It s always a delicious experience going to Andy s. I tried their new flavors, the orange freeze and key lime concrete, and they were both yummy and perfect for the hot Texas summers. I really enjoyed the key lime pie chunks and the orange freeze tasted like a creamsicle shake. My all time favorite though is their strawberry shortcake, but wasn t in season. Definitely make a stop at Andy s for some yummy custard!!

Usually pretty good service but, this time not so much order a large root beer float :was in a large cup but only about a small amount of product once the foam went down. Also order chocolate concrete with hot fudge peanut butter and browine got vanilla concrete with hot fundge sauce,she did offer to redue the Chocolate but kept..more upset with paying$9 for a $3 float.

The custard here is good and the staff has always been friendly. Be sure NOT to order any L its basically the same thing as an M. Its the EXACT same amount of ice cream. Once I put my spoon in, it was mostly an empty cup. I was disappointed and have never ordered an L since.

Amazing customer service and custard! I m sorry I didn t get the young lady s name that helped me but she would know this is about her because I did a custom order: peach concrete with cheesecake, pecans and Carmel . I called it the peach cobbler. It was sooooo good!

Update - Decided to give them another try since I wanted a shake and had only had the custard that I previously found to be fine but nothing special. I got the double double malt. Its advertised as double thick with malt powder and chocolate syrup, but ours was super thin and milky. No malt flavor, and not much chocolate either. Once again, for the price I paid its really not worth it. To top it off service was a bit rude this time since it was later in the evening and only teens were working. Wont be back. Original review - Its expensive for what you get, and its just frozen custard. Its not all that special. The toppings make it better, but overall its just another frozen dessert place in the area. I am disappointed that the building is unattractive. Tacky.

I ve been coming to the location since they opened and the ice cream is always melted. They first told me the equipment was going to be repaired it is getting worse. I have to go to other nearby Andy s. I will not be coming back until it s fixed I know a lot of other people who feel the same way Went again in 5/25/2024 and my ice cream melted within two minutes see picture

Everything is always great at Andys. We usually get the butter pecan concrete, and the service and frozen custard are wonderful. Parking: It seems that they have limited parking but its a drive-thru as well as a walk-up place and they go thru the drive-thru line taking the orders so it moves quickly.

The OKC location was so amazing, this place is very fast, but quality is sacrificed. We had giant globs of goo that werent even a little mixed up and the ice cream was melted already... Concrete isnt supposed to be soup.

I took this picture not even 5 mins after receiving my order. It is currently cloudy, 67 degrees out. We were told it melted due to the hot toppings however I only see a tiny swirl of caramel syrup in my cup. Nothing against the employees but the custard was not satisfying whatsoever. Melted down custard and soggy strawberries, it was more like a milkshake.

I love their flavors and premium ingredients. I love anything with their melted chocolate chips, espresso, Oreos, or their Bordeaux cherries. I love that they have a good alternative to maraschino cherries. Their service is very fast, considering what they have to do to make our customized desserts. Edit: Dropped to 3 stars because theyve just gotten so lazy. They barely add any of the toppings and they do not mix them in at all.

I typically go to a different Andys location, but decided to go to this store and everyone there including the manager told me they could not serve me tap water they could only serve me bottled water, I was more than happy to pay for it but I just wanted some tap water. Ive gotten the same order for the past 2 years. And I got served a brownie sunday in a large drink cup...? Kinda whack.

I ordered chocolate icecream with reeses peanut butter cups and my fiancé (who is allergic to peanuts) ordered an Oreo concrete and his had peanut butter in it. We think they made mine first and used the same little mixer thing to mix his. Just have to be careful and vigilant especially with PEANUTS, it s a very common food allergy.

A disclaimer to start this review with... if you have ever had frozen custard in the Western New York area, you know how hard it is to love anything else. That being said, Andys Frozen Custard is a lot closer for me now, and has some great options. This location is staffed by a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and I had what I was craving in minutes. I will definitely be back, especially during those 100 degree Dallas days.
