Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love the pool and hot tub area. Breakfast choices were really good and plentiful. Rooms: 2 beds with a couch. Only one end table with 2 charging ports and 2 outlets. Phone and alarm. Fridge/microwave/coffee maker. During this stay there was a carnival and concert going on. Our room faced that area and we could hear the concert clearly. That ended around midnight, there wasnt much fair noise, but some. Nearby activities: Bell County Expo Walkability: Gas station across the street. Food and drinks: Hot and cold breakfast items. Juice, coffee. Biscuits and gravy. Eggs and protein (switched daily) assorted pastries and yogurt.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The staff is also so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and always give me a restful nights sleep. The breakfast spread has a lot of different options from Texas shaped waffles to Bagels with cream cheese and scrambled eggs. I highly recommend staying here if you get a chance. Rooms: I have yet to have a bad room. There are always clean sheets, plenty of pillows, and the thermostats work perfectly. Nearby activities: The convention center is next to it so you can see a rodeo or even the local comic con.

I have stayed here multiple times. Shawn at the front desk is always super helpful. He printed work documents for me that I had left at the office. He has always been very friendly and professional. We stayed here while attending a 3 day convention. We had plenty of room and our beds were pretty comfortable. I do wish the fridge was bigger as it did not keep things frozen, but I m sure that s bc I had it full of lunch items. ALL the staff were friendly. And a BIG THANK YOU to the lady that ran the kitchen. Breakfast was hot, ready & plenty EVERYDAY. I also saw her laundering the pool towels. She s a ROCKSTAR! During the summer, me and my kids spend allot of time at this established. The staff is always kind, the hotel is always well kept, and Im just always impressed by how well the manager Sarah handles things. Here, recently, I had booked a room to swim. Upon arrival, we noticed they were having some issues with the pool, and you could not swim. I was very upset. After checking out, I later that week received a call from Sarah stating that the issues with the pool had been taken care of and that there was a suite waiting for us. I was more than satisfied with how she handled things. On top of that, the facility is just so well ran. It is always clean, the staff is always kind and well trained, the breakfast is great. I give this place an all-around 5 star rating. Best Hotel in Belton. Also they have the best manager. Rooms: The suite is a one bedroom unit. With a full bath. The bedroom offers its own private a/c and TV. The living area is connected to a full kitchen. The sofa offers additional sleeping with a sofa bed. Very spacious and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Inn and suites Belton South in the staff was wonderful so accommodating breakfast was great and we would come back. We give them a five star rating. Rooms: Our room was very nice and very clean Nearby activities: Nearby activities with include the expo center as well as downtown Belton in downtown Salato and the Belton lake Safety: I feel safe I feel like it s a safe location. Well lit.. Walkability: The hotel is located right off the highway. You can walk to the balcony expo center as well as a convenient store. The convenient store carries great wine. Food and drinks: Their free breakfast was amazing. The variety of foods offered is wonderful. There is hot, scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffees, great. In the evenings there are cookies available. Noteworthy details: The staff was very nice. The front desk staff was great and friendly. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. We had a great time and we enjoyed everyone s hospitality.

We came for a quick overnight stay as an halfway point for us . We stay at many La quinta hotels through out the country . This was by far the dirtiest they clearly did not clean the floor .The floors had cereal crumbles next to the bed and the closet has all kinds of trash inside of it . We couldnt even remove our shoes . When we brought to attention of the manager John Dosey his response was okay ,no apology or wanting to remedy the issue .

May 2024 We had a great one night stay here where attended a high school graduation next door at the Cadence Bank Center. We had a suite where had a lot of square footage with a large separated bedroom, family room, kitchen, and bath. At first the TV in the bedroom and AC was not working, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the matter. Everything else worked fine. It was a full sized kitchen with medium sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, range, dishwasher but no oven. Paper products like paper towels are not provided along with tableware, drink ware and plates. There was also a small bar area with its own sink. The hotel has WiFi and found the AT&T 5Ge (LTE) signal was very strong. The room was very clean and smelled nice. We had a corner room and views of the hotel next door and main road in front. The hotel also has an ice machine outside the door (could not hear it in room), indoor pool and spa, washer/dryer, and a pantry store at the lobby. Breakfast was served in the morning and enjoyed coffee, eggs, sausage and biscuits. The food was good. Felt safe staying there. The location was perfect where we just walked to the Cadence Bank Center and not deal with parking. Rooms: The room was very spacious. Walkability: Short walk to the Cadence Bank Center.

If youre looking for a hotel where the staff understand and practice excellence in hospitality then look no further! We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights with a large group of teens and parents. Sarah was very kind and helpful as we organized a large meeting space. Shawn went above and beyond to assist with all aspects of our stay, anticipating needs, and giving a helping hand without having to be asked. This was by far my best hotel experience. The hotel was very clean. The room was impeccable and smelled amazing when we walked in. The bathroom was huge (I requested handicap accessible and was not disappointed!) The breakfast was hot and fresh and I was able to get a Texas-shaped waffle, which made my heart happy. The pool is indoors but opened to the outside. Even though it was 40 degrees, the hot tub was amazing. Staff was very helpful and cordial. Will absolutely return. Rooms: Very clean! This is a wonderful La Quinta! We stay there along with our dogs on a regular basis during dog agility competitions, and its always terrific. Breakfast is served starting at 6am, which is great because we usually have to be at the competition venue by 7-7:30am, and its delicious. Staff is efficient and friendly; they remember my name from one visit to the next. The pool is well kept and refreshing. Best of all, our room received housekeeping service every day without us having to ask for it. After a long, hot, sweaty day of agility, its quite a treat to come back to a freshly made bed and clean towels! Rooms: Our King Non-Smoking room was very spacious and well laid out, with a nice desk and even a pull-out sofa. Plenty of pillows, too, in varying degrees of firmness and fluff. Very comfy!

