I call on a wednesday morning to make an appointment at 11:00 am Thursday morning the following day, i am currently living in mexico. Next day the lawyer calls me at 9:50 am telling me what was my situacion, and he told what i had to do, and gave some answer to my question thru the phone, and i told him, we could talk in person so you could understand whats going on, and he said no matter what your doing you have to do this in a rude manner and getting his voice louder and i told him again, we can talk in person so you could understand what is going on, we have an appointment at 11:00 am today. He said Today i am very busy i Cant see you at that time, maybe later in the afternoon i was really mad he said that, i drove 200 miles just to see him. I was not satisficed with Mr. Garzas services. I never felt like he was on my side and a temporary order to prove that. I work, pay my bills and just trying to get equal time with my kids, but sounds nearly impossible. Im sure this is a one-off case and felt this was necessary for dads doing research on the internet. Unfortunately, this case been drug out due to COVID and still pending. Mr. Garza is no longer my attorney and full disclosure, he did refund a portion of my retainer fee.

There is no way to explain how absolutely thrilled I am with the outcome of my child custody case. Mr. Garza should be wearing a cape. He truly is a superhero for my son and I. I walked into Mr. Garzas office on a Friday morning. I explained my situation to him. I let him know I had court that following Wednesday. Given the short notice, Mr. Garza caught up to speed with my case. Never have gone through a child support battle, Mr. Garza and his amazing assistant Christian were patient and provided guidance on how to handle the situation. Having my case been longer than what I expected it to be, I became emotionally drained, but they both helped out through the process. They were both extremely organized, detailed, and appeared to always be on top of their game. Without Mr. Garzas guidance, I dont know if it would have went as well as it did. He killed it in court! I acquired the services of Mr. Reynaldo Garza III in reference to a custody dispute. Mr. Garza was incredibly reassuring during what was a very difficult time. He was very knowledgeable in the way this processed worked and immediately got to work on my case. He was able to get in contact with my ex-husbands attorney, who was incredibly difficult to get ahold of, and began to work out a settlement. Once the court date arrived, Mr. Garza had already reached an agreement with my ex husbands attorney that we were both satisfied with. Mr. Garza stood by me in court and I felt more than adequately represented. Afterwards he stayed with and further explained some other minor details that needed going over.
