I wouldnt be leaving this at all if theyd just denied my order once they saw i ordered something on the ubereats app that they stopped making. Instead they felt it was fine to give me a partial order and take my money as apposed to denying and refunding my order. I wouldve been just fine ordering somewhere else that actually has all the components of the food I want to eat and pay for. But nah. Yall are just too greedy to do the common sense thing.

After a long day, last meal was at lunch time. 5:00 came around 5:30 6:00. I decided to pull into schlotzskys here in Belton advertising $5 pizzas. The lady smiled at me as she handed my pizza box and said thank you. When I came home and opened the box a pizza had been burned and they had scraped the burnt piece off in the box making it taste like sand. It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten and they should have realized when it was burnt. How could they give that to a customer after I had waited all day long to eat my dinner just to receive a burnt pizza? Shame on schlotzskys shaking my head. Yall owe me a $5 Pizza,!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an exceptionally accommodating and courteous employee in the drive-thru. Despite the complexity of my order, he approached the situation with a lot of patience and remained professional. He took the time to thoroughly address the specific request I had, and because it was unusual in nature he had consult with others to ensure everything was handled correctly. Throughout the process, he made me feel valued and never conveyed any frustration, which is a rarity these days. Special thanks to Antonio for going above and beyond!

Visited twice un the last week. Once at lunch. Medium sandwich was well under weight. All bread, no meat. Gave it another shot tonight. Hit the drive thru for dinner. I guess the team was short staffed. I only saw two people. Got home a half our later with two great sandwiches. Not the ones we ordered, but still good.

I had an online order that totaled over $104 to be delivered. We couldnt go in person because were watching grandkids. When the order got here, it was missing a salad. When I called, they said my options were come pick it up or the person who wanted the salad eats nothing. But hey, well get a refund on the salad. This despite a $3.99 dispatch fee, a $7.99 dispatch fee (why two?!), a $2.40 service fee, and an $11.98 tip. And they would only refund the salad, not all the fees I paid to get the wrong order. Im done with this Schlotzkys. The food we did get was good, though.

Went through the drive through. This was right after the tornado 05/24/2024 so they were very busy because a lot of places did not have power. The service was great, timing was great considering how busy they were and food was delicious. Just want to say thank you to everyone working that day under extenuating circumstances.

I ordered the center of the Cinnabon roll and extra icing. It was very good, and I could feel the calories soak into my body lol! The only thing that was unpleasant was the drive-thru pavement; it was very uneven. I could see the prep area from the drive-thru window, and it looked messy and unkempt with trash on the floor. Friendly staff.

So not knowing that they closed at 9 and being someone who has worked fast and understands . We pulled up to the drive through at 9:05 to see if they were open or closed without checking google . The lady said welcome to schlotzskys what can u get for you. So we start ordering and no response after a second we are like hello!!??! No response .. we wait MINUTES and finally are like ok let s just go to the window maybe they are having technical difficulties . They are shut all the way down!! lol ok no problem but just tell us that from the beginning or even if the girl made a mistake by BEGINNING to take our order please let us know like hey my bad we actually are closed we didn t even mean to greet you and it would have been no issues instead we got complete radio silence and when we pulled up to the window there were workers who clearly saw us and ignored us. SMH.

My wife and I came here on 2/29 and it was a busier day for them. We ordered and waited about 20 minuets and I said I would go up and check on our order. Turns out our order was lost somewhere. It happens. They were busy and we understood but, I just asked if they could remake the order kind of quickly since we both had to get back to work. One of the employees, Candice, was SUPER apologetic and began remaking our order immediately. She had my wife s sandwich out in about 5 minuets and my calzone shortly there after. Later into our meal Candice came back with two Cinnabon s and told us to have a blessed day. I can t speak highly enough about her. My wife and I were not seeking anything free or expect any type of compensation because, as I mentioned previously, it happens. She was very friendly and took care of us quickly. Candice is an awesome employee!

Dietary restrictions: The team at this store is amazing! Candace, Jerry and Anthony were so helpful. I have a student who has a gluten allergy. I had a unique request to have all the components of the sandwich packed separately so she could build her sandwich fresh when the team eats later in the day. They took the time to hear what I needed and made it happen all while keeping a smile on there face. Amazing team here.

