another. So pay attention to the prices. One lady offered to give me difference which actually was gonna be more for her tip and other one gave me excuse old menu and didnt want to give me difference. So hope $2 was worth 2 customers that spend always about $35 to $40 atleast 4 times a month.

Came here just for be sandwichon lunch plate and it was great. Large portion sizes and they give you the option for salad, chips or soup as a side. It came with a drink as well, and I chose Jamaica agua fresca.

I have only tried the yogurt snow and it tasted delicious... the place was too cold for my taste... I will return to try the food one of these days. Update 08/22 I still havent tried the food and the weather is still too cold. The snow is excellent.

Yesterday I went to eat and I ordered a salad with chicken, they gave it to me and I started to eat it and in the middle of the salad some hairs came out...... that was disgusting I had already finished almost half of it... I went to tell them and I just said . Sorry, like something else!!!! I will never go again... I do not recommend them

Its just ok. They do have a good chicken salad croissant and the soup isnt bad. Sometimes there is a small wait at lunchtime, and so go early to avoid the rush. The service could be better, but take into consideration that with social protocol for a pandemic they dont wait on tables now and the few tables available are spaced out.

Más Natural on Central Blvd should give classes to those in the walls on how to make food. In my opinion the food is much tastier on Central Blvd. Congratulations to the chef at Central and whoever is in Walls, they need more experience, friends. To be great at food you cant change the taste. Its good but I prefer to drive a little further to try the flavor they have at the one on Central Blvd.

The food is very good but the waitresses are poorly trained. they have a lot of really good healthy food choices and fresh Mexican dishes but they really need to work on their service. It has the potential to be awesome but the server ladies arent good at their job. I tried to place a take out order over the phone and it took me 34 tried until a rude man finally answered and took my call. They are a very popular place and they need better staff that can handle busy lunch hours
