There was a wait time, but as soon as it was our turn It was okay. Because the photographer was extremely nice. n fun. He was patient and really tried with my son. the pictures came out so nice for a mommy and son photo. What I didnt like was that they asked us to do the FB review right then and there. So, my review was a little rushed. Over great experience

Went to get our pictures taken today and it was an amazing experience. Great atmosphere, very helpful and understanding . They were so nice and they worked with you on showing you poses and being able to work out payment options when choosing packages of pictures. Will be coming back again and we will recommending them also .

Today was our first time taking professional photos: my wife, two kids of 3,2, and myself. With kids as young as ours, we worried about them not smiling or taking good pictures, but the efforts put into their photos and making them smile are perfect! Such friendly staff. The photographer was great with my little yorkies and was actually able to get them to cooperate. Very very displeased with the owners. The owners son miscommunicated with us on the special we paid for. The person we spoke to at the mall about the special gave us false advertising. Tried to communicate with the owners on what the misunderstanding was & they just laughed in our faces. I didn t want any money back just wanted them to be aware of what was advertised. Very rude to myself in front of all the customers.
