Asked for a bacon double meat double cheeseburger and I got half a cheese one strip of bacon down the middle a couple of pieces of lettuce it was loaded with chopped small onions. First time there Not what I expected was looking forward to a great burger. Threw it away and headed to Whataburger.

It used to be great. Never go back . Ordered at 2:40 got food at 3:05 after they had closed. Only 1 walk up order and 1 pick up in 25 minutes. Food was cold . The cheese on my cb was still cold from the frig. Fries were cold and tough. On top of that the young man asked if I was going to tip. I was shell shocked and did. Never do that again until I eat my food and experience service. But it won t be there again!

If I wanted my burger overcooked and dry and my order wrong I could have had it that way cheap at McDonalds...its inedible as o asked for ketchup and mayo becausei freaking hate mustard. The oil used on the fries is a little old. And not a grain of salt to be found

Atmosphere is subjective- this is quite literally an old school burger kiosk, nestled behind a cefco. Service was fast, food accurate... also, so good. Especially in belton, screw the wut a burger. If crows is open, just go there. See: food was accurate. Theres good things to a small menu. Shakes arent available at this spot right now, not something I care about but wanted to let others know.

These people are just rude. I made an honest mistake, and called the Temple location. Yes I admit that is my fault. My blood sugar was super low, and I had my kids with me after my preemie babys doctors appointment, so I was trying to get something quick to bring my blood sugar up so I wouldnt pass out driving with my kids in the car. I asked if I could please cancel the other order, because there was no way i could drive to Temple as shakey as I was, and place an order with them. She told me I would have to pay the full amount for Temple plus the order in Belton. It was an honest mistake. They definitely lost a customer. They are rude every single time, and I still gave them service. I pray it never happens to their family.

Have enjoyed Crow s for generations. My last visit, the patty seemed thinner & I didn t notice the pepper flavor from years ago. Milk shakes were very good! Parking: There is not designed parking spots but enough space to fit a few cars + the drive thru. Kid-friendliness: There are kid options & there are picnic tables and space for kids to play.

came here before visiting my mother in the hospital, the checker was rude and ignorant to item on the menu, the food was over priced and honestly not great 11$ combo comes out to square lunch meat on toast. the atmosphere was homely and welcoming that is my only positive takeaway from this experience. eat there if you must but i for one will not be any time soon

The lady was nice very patient the man stood wrote something down answered phone and turned around threw fries in the fryer I ask where are your plastic gloves he said my hands clean the young guys making the food had no gloves and got pickles for an order then turn and grab bacon for another I was mad and grossed out by the time I got my food watching them make orders, as I was at the window then I ask her for napkins the young man was scratching his face and neck I was done I gave my food to my dog ..bad meal unsanitary at its finest I guess want be back ... I ordered three meals and I was charged for each individual item & not the meal. Paid almost $50 for three burgers that we didnt even enjoy (The shakes were very good though) Tried asking the young man that took my order about the amount I was being charged and he completely ignored me and closed the window. It definitely wasnt a good first experience for the people I took there. Pretty disappointing.

So Ive been eating at crows for a long time this has to be the worst Ive ever had at this store it has continuously gotten worse over the years but this is horrible took them about three minutes to figure out I was there to take my order I ordered a bacon cheeseburger large fry and a large lemonade but when its only one piece of bacon on the bacon cheeseburger curled up in a little ball looks like one string of spaghetti this is horrible these times are not this hard people are paying for their stuff give them something to be happy about with your food or just close the business

Know what you re getting before you come here. First, this is a roadside stand - NOT a dine-in restaurant. (Similar to a food truck). You have to walk up to a heavily tinted window and wait for it to open before placing your order. Second, this is a fast food style burger & fries - not a gourmet burger. Now about the rating: - The cheeseburger is really good. It meets my motto of If the grease ain t runny the burger ain t yummy. - The fries are decent. They were fried just right for their size, but lacked any seasoning that I could taste. I recommend salting them. -The process of ordering was very cumbersome and unfriendly. Not intentionally unfriendly, but not well thought out. At all. The menu is visible from the parking lot but is not visible from the counter where you place your order, so you need to memorize it or take a picture of it if you need help remembering what s on the menu. Half of the items on the menu have no price. Good luck with that. I rolled the dice. It wasn t expensive, but I typically like knowing how much I m going to spend before I commit. Ordering was a little challenging. Being my first time here, I made the mistake of not knowing the menu well enough before I ordered. I approached the heavily tinted order window unsure of whether the burger stand was open or if I was even at the right place to order. I nervously stared at my reflection in the window until someone from the other side eventually slid it open and softly asked how they could help me. The lady on the other side was difficult to hear and understand, but we worked through it until my order was placed. She can initially come across as unfriendly, but she s not. It s just really hard to understand her and the ordering process isn t set-up well. I m pretty sure I heard her ask me how my day was as she rang-up my order. The food was ready as quickly as could be expected. No problem there. One other unusual quirk occurred though when I asked for mayonnaise after I got my burger. The lady told me that it costs an extra 53 cents. Ketchup was no extra cost, so I guess there s inflation on mayo, lol. This place is decent so long as you know what to expect.

One of the best old fashioned burgers in Central Texas. Thin patty on a toasted bun with simple seasonings (the black pepper in the patty is notable). As far as burger dives go, this is one Id recommend trying.

Person at window, not friendly. Was my 1st visit, friend with me been there many times. I got hamby, onion rings, shake and soda. Fed hamburger patty to dog, I ate most of onion rings and shake, one sip soda, flat. I was sick all night, terrible stomach, etc. Doubt Ill be back.

Yeah ! Very delicious burgers & ff but her very attitudes .. since l am deaf , which required visual communicating . I tried to lipread her but l cant cuz of wearing her mask .Even refusing to remove her mask ,which the distance was far enough and write back to communicate . She keep talking with her voice even she knew that l am deaf. I feel that she did Discriminated me . My family r very disappointed at crCrows Burger Shop.

Terrible. Rude, asks for a tip, wont walk your order out. Wont take your order unless you wear a mask from inside your car, then you have to get back in line to get your order because they wont walk it out. Never again.
