Its amazing how delicious a simple burger can be! Every time, my order is great! I love the chop of onions. Fries are great too, they have some kind of seasoning & batter that makes them amazing. Chicken nuggets are big & yummy. Happy family of 4 for $30. Highly recommend! I wish they were open later but close at 2:30.

We were in line before 2 we got to window and they Saud they were closed. So I went to door and talked to lady she said they had already closed grill. It was 2. Thats bull when t you are in line before they close they should take your order. Will not go back. Will put this on social media. 12/5/2023. Havent been there in a long time . No change the place is a dump inside. Dirty. They could spend some money and remodel. HAMBURGER was ok. Seen the owner when we were leaving rubbing his nose. ? On if he washed his hands. They have gotten expensive. Still dirty inside.

25$ for 2 #1s, nothing special. Driest burger and burnt, tater tots dark and nasty. Not the same as when i tried in 2017. Will never return here. Burger king is better than this. The food here is pretty good. The price here is pretty good. The service isnt terrible but the staff makes you almost feel like your an inconvenience to them. Okay, I lived in Belton for two years. Never took the time to stop off an eat here until today. Two weeks before moving out of Texas. An let me tell you, as a local, or visiting the area. This hidden gem is a must for good hospitality and dinner style burger and fries that will not disappoint if you want that hit of nostalgia. I will never go back to B-Town burgers. I called in the order for my husband to pick up. The manger was very rude and rushed my order. She got both of my orders completely wrong and the burger isn t even all that. After letting her know both my orders were wrong she proceeded to argue with me. They will never get my service, ever again. Highly disappointed.

Omg this was my husband, daughter and my first time here and let me say.. I had the #4 with fries and an order of tots and it was allllllllllll sooo forking amazing. One of the best burgers Ive ever had. The fries were just as good. I had trouble even finishing my burger and gave away the rest of my fries and tots but holy crap talk about a place needing to be premiered on a show like DDD with Guy Fieri. A very plain and unassuming place hiding a gem of a burger joint! We had the bacon cheese burger basket. The burger was just a great patty and typical fixings. The fries are slightly battered and delicious. The sweet tea, while yummy, is probably dangerous for diabetics as it does not skimp on the sweet part. Overall a pretty danged tasty lunch and well worth the stop!

Update: Star rating increased to 5 of 5. Ive been there enough to see there is a high level of consistency of product and staff to customer interaction. Made me feel like a valued customer, which always feels good. The meu is not huge, but the offerings are satisfying. Older: Rock solid local experience. Ill need to visit more than once to see if B Town Burgers should be rated at 5 stars, but for now, 4 stars is for being above average with great onion rings and burgers. I thought the customer service was above average. Five stars is supposed to be reserved for You loved it type of experiences or best of the best, and that is why Ill need a few more visits to evaluate further. We went on the Night of Belton High School Homecoming football game, so it was not a fair comparison, as they were packed. Ill provide an updated rated when I go back at the lunch or early dinner times.

I heard this place had great burgers so I wanted to come try them out finally. The line was literally out the door because the place is so small and it gets extremely busy at lunch time. The lady at the front counter was not pleasant at all. Yelling at people, I think she was just frustrated because it was so busy. When your food is ready they just yell it out, they don t bring it to your table or anything. Then when we sat down at a table , all the lights were off in half of the restaurant. We sat there and ate in the dark for about 10 minutes before a CUSTOMER finally got up and found the light switch to turn on because apparently the staff didn t care at all. The fries aren t that great. I would recommend the onion rings and the chicken nuggets are really good surprisingly !

I was not impressed at all with this place. I had high hopes from reading reviews but I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. Employees were very rude and insulted me several times. I am a student at UMHB and the hostess asked if I was twelve years old. Kindly responding that I was actually a sophomore in college, she asked if I had a disability or was considered a dwarf. She then proceeded to call for her coworker from the kitchen and the coworker said commented on how little I looked and that she thought I was in middle school. This was very unprofessional and just down right inappropriate. Hoping to gain some respect with their food, I was greatly disappointed. The meat was overcooked on the burgers and I could hardly bite into it. No condiments were available and the burgers were very dry. Will not be returning here and I highly recommend you dont.

I have been to B-town several times love their food! Today me and my family ate inside and I decided to write a review. The food is always delicious burgers fries and yummy big red! But let me just say the way these girls hustle is freaking awesome! Girl at the counter was handling drive thru, front counter and answering telephone for call in orders. All at the same time she didnt just answer and stand there talking on the phone. She put it on speaker while checking us out to cut down our wait time. I mean wow! You just dont see this kind of work ethic anymore. When drive thru was backed up she went outside to take orders. Another thing is she was friendly to everyone even though they were busy. She didnt get flustered or overwhelmed. It was just awesome to see. Props to her and her co-worker who was in the back today but she always hustles too. Loyal customer

The last two times I ve been to B-Town Burgers they have had flats drinks. Todays drink had like a mothball taste to it I expect they are once again low on carbonation. Also today we ordered two burgers with lettuce, tomato and onions but when we picked up our burgers at the second window the lady said sorry I didn t know we were out of lettuce. Your telling me at 11:00 am not long after you open you don t know your out of lettuce? Also HEB and Walmart are literally three minutes away and no one can go get lettuce? The staff was kind and had our order our in a short time. Plus they didnt forget anything, which with most places has become quite an issue. The fries and onion rings were fresh and delicious. The burger was perfectly made and delicious as well. Definitely recommend this place over most.

Burger was raw, like really raw. So called back and they said they would remake it. So I went back to get the order and get home and this order of burgers were also raw. They were browned on the outside but bright red meat in the inside. So ended up having to go back again to get a refund.

They serve a really good hamburger/cheeseburger for a low price. They are better than any other burger - mom n pop or franchise - in the area. Moving from Dallas, this food is as the best of the mom n pop places in the Dallas area. Solid!
