I always come to this location it used to be nice and quick to get your order. Now theres a line no customers inside and takes 5 minutes to ask for your order at the drive thru speaker wth. I drive up to the window and i see 3 team members chatting away eye view away from the service window. The poor cashier looks overwhelmed by the orders. Need to do better or next time ill be going inside to see if they want to deal with an irate customer!!!

07/24/2024 update. Alex the cashier, Kimberly who made the cold coffee and lastly Monica the manger.. All three are and always been very helpful fast and friendly! Especially Kimberly I remember her from all the times in the drive through.. Shes always been super nice fast and most of all happy at what she does! What a awesome team. Keep up the good work. Incompetent would best describe the staff at this location. I stopped to grab a regular coffee. I asked the girl a simple question, Is it dark or medium roast? She said,I dont know, Im not sure. What do you mean? She called her back up and asked him, he said Im not sure, its whatever we have. These people cant answer a simple question regarding coffee. I will definitely not waste my time or money at this place again. If you want coffee, go to Starbucks or make it at home.

Tried this place for the first time and the experience was meh. Ordered a few coffies, some donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was great but they gave us the wrong food item. Instead of the Bacon Avocado breakfast sandwich we received the Bacon Acocado Toast. When I tried to get this replaced, I was ignored by the staff and a new customer was serviced before me. I took the hint and left dissapointed. The donuts were way too thick and were not as soft as I anticipated. The toast was okay but not what I wanted to try. Will not be going back for their breakfast. Coffee maybe, but definitely not for any food.

Decided to go into the store since there was a long drive thru. The store was very dirty. There was spilled coffee and napkins in the entrance. Crumbs in the beverage and sitting area. We waited for 20min for a medium iced coffee. Five people walked out after no one attended them. The employees didn t even bother to greet anyone. There were at least seven employees and all looked like they were avoiding the front of the store.

Ive been to Dunkins a few times. And Ill say that my orders have been on point . Today, I ordered the Multi Grain bagel with a Cold Brew. The lady helping me was friendly explaining nicely the flavors they have to offer, such as syrups and cold foam for my coffee. My bagel was not burnt, and my coffee was tasty. Ive had several issues with Dunkin in the past year, from missing egg in my orders, getting bacon instead of sausage or not getting my pastries and for some reason I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves, but the past two visits, Ive been getting burnt food. Ordered a chocolate croissant last week and it was burnt. Ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and a chocolate croissant today and both were burnt. Someone needs to train them on how to toast croissants. Burnt croissants are not appetizing and they are hard.

I ve been here multiple times early-ish (between 8AM-9AM) and they are always out of so many products. They need to either make or order (whichever they do) more donuts and bagels.

Went today, the shelves were empty, the store was empty and it took two employees five minutes to acknowledge us. We were told that they only had three types of donuts available. Womens restroom was locked and the mens restroom was filthy with no toilet paper or hand towels. Either theyre shutting this store down or this store really has gone down the drain.

Variety is very limited. Donuts that were sold to us was a least 2 days old, tasted like cardboard. Dont waste your money on this place.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Every time I go there is nothing available. The store closing time on the website posts it closes at 10pm but when you arrive around 830pm or 9pm employees state its already closed. Employees also state the product is not available due to either their oven is already off or they are already cleaning it, mind you this is still around 8pm. Keep noticing teenagers just wondering off in the store & on their phones, but yet they dont even having donuts available. Its ridiculous!