Oh Schlotzskys, Schlotzskys. How far thou hast fallen. Where are the old Schlotzskys Originals? Those were delicious. Now it seems like everything is mostly bread. My wife and I try it again about every 6 months, hoping that the experience will be what it was a couple of years ago. Sadly, we are always disappointed.

*I have visited here twice now over the past 2 years, and service has greatly improved! Only current problem is that depending on who makes the cinnamon rolls, they skimp on the icing lol. 4 years ago - They always take 10+ minutes at drive thru, no matter what you order, and the last time I went they smooshed my entire sandwich and the soup was thick and burnt from sitting in the holding container too long. My kid got a salad, and due to the whole E. Coli freak out, they couldnt put romain. I said okay but youll substitute it with other stuff right? She said they should and obviously they didnt. This isnt an isolated event, either. Just save your money and go to JJ or one of the multiple other fast food locations around them.

We said oh we don t want the forks and gave them back, the dude said he couldn t take them back. So then why give them to me? You should not automatically give people plastic utensils (takes at least 300 years to break down while simultaneously poisoning the earth around it). Our store ordered Schlotzskys for lunch today. I am pleased to say our service was superb and so was the food! Personally, I ordered an Italian calzone and it did not disappoint! Ordered two medium sandwich combos meals with drinks. Drove 37 miles to eat lunch with a shut in friend. Opened bag and there was only one small sandwich that was obviously a special order. Had to drive back to the restaurant...manager did not come to the window but the order was corrected but it was too late as I couldnt deliver the sandwich a second time. This is not the first issue with the Belton restaurant. Wont make that mistake again.

I waited for over 40. mins to get three sandwiches for my family. There were only couple customers In the the restaurant. And employees were just standing doing nothing except one. Truly not an authentic Schlotzsky s experience. We went through the drive-through and ordered two salads and a cinnamon roll. they gave us only one fork and forgot the cinnamon roll. No big deal they corrected the mistake. But then my salad was missing a key ingredient, candied pecans on an orchard salad. And when I asked she said they no longer carried candy pecans. I think this franchise is trying to save money at the brands expense. The food was also in cheap generic containers not the usual Schlotzsky s containers. Next time we will go into Killeen or Temple for Schlotzsky s.

Worst experience ever. Went through drive thru and got home,and the entire order was not only wrong, but the salad was old and missing most of the ingredients and the pizza had what appeared as a bite out of it and two bristle like objects on it. The wait in line was long, although the parking lot only had a few cars, the customer service was terrible. The young lady who waited on me (receipt said Bobby) literally just opened the window, gave me food and closed the window. No thank you or attempt at customer service. Threw the entire meal away. So, my wife and I went in for lunch yesterday (Monday) and I ordered the BBQ Chicken and Jalapeño pizza. Order was quick and food was brought out to our table quickly. I was munching down on my pizza, REALLY enjoying it when someone came out from the back (manager?) and said he was remaking my pizza. We ordered home delivery through a delivery app. The app allowed for specific ordering instructions. We ordered a deluxe original ( extra meat) giant with no lettuce and tomato. We also ordered two center of the roll Cinnabon. Below is a picture of the sandwich. There were no Cinnabon in our order. There is not a lot you gotta do for decent food service, but getting the order right is the main thing. Not a happy customer.

I ordered two meals for pickup tonight 8/5/2021 The original meal with jalapeño cheese bread baked bbq chips and a root beer and a smoked turkey meal with jalapeño cheese bread , regular potato chips and sprite, with added ham (+$2) I scheduled pick up for 7pm. I got there at 7:05 went through the drive through and told them I had a pick up order and they told me ok come to the window I got to the window and the only had my sandwiches ready I told her I had baked bbq chips and regular potato chips a sprite and root beer . She put the chips in the bag and gave me my drinks and I left , I got home and neither of my sandwiches had the jalapeño bread, the ham (that I paid extra for) was not on the turkey sandwich, the chips were wrong and the sodas are flat. I am very disappointed in this meal it was way more expensive that my usual go to (Subway) and they have less choices for toppings and the quality is far worse. If I m going to pay $25 for a meal for my fiancé and I it should be WAY better than this. That s the last time I ll be ordering from Schlotzsky s. #goSubway

Staff were extremely helpful, both dine-in and restrooms were very clean. Only complaint is the wait time during busy times can be up to 20 minutes long, but that was when both dine-in and drive thru were completely full.