Hotel front desk was unwelcoming from the moment we walked up. Hotel smelled awful and when we got to our room it was disgusting. Something all over the curtains, lights didn t work, smelled disgusting. Immediately l went back down to the front desk and said we re not staying here give us our money back. They offered to get us a different room. No way we re we staying there. Then the manager John Dossey refused to give us our money back despite the above and the fact we immediately left the room. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with lots of towels (handy since there were 7 of us between 2 rooms). Shawn on front desk was a delight to work with and so patient when my calls kept dropping while I was making the reservations for our rooms. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience at this hotel! Rooms: Clean, spacious, had everything we wanted. Food and drinks: Hot, fresh and plentiful

Nice clean hotel even allowing dogs. I was late for breakfast and the lady didnt complain or say, Sorry. She started offering me several options. I chose oatmeal. She recommended a new flavor to me, peach. I tried it together with the blueberry. Really good. I am sorry I forgot her name. She is white, middle aged, and very friendly. She helped us with an item in our room as well. Unexpected service. I didnt deal with the front desk ppl. Husband did and said they were polite and efficient. Thank you!

My stay was great! I would eat their breakfast every morning before heading out for work and it opens at 6am during the weekdays. They have waffles, cereal, eggs, toast, bagles, sausage, coffee, other drinks including a few juices, fresh fruits, etc. My room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. They had shampoo and body wash available to use as well as some lotion in the bathroom. The staff were very easy to work with and know what they are doing. Probably my favorite part was that they had a tray of cookies they put out in the evening. I would definitely come back here again.

The hotel is pretty new (within the past 5 years). The rooms are comfortable comfortable and clean. Weve never had a problem at this hotel.

So check in was quick and easy Jessie was the attendant at the counter. Friendly, funny. Professional very helpful. Attendant next day also was friendly and said have a good day and waved at us at the same time. The room was nice and clean, 2nd floor 2 beds were perfectly made, no nasty spots on sheets or towels, it was all very good. Had a nice rest in a very quiet hotel, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen theyre pet friendly. Oh yeah, fresh breakfast from 6 a.m. -9 a.m. and fresh lemon lime water daily. By far this has been one of the best LQ Inn & Stes. Ive stayed in thats friendly, very clean and quiet. Thanx LQ Inn & Stes. staff we appreciate all you do to maintain this establishment in such prestine state. When we come back this will be where we stay if need be. Or if were trucking through .

Beginning at 645 this morning, House keeping has come INTO my room, on SIX separate occasions, 3 of which they did NOT announce themselves until I woke up and made my presence known. Check out is in a few moments at 12, and theyve been here SIX times. Not to mention the fact I requested a late check put, due to driving overnight 11 hours and arriving at 5 am. I booked this room to get rest, and its been nothing but interrupted, over and over. Do better than I did, and go somewhere else

My stay here was comfortable. Ive stayed at better looking La Quinta Inns but this one night stay ahead of a meeting served its purpose. My room was close to the roadway so the noise was constant. The bed was rather comfortable so it made up for the noise. The front desk agents were very friendly and pleasant to work with.

I want to say this place have a very friendly & compassionate staff. We booked the meeting room & 7 rooms for a funeral. Had to make several changes over the week, last minute cancellation etc without any added stress. Not sure any other place wouldve been this accommodating, understanding & compassionate. John Jessie, & Sarah dealt w several calls a day from me over a week without ever giving me an attitude. Full Breakfast, coffee , drinks & cookies throughout the day. Clean! One lady ask what time our celebration of life would be so she could be sure to have the hallway cleaned & shinny before the guests arrived . I chatted w her about the loss of her loved ones. Made us feel at home & never felt rushed. It was awesome to have a place to catch up with family & friends some came from out of state. We are truly grateful.

Booked online...under construction so only one entrance and one elevator, and parking lot blocked in with construction trucks. My room seems to lack something as there is a big area with nothing. No chair, couch, lamps. A bed, tv, etc., but kind of vacant looking. Unfortunately I am unable to cancel at this late in time.

We stayed at this location over the weekend. We felt like we were staying at a premium resort from all the nice staff. They answered all our questions promptly and listened very genuinely. We did have construction going on but as soon as we arrived with the other guess they left so that it was very quiet over the weekend. There is a lot of work to be done on at this location as far as condstuction. Dont know when it will be fully done. But would recommend to everyone. Glad we stayed here.

called and asked about indoor pool they said yes its open, never said it has no windows in there and it was 30 degrees outside. i wont be back asked manager and she said pool is seasonal. loud and curtains dont close light shining in all night but okay i guess cause its so loud you cant sleep anyways. ghetto hotel
