So far I have been extremely impressed with how they have handled my case. I was in an accident and signed with a different attorney who was not very helpful. I was referred to Ryan Havins and it was a better choice. Before I left the office, I was set up with an appointment to start physical therapy. Priscilla communicates the process step by step and has reached out with updates. I feel like I can ask questions throughout the process.

If you are smart enough youll see most of the 5 star reviews here are fake. If you want to get $0 dollars for your car accident I recommend you go with these lousy lawyers, they will waste your time and they will only give you evasions while they represent you. My kids had bruises all over the face, Ive lost my car, had 3 broken ribs and I lost too many work days, they could not give me any type of compensation not even for my broken ribs or totaled car, please look for another lawyer and stay away from david havins law firm.

These people drag their feet, never keep you updated, you always have to call for an update to see where your case is at. You have to do their job cause they do not remember the places they send you for therapy or injections. One of the girls that answer the phone is hard to understand. Sorry sorry sorry They railroad me and tried to make me sign papers without reading them. Always accusing me of lying of something and never ever called me but once to make sure I set the appt to get my back shots. They always cancelled my appts and to give me a hard time and they got ticked off when I confronted them about it. I wish I could rate them at a 0 (zero) star but I dont have a choice.
