Amazing lunch buffet Wednesday. Salad bar with salad, fruit, boiled eggs, a nice raspberry vinaigrette. Amazing. The signature buffet line up is too good! From the warm welcome to the goodbyes service here is always great.

Very disappointed. I come on vacation to Brownsville and I highly recommend this place, when I arrive they give us an 8 minute wait that turns into 20 minutes, when they finally give us a table they dont give us service, they leave us waiting without a glass of water or chips, They literally forgot about us

Food was good. However, we did have to wait 30 minutes to get served. The waiter didnt show any sense of urgency, took his time, a bit sluggish tending to customers. The wait staff that usually take care of customers were not there.

This place has good service, and the food is too good for the prices. I ordered a special that had chips as a starter, seafood soup, main course corn, puree, fish bread, prawns and to finish, dessert. All that for $13. I thought it was very good for the price :)

Ricardos pleasantly surprised us during our visit. The staff deserves an A+ for their attentive service; we never had to ask for anything as they were consistently on top of every detail. The food at Ricardos also stood out, We happened to visit on a sunday which apparently is not a thing but now it is.

While their food and service is very reasonable, their tortillas always look raw, and if you ask them to cook them a little more they get hard. Lots of people just don t eat the tortillas and leave then on the table. Thay need to fix this ASAP.

Waitress America was not very helpful. She was not friendly, came by the table to pickup order, had to be called to get refills, had to ask for cutlery, never smiled and seemed like she was not happy to be working. Have eaten here multiple.time yet this was not a good experience.

Clean , courteous staff , extremely fast service.Got there at lunch rush hour there was 1 table available we were seated they brought chips and salsa. The salsa was delicious hot and also hot from stove it was good. then server brought us some complimentary bean soup with bacon , cilantro , onions and tomatoes wich was also delicious before we even finished our Delicious bean soup our Beef Millanesa/ Beef fried steak was brought to the table 10 mins tops and it was hot and very good. If you in a rush and want to eat Delicious food and make it to work or anywhere in time this is the place.I highly recommend this restaurant.

Horrible service, they choose what to serve you, not what you order!! Had a bug on our menudo, asked for a plate with a flour tortilla on side. By the time they brought the tortilla food was cold. Menudo was salty!!! We paid full tab including extra charge for the bug!!!!

We ordered our food and they literally brought us whatever they wanted, they took 30 mins to bring a tortilla that should of been included in the order. Took over 45 mins for a small plate of menudo and when it was brought out there was a giant spider on the plate which I don t understand how they didn t see it. Never again will I be going back ! The tortilla de harina was overcooked. The portion was on the small side compared to other places that offer similar daily specials. The potatoes were not fully cooked on the papas with chorizo side, I asked for a glass of ice water, I got tap water. Lastly, I paid with a cc, I asked if i left there was a fee, she said no but when I signed their copy it said $5.41, & I wrote in zero tip, since I left a cash tip on the table. My receipt say $5.41, but on my card statement it says $6.22? So is there a fee or not its usually 3%, which is what they charge me @ the other restaurant I go to on weekends. I tried calling but they already closed, Ill call back tomorrow

Well, the only reason it has 3 stars is because the food was delicious and the waitresses were very good people, but the person who served me in front of black, I dont know if she was the owner or if she was the manager, she didnt serve me well, she left me waiting for more than 40 min for my order to akavarla he didnt put the order right he left and didnt tell anyone so my order was left there cooling on the table and thanks to the waitresses who served me afterwards they made me feel better before I burst out of anger Update second visit was fast friendly n delicious

The food is good but the service is lacking. They are under staffed and/or the waitresses are too slow. We had to ask for menus to start off with. We placed our order and received our food about 30 minutes later. We also didnt get everything we ordered and we were glad they didnt charge us for it. The place is also too small and while we were there at least 5 different groups of people walked in and left because there was no place to sit.
