Worst attorney I have ever met. I have been a Legal Assistant for more than 10 years, met many attorneys but none as unprofessional as her. I went just for an initial consultation and she offered me to take my case Pro Bono. I appreciated the offer, took it, and thanked her. I trusted her thinking she was going to help me only to find out she was always rude, uninterested and unprofessional. She never took notes of my information and never kept record of what I told her. She barely remembered me when we talked and I had to constantly repeat myself to remind her about whatever I had already told her in previous conversations. She mishandled my case, made so many mistakes that I even missed court hearings because of her not notifying me on time and having her assistant do the job for her and made many mistakes without her double checking anything before filing documents into the court. She never called me for any updates and I had to constantly beg her to reply to my emails and when she did, she was always rude to me and threatened to withdraw from my case if I didnt do what she told me. I had a final court hearing, and her assistant sent the notice to a wrong email address, then mailed the copy to an address I had not lived in since one year before, even when I had reminded her several times of my new address but they never even bothered to call me to confirm I had received the notice. Since I never knew of this final hearing, I didnt show up and she took the chance to make me look bad and speak negatively about me with the judge and she withdrew from my case arguing I not was interested in finalizing it. She didnt even apologize for so many mistakes made on my case and she just sent me an email telling me she was not my attorney anymore because I didnt show up to court and told me I never replied to her emails. I hope I dont need to see her ever again. I have more experience than her and her staff and I am a lot more professional than her. I have to give her one star, because I cant give her less.

I highly recommend Ms. Sosa. I had a legal issue that obviously required an attorney s help and she went up and beyond. She is not one of those attorneys that does not respond. I give this a attorney a five star rating because she is always on top of her game. Since the day we hired her I noticed how attentive she is to her clients. She returns calls, emails, meets with you, answers phone calls. I honestly loved having Juliana as my attorney. In the court room she is a fighter and will stand up for you. Considering Ive had experience with some attorneys and THEY DO NOT work the same! There are attorneys out there that want to charge so much and they still want you to do all the work and provide them with certain information that we are paying them to get themselves, and on top of that they are bad at making meetings with clients, emails or even call backs. Some attorneys dont even listen to there clients and its seems as if your throwing your money down the drain and no one wants that. My experience with Juliana as my attorney was the best and I would highly recommend her because she does her job and you honestly dont have to worry. What she charges is worth it for the hard work she puts in. I would have to say that Juliana is an attorney that loves what she does because its very noticeable. She fought hard so that I can get my children back and we won the case and now my children are home with me!
