Came in 9 16 24 wanted a footlong Hotdog, it was good but I guess the bun is way smaller than the actual frank lol anyways Id like a but more chili cheese in the Hotdog but I guess for now it was ok. Seem these fast food places adding less and less of how it should be or maybe was just a bad day. Ill re order it again hopefully soon. Was amazed they had crinkly fries those were very well made not to soft and not to hard yet well cooked and hot to order. So I came in for a quick bite, and to my surprise, I wanted a burger without cheese, and there is none on the menu. Yet if you dont want cheese, they will omit it yet still charge you for it. Makes no sense, so why take it out if they still charge you for it. Funny, their competitors have burgers without cheese. Why dont they? No buyer, just know that if you order the number one without the cheese, you are still being charged. This is redunkoulous and the burger is cold too. So idk why they do that. Why dont they deliver it hot. It would be nice after all you pay a pretty good penny for your meal and expect it hot not cold. If that was the case. Throw it in your fridge if you prefer to eat a cold burger. Makes me so upset to pay for cold food. Whats up with that yall?. Funny cold food and charge for cheese when you dont want it. Hmmm... think abt that yall.

I recently visited Sonic and had an extremely disappointing experience. After placing an order for just two milkshakes, I ended up waiting for a staggering 30 minutes! Its ridiculous to have such a long wait time for something so simple. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no communication or apology for the delay. When the milkshakes finally arrived, they were melting and not up to the usual quality. I expected much better service and efficiency. This experience has certainly put me off from visiting Sonic again anytime soon.

I have to say this has always been a great burger place! Great customer service ...not to mention the yummiest clean food ever! Employee that took my order was polite cordial and took my order correct...the car hop Jorge was so attentive! My food was amazing and catered to my food choices very well! Highly recommend this Sonic! P.S. I will certainly post a pic of my delicious plate next time...I was hungry when I smelled my food I forgot to photograph it...lol!

Ordered when there was one other car at the store and it took thirty minutes to receive my order. The card machine does not work, and instead of coming out and bringing the food earlier and asking if everything was alright, they withheld the food until i pressed the button again to remind them of my order. Not coming to this one again.

The burgers were tiny and it was rubbery not much flavor. They charged $18.00 for 2 tiny burgers , the service was slow, the people parked next to me got got his food faster & was taken his order first then me when I had been pressing & pressing for service before he got and he just gets there and is taken care first , the one on my left side also got taken care first before me, I had been there 10 minutes earlier than both of them I had to wait 25 minutes before I finally got someone to take my order & theyre wasnt that many cars park & to top it off I was served a nasty burger I wont be going there thats for sure.

Been waiting for over 30 minutes and still havent gotten our food. Called them and they said another 20 minutes because they didnt have it ready. It used to be that the food couldnt take more than 10 minutes to deliver and Im here waiting for 30 minutes now. Im guessing they are not either prepared or can not deal with a small rush.

Another restaurant that does not put money back into the business. Had to pull into multiple drive-in stations to find one that we could order from; and then could not pay our bill on it. Food is good but the process is not worth it. You have to have a lot of money in the bank to own a franchise so I dont really understand why they are in need of constant maintenance.

The person who handed our food named crystal gave us our food and the total was around $6:39 and she walked off with the change and didn t even ask us if we wanted it back which obviously we would, so we had to press the button so she can come back with her change and when she came she handed it to us with attitude and ran off all mad. If the manager sees this, please talk with crystal and teach her how to not run off with change and learn to have respect

0 stars for Stars I pull up to there location at 11:00 am they only have one other customer. I push the button to place my order and was immediately told one moment. 5 minutes later and no response so I pulled around to the other side and the only other customer was receiving their order already. I pushed the button at the other stall to place my order and waited with no response for another 2 minutes. I could totally understand if they were busy. So off to Whataburger I go !

Probably one of the best sonics I have ever been to, the customer service was top par even with an outdated menu system that was on the fritz. I will definitely be going back when I return for a visit and am glad I found this gem of a sonic. I will highly recommend this specific location.

Burgers were cold and all the vegetables were wilted, nothing looked fresh on the burger. Meat tasted dry and old, like it was sitting for a while nothing was hot, taters were cold too. I took 2 bites and couldnt eat it I was disgusted, so I left without eating anything.

I am so disappointed with my meal. I ordered a footlong chili cheese dog and the way it was packaged was horrible they did not have the original packaging for it, they used the bags they use for the onion rings and when i pulled the hotdog out of it the cheese was stuck to the wrapper. I had to scrape the cheese off the wrapper. They didnt use Shredded cheese they used Sliced cheese which gave it a very different flavor. The wiener was old and the chili was old as well it was so nasty. I got a diet coke to drink and it was flat and the onion rings were soggy.

The only problem I had was that we were playing in the volleyball section with our own ball and we got kicked out because someone rented the space I didnt know, I didnt see any signs posted that there was no play allowed unless you rent it. They werent mean about it but our fun time was cut short. food was good we got the jumbo popcorn chicken with tator tots. Hopefully they will post something that says rented space.

Sonic is a hit or miss. Sometimes, they forget something in your order, but its not too much to worry about because they always fix it. Its understandable since they always seem to be understaffed. Their food and drinks never disappoint and are usually consistent across the board. Update: There have been more hits than misses in my visits since my initial review. The staff are usually consistently friendly unless they have their hands full with other orders. Again, it is understandable. 8/10 will be returning.

Went to sonic because I had a 10 dollar gift card. So I ordered a simple meal combo. Up sizing drink and fries with tax came up to $11.45. My food comes out and I tell the car hop heres a $10 gift card and heres $10 for the difference. She replies We cant do that. Its either all cash or all gift card. So I tell her You can keep it...i dont want it. Just to let you know sonic.. WHATABURGER doesnt do s*it like this. They dont have that stupid rule or have incompetent people working their registers that dont know how to pay the difference on a meal. Never again...sonic, heres your 5 stars

I had a bad visit to sonic today. I ordered a route 44 lime slush with nerds. Everything was okay at 1st but as I drank the slush I had to keep pushing the straw lower into the cup and eventually I realized that my straw was too short to reach the liquid and nerds at the lowest part of the cup. I had to tear off the top 2 inches of the styrofoam inorder to reach the bottom. Thats when I noticed that THERE WAS NO NERDS!!! this is the 2nd time Ive been cheated out of nerds in my slush at this place!!! I really was looking forward to having nerds especially because today is my cheat day when I can drink a delicious 600 calorie drink and not feel guilty.
