We went with a group of friends and family.. Soo my husband and i ordered separate plates, i ordered entomatadas they were disgusting made with spaghetti sauce then my husband ordered American enchiladas they made them with alfredo sauce then the refried beans tasted like water and had no flavor. My friends ordered an app which were stuffed jalapeños they came out burnt like extremely burnt then they ordered a platter of 4 , yall this meat was recooked from like 3 days ago that was also disgusting the tortillas were undoing and yes they charge you .50 cents for a box to go plus tax!! never going back there again ! Save yalls money !!

Food is good. Service is hit or miss. Usually mediocre at best, sometimes bad. Atmosphere is non existing. It feels like you are eating in a warehouse with music on TV. They have very angry signs making you aware that they charge extra for everything that is normally complimentary in all other restaurants. Chips are brought in a bag, about enough for one person. Ive been there with one other person and we got one bag of chips. The last time it was 5 of us and yes, we got one bag of chips. Red and green salsa are both very good. They decided that if you are paying with a credit card, they will pass that charge on to you. Again very rare for a business to do that. I dont want to give them any ideas but im surprised they havent figure out a way to pass part of their lease to customers as well. Their signs indicating all these thing are written very rudely.

Disappointing indeed, every time we go there is never a time when they take good care of us, they always take too long to take the order & deliver it. The food is very good but this last time my husband, son & I went, they had us waiting 10 minutes to take our order or even receive us. We were waiting for our food for 40 minutes & the people who arrived about 20 minutes after us were served their food before, because they were acquaintances of the guy who serves there who couldnt even apologize. The waiters & manager (if there is one) are terrible. In the end we only paid for the 2 waters & the 3 tacos which was the only thing they gave us. We left very angry and hungry since it seemed that the waiter didnt even deliver the order to the kitchen (note that this is not the first time something like this has happened to us with that boy) the truth is we really liked going there, but then only for the food because we always expected the terrible & desperate lack of customer service. We will not return & we do not recommend the place.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Stay away. Response: OK, we went in one night with family of mine who were out of town. We sat down and ordered and were eager to eat. 20 minutes passed by and the waiter brought out two, cold cups of beans and one basket of tostadas. We were a group of 8 people. Then the waiter said itd be a wait of 15 more minutes. 20 minutes more passed by and still nothing. We were upset and hungry. We were going to pay for the drinks we had ordered and cancel everything else. The old looking man didnt apologize or ask why. He said ok and charged us the drinks and we left. It was my first time there and my last. Ive told countless people to stay away and theyve told others. Terrible, terrible experience.

I waited 1hr for them to make two enchilada plates and when I went to pick up my order it wasn t even ready but the restaurant was completely empty.
