Most of the employees are fantastic! The way the pharmacy is run now not so good!! Closing for a lunch break is a joke! Closing the pharmacy as early as the do now is an inconvenience! I stood for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me and only on windows open! Then a lady went back there and wanted to know what was going on? Then they opened another window but the line just didnt move. Finally the person at one window finally understood that they couldnt help with the medicade issue because they had no card no bin number, no account number or anything. So after 30 minutes I got my 3 prescriptions payed and was out of there. There were lots of people working back there but not but 1 window open for 20 minutes then only opened 1 more window. Really remember when you got waited on fast and there was always a pharmacist on duty and for people who just are there for a paycheck is so sad. Please go back to when you cared about the customer!! Walgreens is still better than Wal-Mart and CVS!

They need to change the way how they manage the pharmacy. All of them go to lunch at the same time leaving it unattended... like if everybody has the time to wait for them until they decide to come back. BAD MANAGEMENT!

Store seems to have lost my online poster order - got the email saying it is at the store, but calling & visiting the store, they couldnt give it to me. Store folks seemed nice but Ive already wasted half an hour chasing after a $15 print and at this point it isnt even worth trying for a refund. Next stop, Amazon photo.
