Nancy was more than helpful answering questions concerning child custody. She seemed very knowledgeable and while talking to her she definitely had my son s best interest at heart. The most soulless woman (if you could call her a woman ) I ve ever come across. She is also corrupt! And was able to illegally obtain a restraining order without even notifying anyone. Lisa Millard was the judge who signed this order and committed this crime. The two of these women gave a restraining order against a mother to the most abusive man the world has ever seen. Nancy Boler should not sleep peacefully based on her actions. Sadly I believe she does. At least you won t tonight. You total psychopath. You owe me an apology. And my kids an apology.

Nancy was so extremely helpful to me with her insight and advice when she didnt need to be at all... helped and guided me on things I should be doing and what to expect. all on a random phone call I placed trying to find someone to ask legal questions to since my marital situation happened at an inconvenient time of the week and it was not during normal business hours but she still answered her phone and helped me out so much. And even knowing I wasnt going to be able to use her due to location reasons , she still took the time to help me with legal questions and concerns for almost an hour. If she was willing to do that for someone who didnt pay her AND couldnt use her as their lawyer.. I can only imagine the must go above and beyond for her clients!

I think a lot of lawyers forget to be human people. My respects to Mrs. Boler. I met her in court after my lawyer just didnt show up for my trial. Mrs. Boler, upon seeing and hearing the summons in front of the judge, approached me, even though she was NOT representing me, she took the time to explain what was happening and review my file, I had much more help and answers from Mrs. Boler that from the Attorney that I hired and had been working for the past 9 months.

I think 1 star is generous. Nancy claims she cares about you and your situation but her work load conflicts that and you are simply just a number to her. I could only talk or text her after hours and I had to pop up at the office to get an answer and 9/10 times me showing up to the office was the only reason I got an answer or actually initiated progress being made. I waited 2 years for a ZOOM CALL and got nowhere. The first meeting with the AG I had to talk bc Nancy started talking about her grandson instead of pleading my case, so I stepped in and had to take over and talk for myself! Nancy tried to have the meeting while she was in the car but the judge made her wait until she finally made it to the office. Nancy is a wreck due to her workload. I hired Nancy for custody and she talked to my childs mother way more than she talked to me. Very bad communication. I never knew what was going on! When I asked her why things arent done, she always blamed it on her assistant. It seems that if Nancy even thinks about you she is going to charge you for that too. Its crazy I did not expect this type of service after reading about her. I will be moving forward as necessary. What a waste of 3k!!!!

Theres a lot to cover in regards to my experience with Nancy and her office. To begin with, I am not located, from, or have anything to do with Texas. In fact, I am located on the east coast, many hundreds of miles away. However, as is common in todays day and age I found myself in need of a family law and divorce lawyer. Being out of state and not knowing the area very well left me in a very compromising position as you can imagine. Frankly, I didnt even know where to start. I called many offices, emailed and shopped around online for many days and out of over 10 offices I contacted, Nancy was the only to answer my call on the first attempt. Not only did that surprise me, but I called her when she was just arriving home and instead of taking my information down and having a paralegal get back to me with an email (which was a typical initial response) she took an entire hour to get to know me and my situation first. I knew then, I found my lawyer. As someone who was out of state, I have to say, its hard to trust from a distance and its hard to see the hours of work someone is investing on your behalf to get you not only what you want but what is right. It takes patience and a lot of resolve but in this process there is an eventual culmination. Whether that is in trial, mediation, or a settlement. This is when youll witness Nancy at her best. Then you will tell yourself, I got the right one. Luckily for me, Nancy was able to help me in my case. I know other experiences will vary and you can split hairs over things that were likely never in your control anyways. Thankfully, the best part that is in your control is your choice whether to have Nancy represent you. And Im glad I made that choice.

First, I have to say I don t leave reviews often and when I do it s usually to complain about bad service I received. Professionalism and quality service is important to me. However, I can t say enough great things about this attorney! I called Nancy for representation and got her voicemail. Of course, I expected to hear back (if at all) in a few days. However, she called me right back, even though she was out sick! She took time to talk even with her raspy voice (which sounded like it hurt). That impressed me. She returned my call even when under the weather? Next, she gave me her complete attention, listened to my concerns and gave great information. She was quite thorough and we spoke for a good while. I felt I could make more informed decisions from our conversation. Although, it was determined she couldn t represent me as I needed someone licensed in another state, she STILL answered my questions AND gave a referral to another attorney (outside her firm) who is dually licensed and could probably help represent me in the state I needed. Who does that??? Most lawyers would say oh can t make money off ya, end of conversation however she was not like that at all!!! She really cares!!! That is rare these days. I WISH SHE COULD BE MY LAWYER!!! If you are looking for someone who treats you with respect, is concerned about your case whether she represents you or not, and genuinely wants to help? Nancy is the one! In my opinion, I would be leery about choosing an attorney with 100+ reviews (probably mostly fake) and go with the attorney who will definitely make you a priority!

Nancy and Staci are always on top of their game! Of course, as many lawyers, they are very busy. If they are in the middle of something, they will almost always make time to talk to you, answer any questions, or most certainly call you back. My case was a special case. I needed to get a divorce from my spouse who lives in Nigeria. Nancy was the first Lawyer I called, and she answered her phone right away. I highly recommend Nancy Boler. She has been great to me. Nancy took her time and drove to the hospital at 1am in the morning to visit with me and my 3 year old son at he hospital due to a near drown to death experience that caused by my ex-wife negligence. She s more than just a regular attorney. Nancy actually care for my circumstances and the needs of my children during our hardship of separation. She was there eveytime I needed her not just for legal advice but also as a support system. Her paralegal sidekick Staci Hosford was also a great help.
