The monthly package is a no-brainer. I swear if it wasn t for that monthly membership, I wouldn t wash my car as often. I really like the supplied air pistol. It allows me to get all the water droplets out of crevices and whatnots. I also like the provided rags and the free vacuums. The location on Hwy 48 is new, so, of course, everything is working and clean, but the staff is what makes the place great. They are always courteous and helpful. These carwashes have come a long ways.

Its been 2 month and no response from BLUE WAVE! Your machine Damaged my bumper. My bumper had no damage on It prior to using your car wash. I have used many car washes like yours. Over the years, my bumper was not sagging, It is not an aftermarket bumper there was no damage to it,It was perfectly fine. You have video of my vehicle going in your car. Wash with no damage on the bumper. You clearly have video of the vehicle in the car washed. When it was damaged by the machine! When am I going to get a response? This is extremely unprofessional and based off of the other comments and reviews. I feel like youre gonna try and figure it way out to not make this right! I have called Blue waves phone Every other day for almost three and a half weeks I have also left messages and I never get an answer or a response! You clearly dont give a care in the world!!! I regret attempting to deal with Blue Wave again! First experience should have been the last, but I thought, new location Ill give it a try! Nope, same garbage as the other location. First of all, for the package I chose, I was expecting my truck to come out alot cleaner and with no scratches! Secondly, I decided to cancel the service since I dont think it is worth it for the price. I spoke with John and told him i was canceling... he said he took care of it... I was billed AGAIN and now I am trying to speak with someone in customer service, 33 minutes later... NOTHING!! Just a your call is very important. Also, I figured since I had paid for the month, I might as well get a few washes in. I drove up and gave attendant my receipt (still had paper license) was told that my info was not in the system. After 40 minutes of waiting spoke to Neisha and apparently it was never canceled AND now I cannot get my money back!! I have to deal with the ones that didnt bother to cancel to begin with. Since I had requested from them (locally) to cancel my account corporate cannot do anything. If at any point you plan to cancel, make sure you get it in writing thats it was done. I suggested that a receipt be given of cancelation, she said that an email should have been sent to me... yeah, when I enrolled, I was not asked for an email! Also, the license plate info they put into system isnt even the correct one!!

Clean place and fast service in and out. The location is very convenient and close to home. The people who work there are nice and usually offer a towel when I get there. I like that the spaces for you to park your vehicle and clean there a good size for my SUV. And there s two locations off the streets for entering your car wash from two different streets. Each space has a blower to use pressured air to clean out your vans etc. inside your vehicle, vacuum, and even water to refill your washer fluid reservoir.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Beware! Extremely disappointed. The carwash damaged the roof of my vehicle by ripping out the factory roof racks. My vehicle is a brand new vehicle. Their claims department stated that after googling my vehicle they have come to the conclusion that they roof racks are not factory. I have a the vehicle sticker (federally mandated) that states my vehicle came with factory installed roof racks. Do NOT risk your vehicle being damaged by someone else s negligence! To add on to the issue I canceled all of my memberships back on the 13th of October! I am still being billed, I have documentation and everything showing I canceled my memberships

It was a great experience we took advantage of a special promotion they have going on 1st month $1 and the following months only $24.99 which includes the wash, shiny tires and a ceramic coating, followed by the free vacuum service and washer fluid refill! The owner was there and we had a quick chat very friendly by the way. The customer service was amazing everyone was super friendly and willing to assist!
