Had a good resolution of my case. My lawyer Mr Wayne fought all the way to get the best outcome even when I was almost ready to give up due to the adverse party shenanigans. And his pricing is pretty manageable compared to other firms out there. If you need someone to be your voice for you to quiet along the process, then he got you.

Divorce is hard and draining. Wayne was recommended to me by another attorney who felt he did a good job so I took the tip and decided to meet with him. Wayne is an experienced lawyer and straight shooter. He quickly reassured me that everything was under control. It was a no-nonsense process working with him and his team. Wayne and his team were professional and competent and his fee was reasonable and in line with other attorneys I researched. I really appreciated his staff, Brenda coordinated with me on needed documents and Jessica supported communication and legal needs throughout the case. When I needed him at important points of the case, Wayne was there. He and his team did what needed to be done when it needed to be done. Divorce is hard and Harris County Courts can be VERY SLOW but Wayne and his staff can guide you through it competently and reasonably.

I had a very short meeting with Wayne, all of 5 minutes. He constantly talked over me, interrupted me, and kept implying I was frustrated when trying to explain my situation to him. I told him I would not be interested in hiring him.

Upon talking to Wayne Revack on the phone I was extremely pleased by his willingness to provide a thorough consultation. I decided to hire Wayne with my divorce case and custody of my sons. He made things easy for me, he listened, gave me professional legal advise, and got the case settled successfully! Also, his office was informed, helpful, cooperative and offered very prompt support. Which is hard to find when dealing with legal staff or companies. I thank Wayne Revack and his staff for all your help and patience in my case. You made a difficult time easier and less stressful, whereas I am so appreciative for all that youve done. I would use his services again and highly recommend him!

I wish I can give Wayne zero stars. He is by far the worst lawyer you could ask for. He never gave me legal advise when I needed but on the other hand was working against me during my divorce medication. It costed me and my kids a lot of suffering because of him not giving Legal advise when needed. If you are looking for a good lawyer, stay away from this Firm. He charged me unnecessarily and never wanted to refund me the money he charged and didn t do work.

Wayne is an excellent attorney and he has a fantastic team! We first met when a friend referred me for divorce and child support issues, which were ongoing for several years. Since then, they have also helped me draft a full complement of estate planning documents for myself and my son, who is now a young adult. They always make time to answer my many questions, provide options, and provide suggestions. Its reassuring to have someone like Wayne looking out for me!

I hired Wayne Revack a few years ago to assist me in a child support case. He was excellent at taking my case quickly, explaining the process and gave me a TOTAL price. This was a slightly discounted price as I was referred to him by a legal service that I use and came recommended. We went to court, we won, but shortly after he stated he was going to have to add an additional $700 to my fees owed to him. There were not any other significant changes, one court date, one modified child support agreement that was simply an extension of the existing one I had with OAG and I declined to pay this excess. The reason I declined, was ALL fees should have been explained and presented prior to me hiring him. The hourly fees that were unnecessary he tallied them up and surprised me with them AFTER the case was heard and won. This meant that the additional $700 he wanted to charge I would not be able to collect from the opposing party as the losing party pays ALL LEGAL FEES. The case was closed and the judge had already signed off and this would make it impossible for me to collect this additional cost. He refused to provide me a copy of the SIGNED copy of the new child support order that again was simply a modified. I had to drive downtown to pick up and PAY for the new order that was actually signed by the judge. He stopped responding to calls and when I needed the court order for my sons passport and he did not bother to return calls. In court, the judge stated that if the opposing party became behind on payments that all I needed to do was advise my attorney for him to tell the judge and an order would be sent this was to be ALL INCLUSIVE of the couple of thousand that was already paid. I have contacted him numerous times only to be blown off and ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Wayne Revack.
