You can never go wrong with Olive Garden. The food is always great, service on point and the great atmosphere. The tour of Italy and fried Calamari are my favorites. Vegetarian options: Kid friendly Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, they offer high chairs and kid menu.

Apparently they kept burning the bread , couldn t get anyone to bring us a spoon, I also asked for extra Alfredo sauce on my dish which it didn t have asked for bread again and still bread was being burnt couldn t get it right ..child s plate fries over cooked and some chicken tenders over cooked paid over 100 for our meal and was not worth it so many employees yet no one knows what to do

The silverware was not clean. The pasta e fagiola soup tasted rancid. The carpet smelled musty, as if the roof had leaked and the carpet was not replaced. Manager needs to be replaced. Olive Garden in Brownsville, Texas is not a fine dining place.

Went to olive garden just to have lasagna for the Garfield Movie premiere ! We re extra like that and we loved it. Delicious food .. service could ve been better .. wait time was a little longer than i m used to and from what we noticed it wasn t just us. The table next to us had to call the manager to ask about some issues. The self pay kiosk system was down and we were at it for a while till someone finally came to help.

I took my mother to the restaurant in brownsville we were sat down in a table that looked like it was not clean for a while. We sat there for over 10 minutes without anyone taking our drink order or even introducing them self as the waiter. So we got up and left without ordering anything.

First off the pasta was not great. The only thing good was the chicken and gnocchi soup.The food needed more Alfredo sauce so we asked for some and they never came back so I had to get up and go ask at the kitchen. Then our server almost never came to check up on us. I payed cash but the server never came back so again I had to get up and ask a manager what was going on and they responded with that they didn t have change and that he was coming already, few minutes later and she brings me the change instead of our server and it was the wrong amount I was missing money then again I got up to confront her and was told to give them a minute to get it but I was already too upset and just decided to leave. I definitely would not recommend coming to this restaurant, been here before but this time it was just to upsetting did not enjoy my time here at all.

Customer service was 10/10 on all my visits I never have trouble with my server not doing something right. The amount of food you get served is literally more than enough especially with all the good appetizers you can start with. My favorite for starters is the mozzarella sticks can never go wrong they are super cheesy . My favorite plate is tour of Italy since it comes with pasta Alfredo, lasagna and a piece of what seems to be breast ?? With pasta sauce. (P.S it s better to go during the week like around lunch time since there s more sitting & better attention from employees as well u get to enjoy your food in peace)

This place really went downhill. Dirty tables, trash on the floor. Flies and fruit flies are just buzzing everywhere. Ive never seen an Olive Garden this bad. Im really disappointed, trying to eat and fight off the bugs. The food was great and the waiter did a good job. This falls all on management for not staying on top of these things.

April 2024 - This place seems to be a go-to for us here in Brownsville. Its the standard Olive Garden food, nothing earth-shattering. You get what you expect, good Italian good. The service was good . I will give our guys accolades, though...our first set if bread sticks were hard. We asked for replacement, and we got fresh soft just out of the oven breadsticks. The atmosphere was as expected... this particular one is getting a bit run down and dirty. Tables and chairs are looking rough with wear spots. Our side of the restaurant was warm compared to the waiting area . Parking: Parking can be tight.

For a perfect meal on the lighter side of cuisine. The soup, salad, and bread sticks were perfect. The choice of chicken and gnocchi was the perfect creamy consistency. The salad is a cool crisp serving with the perfect drizzle of Italian dressing. Bread sticks warm out the oven and buttered. Service was quick and very attentive.

Have always liked eating at The Olive Garden since my wife and I got married. it used to be our Anniversary meal because we couldnt really afford much back then now, its different. Now the only thing I noticed is that just about every meal regardless of what it is and or contains, they all are closer to if not just as high as the highest cost. something that my college degree cannot truly justify but it is. hmmm. The pandemic is over yet the costs never went back down.

This is one of the worst place to eat. The side of restaurant I was sat at was so extreme hot that my acquaintance even at moments felt faint. I am so embrassed and disappointed for this establishment. Our server was even rude at moments. This place is definitely taking not one, but two pages in my burn book.
